This may incentivize the travel and hospitality sector, particularly the hotel sector, to explore for strategies to weather the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a literature survey method. This method helps understand the relevance of new research and its relationship with previous research, identifying all previous scientific literature, including books, journal articles and theses, relating to the potential of the hotel business as a Staycation trend. This research aims to determine the potential of the hotel business as a Staycation trend. The research results show that 4-star and 3-star hotels differ in their understanding and application of the terms Daycation and Staycation, which mean a holiday of one day or a maximum of eight hours, however two out of five hotels still use the term Staycation even though the holiday is less than eight hours. During the pandemic, the term Staycation is also used. The findings indicate that it is important to maintain or improve hotel products and the use of digital marketing, especially social media, and continue to innovate to maintain a good image which relate to the prospects of the hotel business as a holiday style.

The research findings underscore that legal frameworks guarantee the rights of tourists to protection, safety, and security. Consequently, it is imperative for tourism managers to prioritize the safety of visitors arising from the activities involved. This involves the implementation of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), effective mitigation procedures, optimal functioning of infrastructure, provision of adequate safety equipment, and continuous enhancement of staff competencies. Owners of tourist attractions bear the responsibility of ensuring both the safety and legal protection of visitors, acknowledging the mutual benefits derived from the presence of tourists. Thus, a comprehensive and proactive approach to safety measures is essential in fostering a secure and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

ct Govermental (Satpol PP). The object of research in this study is the role of the Govermental in enforcing regional regulations regarding the prevention of prostitution and immoral acts. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used by researchers in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection technique uses 3 techniques, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) presentation of documentation. The research results show that the position of the Govermental as a regional apparatus as its main task is basically aimed at assisting regional heads in enforcing regional regulations. Efforts to deal with perpetrators of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency include judicial and non-judicial actions as well as closing localization places or places where the perpetrators follow up on every complaint that comes in which is reported by the public with early detection or searching for information related to prostitution and immoral acts. The obstacles faced by the Govermental in dealing with prostitution and immoral acts include the number of personnel capacity, perpetrators browsing through online media such as dating applications, limited quality of investigators and lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public awareness in enforcing order and peace and the lack of maximum technical regulations governing the problems faced.

There was an average of 4,042 citations per document, reflecting the scholarly impact in the field. The dataset included 714 plus keywords and 738 author keywords, contributing to content analysis. Among the 570 unique authors, 87 were sole authors, while 99 documents were single-authored, and the average co-authorship was 2.47. Notably, there was no international co-authorship in the dataset. Document types encompassed articles, books, book chapters, conference papers, and more, with peak scientific production observed in 2020. a marriage need to be studied further. The importance of knowing the most important elements in marriage will minimize conflict and even divorce. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques based on literature studies. The study of marriage and all components of marriage is the object of this research. The main research data comes from the book "A Triangular Theory of Love" by Robert J. Sternberg and "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" by John Gottman. Apart from that, supporting data such as books and articles related to marriage and studies of love in married life are also used as supporting references. The research results show the dynamics of changes in the type of love during marriage. There are three components to love including: (1) the intimacy component; (2) passion component; and (3) commitment component. These three components can form different types of love. The love component can increase and decrease and even disappear. However, the component of love that is a factor in a marriage lasting a long time is the component of commitment. This is because even if the passion and intimacy of a husband and wife change, if the marriage commitment is maintained firmly, the marriage will still be able to survive. The commitment component in love is the most important element in marriage which is the reason for the formation and survival of a marriage.

The analysis results show that the maximum distance between the arrester and the transformer is 10.96 meters, while the installation distance in the field is 3.2 meters, so the arrester can still protect the transformer because it is still lower than the maximum distance. This research was conducted at the KUA in Jambi Province. The data sources in this research consist of primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that marriage registration for the people of Jambi Province is very important. Based on the Maqāṣid al-Syarīah perspective, there is maṣlahah in registering marriages, namely to provide protection for the husband, wife and children in the family. If we pay attention to the legality of marriages in Indonesia, the state only recognizes registered marriages, on the basis of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law.

Uma Lengge is a traditional house of the Bima people which has existed for a long time and must be maintained in its existence and beauty so that it remains intact and its beauty can be enjoyed for the future. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. A descriptive approach is an approach that aims to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of a particular population or in a particular field factually and carefully. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method is carried out in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that legal action is taken against criminal liability for tourists who damage the cultural heritage at Uma Lengge Maria. Uma Lengge in the Maria Village Tourist Area, there are 13 uma lengge and 103 jompa. The existence of uma lengge must be maintained so that its existence remains well into the future. there are sanctions and criminal liability for tourists who damage the Uma Lengge Maria cultural heritage in Wawo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

skills. The four skills are listening (istima'), speaking (kalam), reading (qiroah), and writing (kitabah) are very important in the learning process. The research method used was my research with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through written and oral Arabic tests conducted on students of class VIII. The test results were categorised into several score ranges, and the students' Arabic language skills were analysed based on the predicates obtained. The results showed that most of the students had deficient Arabic language skills, with 48% of the total students being at the predicate of "Deficient". A total of 21% of students got the predicate "Very Good," 19% of students got the predicate "Good," and 12% of students got the predicate "Fair." The study also noted factors that influence students' Arabic language proficiency, including learning methods, textbooks, materials, educational institutions and time. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta plays an important role in shaping students' Arabic language skills, but there are challenges in improving overall Arabic language skills. This study provides an understanding of the status of students' Arabic language skills at MTs Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta and shows the importance of developing Arabic language learning at the madrasah.
