in phonological processing. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the phonic method in improving the reading skills of slow learners through a structured intervention approach. The central research problem addresses how the phonic method can be appropriately adapted to overcome reading difficulties in children with learning delays. The subject of this study was a fifth-grade elementary school student who exhibited marked delays in recognizing letter sounds, constructing words, and understanding simple sentence structures. A case study approach was employed, involving a six-session individualized intervention designed in gradual stages. Each session focused on developing phonological skills, including phoneme identification, blending sounds into syllables, phoneme segmentation, and the introduction of complex patterns such as digraphs and diphthongs. The results demonstrated significant improvement in the subject’s reading ability, evidenced by increased accuracy in letter-sound recognition, reading simple words, and constructing short sentences. Although minor errors in pronunciation and word structure persisted, the subject’s consistent progress throughout the intervention confirmed the phonic method as an effective and applicable approach to teaching reading to slow learners. In conclusion, the phonic method successfully addressed phonological barriers through strategies tailored to the learner’s cognitive profile. The novelty of this study lies in its implementation of the phonic method as a step-by-step phonological intervention model within the context of inclusive primary education an area that remains underexplored and underutilized in both educational practice and research in Indonesia.

District, Depok City on June 24–July 3, 2023, using descriptive-quantitative method to discover the service quality, product quality, and price offered by sellers, and how these three factors affect customer satisfaction of sacrificial animals. Convenience sampling was used to determine the respondents, which is by meeting people at the sales stalls who have bought goats or sheep as sacrificial animals at least once in Meruyung Village. This study involved 70 respondents. Data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form and processed using multiple regression analysis. The results shows that the quality of service and product, as well as the price factor offered by sacrificial animal sellers, together affect customer satisfaction with sacrificial animals in Meruyung Village, Limo District, Depok City by 36.5%, but only the factor of product quality has a partially significant influence. Therefore, sellers must ensure product quality that meets the requirements of sacrificial animals and customer preferences, as this significantly affects satisfaction.

Children's creativity has the potential to promote knowledge of individuals, societies, and cultures in everyday life as explained by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. One of the ways to improve creativity is writing short stories to explore their understanding of surroundings altogether with to uplift their language skills. Through explorative approach in qualitative research, this paper emphasizes writing short stories as a means to build children’s awareness of their potentials, surroundings, and imaginations. Those aspects are needed to cultivate the growth of knowledge to face both formal and informal education. ackage retailers to manage inventory optimally to ensure product availability meets customer needs. At CMC Cell, the determination of data package stock is still based on intuition without systematic data analysis, resulting in stock accumulation for certain products and stock shortages for others when demand increases. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to determine the optimal stock of data packages. The MOORA method is applied to rank data package alternatives based on several criteria, including data package demand, sales history, remaining stock, selling price, and validity period. Sales data are analyzed using the calculation stages of the MOORA method. The results show that the Telkomsel V 3 GB data package achieves the highest preference value of 0.1498 and is therefore recommended as the top-priority data package, with an optimal stock quantity of 200 units. With the implementation of this system, the recommendations for determining data package stock become more measurable, objective, and data-driven.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah meningkatkan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap layanan digital, khususnya paket data sebagai sarana utama akses internet. Tingginya permintaan tersebut menuntut pelaku usaha penjualan paket data untuk mampu mengelola stok secara optimal agar ketersediaan produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Pada Toko CMC Cell, penentuan stok paket data masih dilakukan berdasarkan intuisi tanpa analisis data yang sistematis, sehingga sering terjadi penumpukan stok pada beberapa produk dan kekosongan stok pada produk lain saat permintaan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dalam menentukan stok optimal paket data. Metode MOORA digunakan untuk melakukan perangkingan alternatif paket data berdasarkan beberapa kriteria, yaitu permintaan paket data, riwayat penjualan, jumlah stok tersisa, harga jual, dan masa aktif. Data penjualan paket data dianalisis menggunakan tahapan perhitungan metode MOORA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paket data Telkomsel V 3 GB memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,1498 sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai paket data dengan prioritas stok tertinggi, dengan jumlah stok optimal sebanyak 200 pcs. Dengan adanya sistem ini, rekomendasi penentuan stok paket data yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih terukur, objektif, dan berbasis data.

Additionally, difficulties frequently arise in determining priority locations during emergencies or disasters, as well as vulnerabilities to subjective errors due to human limitations in analyzing complex data. Another issue is the unequal allocation of logistics, where some locations receive more logistics than needed, while others experience shortages. A Decision Support System (DSS) is a computer-based system designed to assist decision-makers in analyzing data, evaluating various alternatives, and providing recommendations. DSS aims to simplify the decision-making process to make it more effective. Various methods are used in the decision-making process, one of which is the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. This system aims to reduce subjectivity, increase efficiency, and ensure a more equitable allocation of logistics based on needs. It is expected that this DSS can serve as a solution that facilitates faster, more accurate, and transparent decision-making.

Pengambilan keputusan secara manual sering kali menghadapi tantangan, seperti banyaknya faktor atau kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan, misalnya jarak lokasi, tingkat kebutuhan logistik, jumlah personel di lokasi, dan ketersediaan logistik di gudang. Selain itu, sering kali ada kesulitan dalam menentukan prioritas lokasi yang harus didahulukan dalam situasi darurat atau bencana, serta adanya kerentanannya terhadap kesalahan subjektif akibat keterbatasan manusia dalam menganalisis data yang kompleks.Permasalahan lain yang muncul adalah ketidakmerataan alokasi logistik, di mana beberapa lokasi menerima logistik melebihi kebutuhan, sementara lokasi lain mengalami kekurangan. Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem berbasis komputer yang dirancang untuk mendukung pengambil keputusan dalam menganalisis data, menilai berbagai alternatif, dan memberikan rekomendasi. SPK bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan agar lebih efektif. Terdapat berbagai metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, salah satunya adalah metode Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). Average (SMA) forecasting method is proposed to predict stock needs based on historical data. Thus, business owners can manage stock more optimally, avoid shortages or excess inventory, and improve business efficiency and finances. The results of the application of the SMA method show the prediction of voucher stock needs for April and May with fairly good Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) accuracy. For IM3 vouchers, the stock predictions for each month are 244 and 244.5 (MAPE 8.21%). Axis vouchers as many as 798 (MAPE 5.02%), XL as many as 713 and 724.5 (MAPE 5.02%), Telkomsel as many as 942 and 951 (MAPE 3.23%), Tri as many as 490 and 491 (MAPE 7.94%), and Smartfren as many as 656 and 664 (MAPE 5.38%). With quite high accuracy, the SMA method has proven to be able to predict sales quickly and accurately, help provide stock according to needs, and increase the operational efficiency of Bismillah Ponsel.

Abstrak: Bismillah Ponsel di Kisaran Kota menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan stok voucher internet akibat pencatatan manual yang tidak efisien dan masa aktif terbatas. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diusulkan penerapan metode peramalan Single Moving Average (SMA) guna memprediksi kebutuhan stok berdasarkan data historis. Dengan demikian, pemilik usaha dapat mengelola stok lebih optimal, menghindari kekurangan atau kelebihan persediaan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan keuangan bisnis.Hasil penerapan metode SMA menunjukkan prediksi kebutuhan stok voucher untuk April dan Mei dengan akurasi Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) yang cukup baik. Untuk voucher IM3, prediksi stok masing-masing bulan adalah 244 dan 244,5 (MAPE 8,21%). Voucher Axis sebanyak 798 (MAPE 5,02%), XL sebanyak 713 dan 724,5 (MAPE 5,02%), Telkomsel sebanyak 942 dan 951 (MAPE 3,23%), Tri sebanyak 490 dan 491 (MAPE 7,94%), serta Smartfren sebanyak 656 dan 664 (MAPE 5,38%). Dengan akurasi yang cukup tinggi, metode SMA terbukti mampu meramalkan penjualan secara cepat dan akurat, membantu penyediaan stok sesuai kebutuhan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Bismillah Ponsel.

Bawaslu Asahan Regency has not yet developed a specific tool for consistent data entry and database management to accommodate the existing reports. This has resulted in difficulties for Bawaslu when receiving hundreds of reports from district supervisors. Therefore, the E-Form Model A system is urgently needed to simplify the report entry and storage process. The data collection techniques for this research involved direct observation and interviews at the Bawaslu office in Asahan Regency. The development of this e-form system used PHP programming language and CodeIgniter 3 Framework. The research results show that the E-Form Model A system facilitates easier access and report submission, shortens data management time, and automatically displays violation findings, thereby increasing the efficiency and accuracy of election oversight. Thus, this system can make a positive contribution to improving Bawaslu Asahan Regency's performance in election supervision.

Abstrak: Pada PILKADA 2020, Bawaslu menerima kurang lebih 3.100 laporan dari 25 kecamatan di Kabupaten Asahan. Proses pelaporan yang masih manual mengakibatkan keterbatasan aksesibilitas data, efisiensi waktu, dan penanganan yang sulit terhadap jumlah laporan yang besar. Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan belum memiliki alat khusus penginputan dan pangkalan data yang konsisten untuk menampung laporan yang sudah ada. Hal ini mengakibatkan Bawaslu mengalami kesulitan saat menerima ratusan laporan dari Pengawas Kecamatan. Maka sistem E-Form Model A sangat diperlukan untuk memudahkan sistem penginputan dan penyimpanan laporan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara langsung di kantor Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan. Adapun pembangunan sistem e-form ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Framework CodeIgniter 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem E-Form Model A memberikan kemudahan akses dan pengisian laporan, memperpendek waktu pengelolaan data, serta menampilkan temuan pelanggaran secara otomatis, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengawasan pemilu. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan dalam pengawasan pemilu.

This problem can be attributed to various factors, one of which is the efficiency of the supply chain. A smooth supply chain is crucial for a business that distributes goods. Toko Arif Jaya often faces stock shortages, which result in customer dissatisfaction and a decline in sales. To address this issue, it is proposed to implement Supply Chain Management (SCM) using PHP and MySQL technologies. This system is designed to facilitate real-time inventory control, ensuring better product availability and enhancing customer satisfaction. With this SCM, Toko Arif Jaya can respond to market demand more quickly and accurately, reduce the risk of stockouts, and optimize inventory management. Currently, if the store's inventory is low or out of stock, Toko Arif Jaya still uses the traditional method of contacting suppliers through WhatsApp to restock. Based on the above problems, a system will be developed to assist the store owner and suppliers in controlling inventory data by implementing Supply Chain Management using PHP programming language and MySQL database. Abstrak: Toko Arif Jaya adalah toko serba ada yang beralamat di Jl. Protokol, Binjai Serbangan, Kec. Air Joman. Toko ini telah berdiri sejak tahun 2016 oleh pemiliknya yaitu Bapak Muhammad Nur Arifin. Toko tersebut menyediakan kebutuhan seperti alat tulis kantor, perlengkapan rumah tangga, mainan dan kebutuhan lainnya. Permasalahan yang ada pada toko tersebut adalah persediaan barang sering kali tidak mencukupi yang menyebabkan kehabisan stok di toko sehingga mengecewakan pelanggan dan mengurangi penjualan. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya ialah kelancaran rantai pasokannya. Kelancaran rantai pasokan ini menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan yang menyalurkan barang. Toko Arif Jaya menghadapi masalah kekurangan stok barang yang sering kali menyebabkan kekecewaan pelanggan dan penurunan penjualan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diusulkan penerapan Supply Chain Management (SCM) menggunakan teknologi PHP dan MySQL. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah kontrol persediaan barang secara real-time, sehingga memastikan ketersediaan produk yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan SCM ini, Toko Arif Jaya dapat merespons permintaan pasar lebih cepat dan akurat, mengurangi risiko kekurangan stok, dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan inventaris. Selama ini jika persediaan barang pada toko telah berkurang atau sampai kehabisan, Toko Arif Jaya masih menggunakan cara lama dalam menghubungi pihak supplier yang terkait melalui whatsapp untuk memasok barangnya lagi. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka akan dibangun sistem yang dapat membantu pemilik toko serta supplier dalam mengontrol data persediaan barang dengan menerapkan Supply Chain Management menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penerapan metode Supply Chain Management akan memudahkan pihak supllier dan pemilik toko dalam mengetahui persediaan toko secara realtime sehingga kegiatan penyaluran barang kepada pemakai akhir.
