The aim of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge, attitudes and support from health workers on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic among visitors at Tanjung Pura Hospital, Langkat Regency. The method in this research uses an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The research population was all visitors to Tanjung Pura Regional Hospital in October 2022 with a total sample of 96 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data collected was obtained by interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that knowledge was poor as much as 57.3%, positive attitude was 56.3%, support from health workers was poor as much as 53.1%. The results of bivariate analysis show that the knowledge variable is 0.000, attitude is 0.001, support from health workers is 0.001. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the variables of knowledge, attitudes and support of health workers on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is recommended that hospitals implement strict health protocol checks, such as carrying out checks at hospital entrances, making regulations regarding health protocol raids, and imposing sanctions for those who do not comply with health protocols.

The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques based on literature studies. The study of marriage and all components of marriage is the object of this research. The main research data comes from the book "A Triangular Theory of Love" by Robert J. Sternberg and "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" by John Gottman. Apart from that, supporting data such as books and articles related to marriage and studies of love in married life are also used as supporting references. The research results show the dynamics of changes in the type of love during marriage. There are three components to love including: (1) the intimacy component; (2) passion component; and (3) commitment component. These three components can form different types of love. The love component can increase and decrease and even disappear. However, the component of love that is a factor in a marriage lasting a long time is the component of commitment. This is because even if the passion and intimacy of a husband and wife change, if the marriage commitment is maintained firmly, the marriage will still be able to survive. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. This research is descriptive research which is studied quantitatively. The population of the research is all financial reports of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 period. The sample for this research is the financial position report and comprehensive income statement in 2018-2022 period. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The results of this research found that the overall financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period based on analysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios is in fairly good condition. Meanwhile, profitability ratios and market ratios are in good condition. However, regarding the activity ratio, the condition of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is still not efficient so it can be said to be not good. This is due to an increase in sales and total assets during the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of financial ratios, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. The activities were conducted through an interactively designed socialization process, including material presentation, discussions, and mentorship. Pre-test results indicated that participants' initial understanding averaged 36%, highlighting the need for capacity building in business management. Following the socialization, the post-test scores significantly improved, averaging 87%, representing a 141.67% increase. This improvement reflects the success of the socialization program in enhancing participants' understanding. Through this initiative, the "Latimojong" coffee shop was able to formulate a more strategic and efficient business model, strengthening its competitiveness in the local market. The implementation of IoT technology and social media-based digital marketing positively impacted operational efficiency and customer experience. To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. At CMC Cell, the determination of data package stock is still based on intuition without systematic data analysis, resulting in stock accumulation for certain products and stock shortages for others when demand increases. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to determine the optimal stock of data packages. The MOORA method is applied to rank data package alternatives based on several criteria, including data package demand, sales history, remaining stock, selling price, and validity period. Sales data are analyzed using the calculation stages of the MOORA method. The results show that the Telkomsel V 3 GB data package achieves the highest preference value of 0.1498 and is therefore recommended as the top-priority data package, with an optimal stock quantity of 200 units. With the implementation of this system, the recommendations for determining data package stock become more measurable, objective, and data-driven.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah meningkatkan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap layanan digital, khususnya paket data sebagai sarana utama akses internet. Tingginya permintaan tersebut menuntut pelaku usaha penjualan paket data untuk mampu mengelola stok secara optimal agar ketersediaan produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Pada Toko CMC Cell, penentuan stok paket data masih dilakukan berdasarkan intuisi tanpa analisis data yang sistematis, sehingga sering terjadi penumpukan stok pada beberapa produk dan kekosongan stok pada produk lain saat permintaan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dalam menentukan stok optimal paket data. Metode MOORA digunakan untuk melakukan perangkingan alternatif paket data berdasarkan beberapa kriteria, yaitu permintaan paket data, riwayat penjualan, jumlah stok tersisa, harga jual, dan masa aktif. Data penjualan paket data dianalisis menggunakan tahapan perhitungan metode MOORA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paket data Telkomsel V 3 GB memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,1498 sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai paket data dengan prioritas stok tertinggi, dengan jumlah stok optimal sebanyak 200 pcs. Dengan adanya sistem ini, rekomendasi penentuan stok paket data yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih terukur, objektif, dan berbasis data.

Attar Jaya store still uses a manual inventory management system, so the restocking recording and decision-making processes are not yet supported by an integrated and data-driven system. This condition has the potential to cause inefficiency in inventory management. This research aims to apply the concept of Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) integrated with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to determine the optimal order quantity of goods. The EOQ method is used to calculate the most economical order quantity by considering ordering and storage costs, while E-SCM plays a role in integrating inventory management processes digitally. The research methods include observation, interviews, and literature studies, with system design using the Unified Modelign Language (UML). The system was developed using the PHP programming language and the MwSQL database. The research result are expected to help Toko Attar Jaya improve the accuracy of resctocking decision-making, minimize the risk of overstocking and understocking, and increase the efficiency of inventory mangement.

Abstrak: Manajemen persediaan memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung keberlangsungan operasional usaha ritel. Kesalahan dalam menentukan jumah pengadaan barang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan persediaan maupun kekurangan stok yang berdampak pada meningkatnya biaya penyimpanan seerta menurunnya tingkat pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Toko Attar Jaya masih menerapkan sistem pengelolaan persediaan secara manual, sehingga proses pencatatan dan pengambilan keputusan restok belum didukung oleh sistem yang terintegrasi dan berbasis data. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan stok barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) yang terintegrasi dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam menentukan jumlah pemesanan barang yang optimal. Metode EOQ digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah pemesanan yang paling ekonomis dengan mempertimbangkan biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan, sedangkan E-SCM berperan dalam mengintegrasikan proses pengelolaan persediaan secara digital. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Languge (UML). Sistem dikembangkan mengguanakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu membantu pihak Toko Attar Jaya dalam meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan keputusan restok, meminimalkan risiko kelebihan dan kekurangan persediaan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan.
