This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the object of study through the process of extracting facts and object data in the field. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the work commitment of the Madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of private MTs in the Riau Islands is not optimal, because there are still many aspects that have not been achieved in terms of realization, budget constraints for the procurement of Madrasah facilities and infrastructure, increasing the professionalism of human resources, and other facilities that are still very limited. For this reason, the head of private MTs in the Riau Islands Province tries to improve the effectiveness of madrasas by implementing strategic educational development concepts. The roles played by the head of the Madrasah are; 1) focusing on common interests, 2) improving communication and understanding, 3) increasing involvement and participation, and 4) avoiding win-lose solutions. These roles are very helpful in realizing increased effectiveness of education in madrasas.

Fish lack insight and knowledge so that fish farming management is carried out by autodidacts. However, it still faces several obstacles, such as the lack of consensus among all breeders and it is still not optimal. So far we have not found an alternative to making our own food, so fish food still needs to be purchased. Farmers' skills and knowledge are still low and there are no alternative aquaculture techniques that can help farmers run their operations effectively. method used is a qualitative method with an auto ethnographic approach. The data collection technique used was interviews with 5 community leaders. The research results show that Pasue culture is a culture that has existed for a long time, and is practiced in the Ndao Island community (Ndao people). At a certain time, namely before the harvest season, there is a Kalela tradition, which is a tradition of visiting friends from one village to another bringing provisions from the harvest. The Christian pedagogical values contained in this culture are: 1) Friendship knows no boundaries, just as Christ called us his friends; 2) Friendship begins with a bond of promise and promises must be steadfast; 3) Chickens are cut and blood Chicken is a symbol (of life) that is shed for togetherness, therefore it must be maintained so that it continues to live together; 4) Eating together is a way to sit side by side in all circumstances, regardless of ethnic or religious differences. t’ah, child custody, and property division, are analyzed in terms of their suitability with the main objectives of Islamic law, namely protection of religion, soul, descendants, mind, and property (Maqashid Syari’ah). This research uses qualitative methods with the normative legal approach. to examine court decisions and how the laws applied reflect the principles of Maqashid Syari’ah. The results of the study indicate that divorce decisions at the Religious Court have considered women’s rights proportionally, although there is still room for further adjustment to be more in line with the essence of Maqashid Syari’ah, especially in terms of economic protection and gender justice. This study recommends the need to strengthen the integration between positive law and sharia principles to better guarantee women’s welfare after divorce.

The validation was carried out by a validator consisting of one system and media expert at the LKIA Pontianak school.The result of the research is the development of a library information system made in the form of a website to make it easier for librarians and students to find books such as package books, fiction books and nonfiction books. With this library information system, students can borrow books, be it fiction books, nonfiction books and package books. Where currently LKIA Pontianak School does not have a website-based school library information system. For this reason, LKIA Pontianak School needs to implement the School Library Information System.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in enhancing students’ cognitive abilities in learning Physics through a meta-analysis. The PBL model emphasizes student-centered learning, where students are invited to solve real and relevant problems, thus increasing engagement and deeper conceptual understanding. Data were collected from 20 research articles published between 2017 and 2024, which discuss students’ cognitive abilities and the PBL approach. The meta-analysis results show that PBL has a significant effect on improving students’ cognitive abilities in Physics, with 13 articles showing high effect sizes, 3 articles moderate effect sizes, and 4 articles low effect sizes. PBL has proven effective in developing students’ critical, creative, and analytical thinking skills. Additionally, PBL enhances students’ active participation in the learning process and facilitates the understanding and application of Physics concepts in various practical situations. This study asserts that PBL is an effective method for improving students’ cognitive abilities in learning Physics at the high school level, by fostering critical thinking, communication, and practical knowledge application skills. These findings underscore the importance of using innovative learning models such as PBL to advance Physics education and improve student learning outcomes.

There are 25 publication articles obtained from various domestic sources analyzed in this article. The articles used were reported from 2018 to 2024. By using PhET simulation, it feels easier to practice compared to real practicum, because visible media allows users to be more active in presenting subjects that are mastered, especially in traveling and stationary wave material. And by using this PhET virtual media makes students tend to be active and very enthusiastic in the learning process because the appearance of the PhET media is very different from other media. Based on this research, it can be concluded that learning stationary wave and traveling wave material can improve learning outcomes and improve critical thinking skills.

The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques by processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the research. Based on the research results, it is known that: The village government has not optimally carried out its role in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction considering that there are several indicators of the dimensions of the role that have not been optimal, causing the development of the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction to be less than expected. This includes, among other things, a lack of response from the community in activities. deliberations on planning the development of tourist attractions and the lack of an active role in managing tourist attractions. Budget limitations mean that it has not been optimal in structuring the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction.
