All students of class X MIPA, even semester, Gajah Mada Mandiri Private High School, Medan from both classes constitute the majority of the population in the essay. Cluster random sampling was used to collect samples, with X MIPA1 and X MIPA2 acting as the experimental and control groups, respectively, with a total of 32 participants each and a teaching model that emphasizes in-depth learning with short lessons. The instrument used in this study was an essay test with approximately 10 validated topics. Data analysis of Lhitung-Ltabel and Fhitung-Ftabel showed that both data sets had a normal and homogeneous distribution. Analysis of two similar government agencies will be carried out next. The results of both classes were normally and uniformly distributed. Because tcount > ttable, the results of the one-tailed t-test for alpha = 0.05 and dk 62 produced tcount = 21.27 and ttable 1.99. This shows that there are significant benefits from using interdisciplinary learning with an inquiry model to support the student process in semester X of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in the academic year 2022/2023.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menemukan model dan media pembelajaran yang tepat melalui analisis yang ditujukan kepada peserta didik yang mengalami gangguan kalkulasi (diskalkulia). Dalam penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan empat strategi, model, maupun media pembelajaran yaitu sebagai berikut. Pertama, penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang paling efektif bagi peserta diskalkulia yaitu strategi pembelajaran humor. Kedua, terdapat tiga pendekatan yang dapat membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa diskalkulia yaitu pendekatan langsung, pendekatan individu, dan pendekatan kelompok. Ketiga, pada peserta didik yang mengalami gangguan kalkulasi (diskalkulia) dapat dilakukan melalui media pembelajaran, salah satunya yang dianggap paling efektif yaitu media pembelajaran stamp game. untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar matematika menggunakan model RME pada kelas V UPT SD Negeri 11 Lubuk Jaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dua siklus yang berpedoman kepada prosedur penelitian menurut Arikunto, dkk (2015:42) yang terdiri dari: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini peneliti lakukan dari tanggal 23 Juli s/d 01 Agustus 2024.Adapun hasil belajar pada siklus I memperoleh persentase ketuntasan 52,78% pada siklus II memperoleh persentase ketuntasan 86,11%, memperoleh peningkatan 33,33%. Berdasarkan peningkatan hasil belajar tersebut telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang sudah ditetapkan sebesar 75%. Pada proses pembelajaran siklus I pada aspek pengamatan aktivitas pendidik memperoleh persentase 77,77% meningkat pada siklus II memperoleh persentase 92,59% peningkatan tersebut sebesar 14,82% dan pada aspek pengamatan aktivitas peserta didik siklus I yaitu 75,92% siklus II yaitu 88,88% memperoleh peningkatan 12,96%. Berdasarkan persentase proses pembelajaran tersebut telah terjadi peningkatan proses pembelajaran dan telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yaitu 76%, berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa model RME dapat meningkatkan hasil dan proses pembelajaan.

Again, the results of a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test reveal that there was no statistically significant difference between the means of the five groups of teacher teaching experience in terms of teacher efficacy. Logika Fuzzy diterapkan untuk mentransformasikan istilah linguistik menjadi Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFN) dan skor tegas (crisp), sementara metode Weighted Product digunakan untuk mengagregasikan skor tersebut berdasarkan bobot multi-kriteria. Model ini dievaluasi melalui studi kasus yang melibatkan sepuluh pegawai honorer berdasarkan lima kriteria: disiplin, tanggung jawab, kualitas kerja, kerja sama, dan inisiatif. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model hibrida ini berhasil meminimalkan subjektivitas penilai dan menghasilkan perengkingan yang dapat direproduksi secara matematis. Analisis sensitivitas mengonfirmasi stabilitas hasil peringkat akhir, sehingga model Hibrida Fuzzy Weighted Product yang diusulkan ini sangat sesuai untuk digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja utama dalam sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian kinerja di sektor publik.
Performance evaluation of honorary employees in public institutions often relies on subjective linguistic assessments, leading to evaluator bias and limited accountability. To address this, this paper proposes a Hybrid Fuzzy-Weighted Product (Fuzzy-Weighted Product) model. Fuzzy Logic is adopted to transform linguistic terms into Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFN) and crisp scores, while the Weighted Product method aggregates these scores based on multi-criteria weights. The model was evaluated using a case study of ten honorary employees across five criteria: discipline, responsibility, work quality, cooperation, and initiative. The experimental results demonstrate that the hybrid model successfully minimizes evaluator subjectivity and delivers mathematically reproducible rankings. A sensitivity analysis confirms the stability of the final rankings, making the proposed Hybrid Fuzzy–Weighted Product model highly suitable as a core framework for decision-support systems in public sector performance appraisal.

thod employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 10 empirical articles published between 2019 and 2026. Data were extracted based on the five stages of NEA — reading, comprehension, transformation, process skill, and encoding — and subsequently analyzed through narrative synthesis, percentage comparison, and descriptive effect size. The results indicate that comprehension errors and encoding errors are the most dominant categories, with the highest percentages of 56.92% and 50%, respectively, followed by transformation errors, which consistently fall within a moderate effect range (20–40%), while reading errors and process skill errors are classified as low. The primary causes of errors include weak understanding of geometric concepts, inability in spatial visualization, limited mathematical language, and lack of procedural precision. The findings contribute as a diagnostic foundation for designing more effective geometry learning, while simultaneously serving as a conceptual bridge toward higher-level geometry
