The research applies a quantitative design using secondary time series data obtained from official institutions, including export data from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia and economic growth data from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis technique employed is the Vector Error Correction Model, which identifies short-run and long-run relationships between variables. The results show that in the short run, export value has a positive and significant influence on economic growth, while in the long run, it shows a positive but insignificant relationship.

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengecualian risIko menurut PSKI dan bagaimana pengecualian harta benda dan kepentingan menurut PSKI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam Polis Standar Asuransi kebakaran Indonesia(PSKI) menjamin kerugian atau kerusakan pada harta benda atau kepentingan yang dipertanggung jawabkan yang secara langsung yang disebabkan oleh : kebakaran, yang terjadi karena kekuranghati-hatian atau kesalahan pihak lain dari tertanggung, ataupun karena sebab kebakaran lain sepanjang tidak dikecualikan dalam polis termasuk akibat dari: menjalarnya api yang timbul sendiri (self combustion), hubungan arus pendek (short circuit), atau karena sifat barang itu sendiri dan kebakaran yang terjadi karena kebakaran benda lain yang berdekatan, yaitu kerusakan atau berkurangnya harta benda dan atau kepentingan yang dipertanggungkan atas perintah yang berwenang dalam upaya pencegahan menjalarnya kebakaran itu.

The findings indicate that AI-based visualization can create a more immersive reading experience, enhancing the reader's comprehension through relevant illustrations. This technology also provides creative interpretations that expand the artistic dimensions of short stories. The findings indicated that there were constraints and a lack of teaching resources for class IX students at SMP Negeri 24 Kerinci to write short stories. The final results indicate that creative teaching tools based on the Cerpengram technique are required to facilitate comprehension of the subject matter, particularly short story writing abilities. According to the requirements analysis, 100% of students and instructors demand novel teaching resources based on the Cerpengram technique that have been produced in the form of e-modules.

While the independent variables are industrial production index (IPI), inflation, BI rate, composite stock price index (CSPI) and exchange rates. The analytical method used is Vector Error Correction Models (VECM). The data used in this study are monthly time series data from January 2010 - December 2015. The results of the study state that in the long term the influence of the Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets ( ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a positive and significant impact on Return on Assets (ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a positive and significant influence on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a negative and significant effect on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). The short-term effect of macroeconomic variables on financial performance (ROA, FDR and BOPO) does not show a significant relationship.

The results of this study indicate that basic training planning is made with reference to the RPJMD and the Strategic Plan. The organization is regulated by the mechanism of division of tasks, regulated based on the Decree of the Head relating to the Organizational Structure of the training management program which is generally understood and implemented by BKPSDM. The implementation of education and training at BKPSDM was carried out well, in addition to providing quality training for trainees, the committee also paid great attention to the health of participants. Supervision of basic training is carried out daily by class observers during distance learning, while classical supervision is carried out by the tutor. Barriers in general are due to the large number of participants while the time for CPNS is only one year so that there is extraordinary activity on the part of the organizers and facilitators. In overcoming the obstacles to the shortage of learning media, namely socialization before the implementation of careful preparation from the organizers and assessors of work performance.
