l facilities serve as critical determinants influencing the smooth execution of teaching and learning activities, as well as the attainment of long-term institutional objectives. A frequent challenge encountered by educational institutions is the discrepancy between actual needs and the allocation of facilities and infrastructure, potentially leading to resource inefficiencies and degradation of educational service quality. Hence, an in-depth investigation into comprehensive strategic planning mechanisms is imperative to support precise, data-driven decision-making processes. This study employs a literature review methodology, integrating diverse scholarly sources, including indexed international journals, academic textbooks, national education policies, and other pertinent documents, to delineate an adaptive and sustainable conceptual framework for strategic planning. The findings affirm that the strategic planning process for educational facilities and infrastructure encompasses three principal stages: (1) empirical and prospective needs analysis, taking into account learner dynamics and curricular changes; (2) budget planning prioritizing fiscal efficiency and optimal resource utilization; and (3) procurement prioritization based on urgency, relevance, and impact on educational quality enhancement. The scope of facilities and infrastructure planned includes various categories ranging from physical infrastructure, consumables, immovable assets, to modern educational technology devices. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a holistic and participatory strategic planning model that accommodates the needs of all stakeholders and adapts to the evolving global educational landscape. Practical implications of this study are anticipated to reinforce governance in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure, ensuring effectiveness, transparency, and sustainability, while simultaneously supporting national educational transformation toward superior quality and heightened competitiveness.

the instrument's alignment with the knowledge domains being measured, ensuring that the instrument covers key aspects of TPACK that are relevant to the context of teaching chemistry. Content validity reflects the representation and relevance of a set of items used to measure a concept carried out through rational analysis of the contents of the test through an expert panel assessment. This validity refers to the accuracy of the measurement based on the contents of the instrument to ensure that the scale of the items used has fulfilled the entire concept of the item or the suitability of the item. The instrument used in this study was assessed by nine validators consisting of two chemistry education experts and seven chemistry teachers. The assessment is done by determining the appropriateness or relevance of the test contents to be used through rational analysis by a competent panel or through expert judgment. The instrument validations in this study were 20 multiple choice questions. The assessment is done by giving a score of 1-4 on each item. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using Rasch model analysis. The analysis showed that the exact agreement was 71.4% and the expected agreement was 73.8%. Based on measurements showing relevant items in this research instrument, there are 17, among others number 1, 10, 11, 14, 5, 8, 19, 20, 18, 3, 6, 12, 13, 15, 17, 4 and 9. While there are 3 items that are irrelevant and need to be corrected, including number 16, 2 and 7.

Teachers' loyalty is reflected in their daily actions, creating an immersive and empowering educational environment. Students respond positively to teachers' loyalty as an inspirational model, forming strong faith values and having a long-term impact on their outlook on life. The practical implications of this research include the development of Christian education strategies that are more effective in forming character. The loyalty of Christian teachers, in the context of this research, is not only a driver of character transformation, but also the key to forming a generation that is firmly rooted in moral and spiritual values.

The novelty of this research lies in the integration of instructional, managerial, and entrepreneurial leadership concepts with teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies, resulting in a more holistic understanding of the mechanisms through which leadership influences the guidance process that requires accuracy in planning, precision in implementation, and rigor in evaluation. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between the principal’s leadership and teacher professionalism, with a contribution of 61.1%, indicating that the majority of improvements in teacher professionalism are shaped by the quality of leadership practiced. Supportive and participatory leadership, reinforced by continuous academic supervision, is proven to enhance teachers’ capacities, strengthen work motivation, and create a professional environment conducive to effective student guidance. These outcomes demonstrate that the effectiveness of guidance is not solely influenced by individual teacher competence but also by leadership structures that direct, facilitate, and optimize educator performance systematically. This study concludes that the madrasah principal holds a central role as a driver of improved guidance quality through the application of visionary, adaptive, and human-resource-oriented leadership, whose implications may serve as a basis for formulating strategies to enhance teacher competence and strengthen educational leadership models within madrasah institutions.

This study addresses the question of how the symbolic meanings, social functions, and moral values embedded in the Naketi Rite shape mechanisms of reconciliation and social integration in Oemofa society. A cultural anthropology approach was employed to interpret the ritual practice through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and a review of relevant literature. The findings indicate that Naketi serves as an institutionalized medium for acknowledging wrongdoing, restoring fractured relationships, and reinforcing collective solidarity through mutually recognized symbolic mechanisms. The ritual cultivates values of honesty, responsibility, self-awareness, and commitment to social cohesion, which contribute to the prevention of prolonged conflict. The study concludes that Naketi is not merely a ceremonial expression but an effective cultural institution that mediates social tensions and reproduces the community’s moral order. This study aims to construct a strategic approach that bridges faith tradition and digital dynamics through a qualitative-reflective method based on recent theological literature and critical observation of digital ministry practices. The analysis identifies four primary strategies: contextual proclamation of faith, optimization of digital platforms as spaces for testimony and education, formation of supportive online communities, and strengthening digital and theological literacy among church leaders. The findings indicate that millennials possess a deep spiritual longing but seek integrity, open dialogue, and practical relevance of faith in daily life. The study concludes that a paradigmatic transformation of church ministry is necessary by positioning digital space as a participatory and dialogical locus of spiritual formation, while the novelty of this research lies in the systematic integration of theological reflection and contextual digital pastoral strategies as an adaptive ministry model for the millennial generation in the era of technological disruption.

This study addresses the problem of how the construction of Solomon’s character and the praxis of his wisdom in Old Testament texts can be transformed into a conceptual paradigm for modern leadership without falling into historical romanticism. The objective of this research is to formulate a theoretical leadership model grounded in biblical wisdom through an analysis of Solomon’s character, theological orientation, and decision-making patterns. The method employed is a theological hermeneutical approach integrated with interdisciplinary literature studies, including leadership theory, public ethics, and Old Testament theology. The analysis focuses on key narratives that portray the judicial, administrative, and spiritual dimensions of Solomon’s leadership. The findings indicate that Solomon’s wisdom is theocentric, deliberative, and oriented toward distributive justice, thereby shaping an integrative and visionary model of leadership. Christian ethics that emphasizes not only personal morality but also social commitment within the context of practical theology. The central issue examined is how the ethical principles contained in Psalm 15 can be theologically interpreted and operationalized for ecclesial life and social praxis. Employing a qualitative theological method with an exegetical approach to the Hebrew text, this study interprets the ethical structure of Psalm 15 from a theological–moral perspective. The findings reveal three fundamental ethical axes: first, personal integrity, which affirms moral wholeness and a life aligned with the will of God; second, relational ethics, which demands the rejection of slander, injustice, and exploitation as a form of responsibility toward others; and third, moral stability, which is rooted in the holiness of God as the foundation for sustaining an ethical life. Based on these findings, the study develops a biblical ethical model that produces Ecclesial Ethics, embodied in the formation of the congregation’s moral habitus through spiritual discipline, and Social Ethics, defined as a commitment to uphold justice, integrity, and compassion in the public sphere. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative formulation that unites ecclesial and social ethics within a single transformative ethical paradigm. The study concludes that Psalm 15 provides a holistic foundation for Christian ethics in practical theology, positioning worship and social service as an inseparable unity of faith praxis.

This study aims to examine marital counseling from pastoral and biblical perspectives as a theologically integrative approach to Christian family formation. The focus of the study is directed toward identifying the absence of a counseling model grounded in contextual theology and rooted in biblical foundations. The methodology employed is a literature review with a critical analysis of pastoral theology sources, biblical studies, and contemporary counseling practices published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that marital counseling, when grounded in pastoral and biblical frameworks, serves not only as a means of conflict resolution but also as a channel for reconciliation, faith development, and relational restoration based on God's grace. The novelty of this study lies in its formulation of a marital counseling approach that contextually integrates transformative pastoral principles and biblical theological narratives. Theoretically, this research expands the horizon of pastoral family theology in the digital-modern context, while practically, it provides a pastoral framework for churches to facilitate the restoration and formation of Christian households. Although physical attendance is maintained, the apparent spiritual absence, reflected in passive behavior or the departure of congregants during crucial liturgical moments, reveals a management failure to holistically integrate liturgical, theological, and pastoral aspects. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews to examine the role of management in designing, implementing, and evaluating worship services that facilitate meaningful spiritual engagement. The analysis confirms that weak liturgical formation, the absence of a structured participatory evaluation system, and a less dialogical pastoral approach are dominant factors contributing to low congregation participation. Worship management that is purely administrative and procedural without reinforcement of the spiritual dimension contributes to a less transformative worship atmosphere. This study recommends reforming worship management through strengthening liturgical education, innovating more participatory and contextual forms of worship, and establishing worship evaluation teams involving leadership and congregants collaboratively and sustainably. The novelty of this research lies in emphasizing worship management not merely as a technical-administrative process but as a means of dynamically and contextually shaping the congregation’s spirituality, thereby providing a conceptual contribution to developing an adaptive and transformative worship management model within the modern church environment.
