ive method with a correlational research design. The sample used was 50 randomly selected Private members. Data were collected through a questionnaire that measured the three independent variables (self-efficacy, social support, and optimism) and grit as the dependent variable. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed a significance value of 0.000, indicating that self-efficacy, social support, and optimism had a significant effect on grit. The results showed that social support made the largest contribution to increasing grit, followed by optimism and self-efficacy. Overall, the three variables contributed 75.4% to the grit level of TNI-AD Private members. This finding provides important insight that the combination of self-confidence, support from the surrounding environment, and an optimistic outlook can increase individual persistence in facing challenges, especially in the Secaba selection.

weighting further complicates the process, making it less fair and less suited to field needs. To address this, a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) was developed using the TOPSIS method. The study focused on five sub-districts with the highest number of registered voters: Air Batu, Air Joman, Kisaran Barat, Kisaran Timur, and Pulau Rakyat. Selection criteria included understanding of vision and mission, motivation, integrity, supervisory experience, knowledge of local wisdom, and communication and teamwork skills. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires to obtain candidate scores. The DSS processed the data objectively and produced rankings based on preference values. Results showed that Syahputra from Air Batu achieved the highest score (1000) and ranked first. System testing with the black box method confirmed all features functioned properly. This DSS improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency, offering Bawaslu a reliable technological solution for selecting competent and high-integrity Panwaslu members.

Abstrak: Kurangnya transparansi dan objektivitas dalam seleksi anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan di Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan menimbulkan ketidakpuasan dan menurunkan kepercayaan publik. Selain itu, belum adanya sistem terstruktur dalam menentukan kriteria serta bobot penilaian menyebabkan proses seleksi kurang adil dan sulit menyesuaikan kebutuhan lapangan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang dan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web dengan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian dilakukan pada lima kecamatan dengan jumlah Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT) terbanyak, yaitu Air Batu, Air Joman, Kisaran Barat, Kisaran Timur, dan Pulau Rakyat. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi pemahaman visi-misi, motivasi, integritas, pengalaman pengawasan pemilu, pengetahuan kearifan lokal, serta kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja sama. Data kandidat diperoleh melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah oleh sistem untuk menghasilkan peringkat secara objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Syahputra dari Kecamatan Air Batu memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 1000 dan ditetapkan sebagai kandidat terbaik. Pengujian dengan metode black box membuktikan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai fungsi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi seleksi, serta menjadi solusi teknologi bagi Bawaslu dalam menentukan anggota Panwaslu yang kompeten dan berintegritas.

(Fe) levels of 1–2 mg/L, exceeding the water quality standard stipulated in Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation No. 32 of 2017. This community service program aimed to improve water quality through the implementation of a simple treatment system based on aeration, sedimentation, and filtration, while also supporting the Adiwiyata School Program. The implementation method applied a participatory approach involving teachers, students, and educational staff through several stages, including identification of water quality problems, initial water quality testing, design of aeration and filtration systems, installation of the water treatment unit, post-treatment water quality testing, as well as monitoring and evaluation of program sustainability. The filtration system utilized gravel, silica sand, activated carbon, and zeolite stone as filter media. Water quality testing was conducted before and after treatment to evaluate the effectiveness of Fe reduction. The results showed that the aeration and filtration system successfully reduced Fe concentrations from 1–2 mg/L to 0.5–1 mg/L with an efficiency of 50–75%, thereby meeting the hygiene and sanitation water quality standards. In addition, the program enhanced environmental awareness among school members through practice-based learning activities.

Abstrak: Ketersediaan air bersih memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung sanitasi, kesehatan lingkungan, dan aktivitas pendidikan di sekolah. SMP Negeri 1 Cangkringan, Yogyakarta memiliki sumber mata air alami dengan kandungan zat besi (Fe) sebesar 1–2 mg/L yang melebihi baku mutu berdasarkan Permenkes RI No. 32 Tahun 2017. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas air melalui penerapan sistem pengolahan sederhana berbasis aerasi, sedimentasi, dan filtrasi sekaligus mendukung program Sekolah Adiwiyata. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan guru, siswa, dan tenaga kependidikan melalui tahapan identifikasi permasalahan kualitas air, pengujian awal kualitas air, perancangan sistem aerasi dan filtrasi, implementasi instalasi pengolahan air, pengujian kualitas air pasca pengolahan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi keberlanjutan program. Sistem filtrasi menggunakan media kerikil, pasir silika, arang aktif, dan batu zeolit. Pengujian kualitas air dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pengolahan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penurunan kadar Fe. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem aerasi dan filtrasi mampu menurunkan kadar Fe dari 1–2 mg/L menjadi 0,5–1 mg/L dengan efisiensi sebesar 50–75%, sehingga memenuhi baku mutu air higiene sanitasi. Program ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan warga sekolah melalui pembelajaran berbasis praktik.

Tbk Tanjung Raja Estate 2. The method applied is community education and training by introducing a web-based Islamic infor-mation system, namely the Al-Wa’ie portal. This portal provides comprehensive Islamic solutions and easy-to-understand interpretations of the Quran. The results of the activity showed that technical assistance successfully increased the digital skills of participants in accessing religious information independently (success reached 70% through interview techniques). In addition, the integration of spiritual guidance with technology training has strengthened the spiritual attitudes of the congregation. In conclusion, the use of web-based information systems has proven effective in bridging the gap between technology and spir-ituality, and encouraging the formation of a more knowledgeable and spiritually steadfast community.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan akses rujukan keislaman yang tepercaya pada anggota Perwiritan Ibu-ibu Pondok PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk Tanjung Raja Es-tate 2. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan dengan mem-perkenalkan sistem informasi keislaman berbasis web, yaitu portal Al-Wa’ie. Portal ini menyediakan solusi islami yang komprehensif dan tafsir Al-Qur'an yang mudah dipahami. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan teknis berhasil menambah kecakapan digital peserta dalam mengakses informasi keagamaan secara mandiri (keberhasilan men-capai 70% melalui teknik wawancara). Selain itu, integrasi bimbingan spiritual bersama pelatihan teknologi telah memperkuat sikap spiritual jamaah. Simpulannya, penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis web terbukti efektif menjembatani celah antara teknologi dan spiritualitas, serta mendorong terbentuknya komunitas yang lebih berpengetahuan dan teguh secara spiritual.

Information System (SID) in Kuta Mbelin Village, STM Hulu Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, as a mechanism for supporting administrative digitalization. It also evaluates the role of information technology in village governance and the integration of village statistical data within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The research employs a combination of literature review, field observation, and interviews with village officials and community members. The findings indicate that the adoption of SID in Kuta Mbelin Village improves administrative efficiency, accelerates public service delivery, and enables evidence-based data management that supports sustainable village development planning. This study recommends enhancing SID by integrating data analytics and strengthening information security to maximize its usefulness in village governance.

Abstrak : Transformasi digital dalam administrasi desa menjadi kebutuhan mendesak guna meningkatkan efisiensi layanan publik dan tata kelola pemerintahan yang transparan. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) di Desa Kuta Mbelin, Kecamatan STM Hulu, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dalam mendukung digitalisasi administrasi desa. Studi ini juga mengevaluasi peran teknologi informasi dalam tata kelola pemerintahan desa serta integrasi data statistik desa dalam perspektif Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara dengan perangkat desa serta masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SID di Desa Kuta Mbelin meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, mempercepat pelayanan publik, dan memungkinkan pengelolaan data berbasis bukti yang mendukung perencanaan pembangunan desa berkelanjutan. Studi ini merekomendasikan optimalisasi SID dengan integrasi analitik data dan keamanan informasi untuk meningkatkan daya guna dalam tata kelola desa.

Forest Area (KHDTK) managed by Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (Unsoed). Field observations revealed several challenges faced by farmer groups living around the forest. A key issue is limited knowledge of food crop cultivation, causing ongoing forest land conversion. To address this problem, the transfer of knowledge regarding cultivation practices of food crops in forest areas is required, particularly through regulatory outreach activities. Activities used extension, active learning, and mentoring, targeting PKK members and KTH Cemara Soedirman farmers. Following the outreach activities, the community demonstrated improved understanding of the three–four strata planting system. Based on evaluation results, prior to the program most respondents (88.24% or 15 individuals) exhibited low levels of knowledge, while 11.27% (2 individuals) had moderate understanding. After the program, the number of respondents with moderate understanding increased to 5 individuals (29.41%), and those with high levels of understanding rose significantly from 0% to 12 individuals (70.59%).

Abstrak: Hutan tidak hanya berperan sebagai penopang ekosistem, tetapi juga memiliki nilai ekonomi yang penting. Jika masyarakat sepenuhnya bergantung pada hutan sebagai sumber mata pencaharian utama, fungsi hutan sebangai penyangga ekosistem dapat terancam. Desa Karang Jengkol merupakan lokasi di mana Kawasan Hutan Dengan Tujuan Khusus (KHDTK) Unsoed berada. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di lapangan, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok tani di sekitar hutan. Salah satu di antaranya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai teknik budidaya tanaman pangan di kawasan hutan, yang menyebabkan terjadinya alih fungsi lahan hutan secara berkelanjutan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan transfer pengetahuan tentang pola budidaya tanaman pangan di area hutan melalui kegiatan transfer pengetahuan pola tanam tiga atau empat strata. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan, pembelajaran aktif dan pendampingan dengan Masyarakat sasaran yaitu ibu-ibu PKK dan petani KTH Cemara Soedirman. Setelah kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan, masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap konsep pola tanam 3–4 strata. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, sebelum kegiatan mayoritas responden (88,24% atau 15 orang) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang rendah, sementara 11,27% (2 orang) berada pada tingkat pemahaman sedang. Setelah kegiatan berlangsung, jumlah responden dengan pemahaman sedang meningkat menjadi 5 orang (29,41%), dan yang memiliki pemahaman tinggi bertambah signifikan dari 0% menjadi 12 orang (70,59%).

and diversification of processed chili products. The main problems of KWT include limited skills in chili processing and low utilization of digital technology for marketing. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), with stages of socialization, chili processing training, digital marketing training, mentoring, and evaluation. The training activities increased the skills of KWT members in processing chili peppers into various products such as chili flakes, chili powder, and chili oil, as well as improving their ability to utilize social media for promotion. The results of the evaluation showed a significant increase in technical skills, entrepreneurial interest, and motivation of members to develop a business based on chili derivative products. This activity has proven to be effective in encouraging the economic independence of women through the use of technology and product innovation.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat ekonomi Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Srikandi di Pekon Srikaton, Kecamatan Adiluwih, Kabupaten Pringsewu, melalui penerapan digital marketing dan diversifikasi produk olahan cabai. Permasalahan utama mitra meliputi keterbatasan keterampilan dalam pengolahan cabai serta rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), dengan tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan pengolahan turunan cabai, pelatihan digital marketing, pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Kegiatan pelatihan menghasilkan peningkatan keterampilan anggota KWT dalam mengolah cabai menjadi berbagai produk seperti bon cabai, cabai bubuk, dan chili oil, serta meningkatkan kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk promosi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan teknis sebesar 60%, minat berwirausaha, dan motivasi anggota untuk mengembangkan usaha berbasis produk turunan cabai sebesar 20%. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam mendorong kemandirian ekonomi perempuan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi dan inovasi produk.

ional production methods, unstructured business management, and marketing dependence on collectors, limiting added value. The program aimed to improve production capacity, strengthen business governance, and develop a website-based digital marketing strategy. A participatory-collaborative approach was applied through socialization, technical training, technology implementation, mentoring, and continuous evaluation. Innovations introduced included production SOPs, logbooks and simple bookkeeping, a gas-fueled drying oven, development of the website www.sejala.org, QR Code integration on packaging, and activation of social media and marketplaces. Evaluation showed significant improvements in partner skills, with average scores increasing from 2.7 to 4.0, particularly in business recording and digital marketing. Economically, average income rose by 25% and digital sales volume doubled. Sustainability was strengthened through cooperation with the Merah Putih Cooperative and regular coaching from the Padang City Marine and Fisheries Office, thereby enhancing the economic independence of coastal women and youth.

Abstrak: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama POKLAHSAR BALI, sebuah UMKM perikanan di Ulak Karang Utara, Kota Padang, yang mayoritas anggotanya perempuan dan remaja pesisir. Permasalahan utama mitra meliputi metode produksi tradisional, manajemen usaha yang belum tertata, serta pemasaran yang bergantung pada pengepul sehingga nilai tambah terbatas. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, memperkuat tata kelola usaha, dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital berbasis website. Metode partisipatif-kolaboratif diterapkan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Inovasi yang diperkenalkan meliputi SOP produksi, penggunaan logbook dan pembukuan sederhana, oven pengering berbahan bakar gas, pengembangan website www.sejala.org, integrasi QR Code pada kemasan, serta aktivasi media sosial dan marketplace. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan mitra dengan skor rata-rata naik dari 2,7 menjadi 4,0, terutama pada pencatatan usaha dan pemasaran digital. Secara ekonomi, pendapatan meningkat rata-rata 25% dan volume penjualan digital dua kali lipat. Keberlanjutan program diperkuat melalui kerjasama dengan Koperasi Merah Putih dan pembinaan rutin Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kota Padang, sehingga mampu mendukung kemandirian ekonomi perempuan dan remaja pesisir.
