oys a comprehensive case study methodology to examine the policies crucial for ensuring sustainable economic growth in the aftermath of the pandemic. Industrial expansion's direct and indirect effects on job creation, economic diversification, technological advancement, and resource distribution are all examined in this analysis. Considering the varying degrees of development and infrastructure across Indonesia's regions, the study also identifies the distinct impacts of economic disparities across these areas. The results emphasize the need for tailored policy interventions that consider regional discrepancies and foster fair economic growth post-pandemic. Contributing to the economic recovery of the nation, the study finds sectors of the Indonesian economy with potential for expansion in the post-pandemic period. Employing the shift-share analysis and qualitative descriptive method, help determine if any changes have occurred in the configuration of the economic system during the post-pandemic period. The findings indicate that each of the five provinces, namely Bali, Riau Islands, Banten, East Borneo, and Yogyakarta, possesses distinct competitive advantages that are unique to their respective regions. However, none of the industries in these five areas possesses a significant degree of expertise in any particular industry. The research also emphasizes the lack of dedicated business activities focused on a specific industry.

e, religion, and so on, if not based on tolerance for each other. Multicultural education is an educational process that develops the full potential of humans who have different cultures, nationalities, and religions. The concept of multicultural education is expected to minimize conflicts that arise from differences in perspectives, attitudes, culture, and so on in society. In Islam, Islamic educational philosophy is a science that studies various issues related to education, such as humans as subjects and objects of education, curriculum, methods, environment, teachers, and so on based on Islamic teachings sourced from the Qur'an and al-Hadith. The Qur'an discusses the concept of multicultural education a lot, such as the concept of mutual recognition and respect for various cultures, races and religions, including Surah Al Hujurat verse 13 and Surah Ar Rum verse 22.

ol, Medan, Academic Year 2022/2023. This kind of research is basically experimental. All students of class X MIPA, even semester, Gajah Mada Mandiri Private High School, Medan from both classes constitute the majority of the population in the essay. Cluster random sampling was used to collect samples, with X MIPA1 and X MIPA2 acting as the experimental and control groups, respectively, with a total of 32 participants each and a teaching model that emphasizes in-depth learning with short lessons. The instrument used in this study was an essay test with approximately 10 validated topics. Data analysis of Lhitung-Ltabel and Fhitung-Ftabel showed that both data sets had a normal and homogeneous distribution. Analysis of two similar government agencies will be carried out next. The results of both classes were normally and uniformly distributed. Because tcount > ttable, the results of the one-tailed t-test for alpha = 0.05 and dk 62 produced tcount = 21.27 and ttable 1.99. This shows that there are significant benefits from using interdisciplinary learning with an inquiry model to support the student process in semester X of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in the academic year 2022/2023.

Academic Year 2022/2023. The form of this research is a quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was all students of class XI MIPA at SMA Swasta Gajah Mada Medan Academic Year 2022/2023. The sample in this study was taken using cluster random sampling, namely the experimental class of 30 students implemented to the Jigsaw cooperative mastery model assisted by PhET and the control class of 28 students implemented to the DI version. This observation tool uses an essay test with ten proven questions used in this study. The average pre-test score of the experimental class is 32.89 with a normal deviation of 2.99 and the average post-test score is 84.33 with a normal deviation of 2.72. These figures are based entirely on research findings. The suggested pretest ratings and desired deviations for the manipulation style were 35.44 and 3.82, respectively , and the intended posttest ratings were 71.33 and 5.93. Lcount Ltable was accepted for each instruction with a daily distribution, even as Fcount obtained Ftable for homogeneous elegance. The results of the statistical test (t-party test ) and dk 56 found that the initial abilities of the 2 lessons were the same because tcount < ttable, or -0.84 1.94, is true. Furthermore, exclusive treatment has been applied to 2 lessons and towards the end of the lesson a publication test was given. From the results of the statistical test of the fact (one-celebration t check) it was obtained tcount > ttable, namely 2.41 > 1.94, this indicates that there is a possibility of a Jigsaw type cooperative learning model that has a large influence with the help of PhET on student learning outcomes. resulting in excessive magnificence of Gajah Mada's personal XI questions, faculty of 2022/2023 academic year .

Recurring internal audit findings indicate that existing control mechanisms have not fully ensured consistent procedural compliance across all work units. Such conditions may increase the risk of operational errors and irregularities if preventive control measures are not adequately implemented. This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of staff and management at PT. Abdi Budi Mulia in implementing a Checklist Self Assessment (CSA) Report as a self-evaluation instrument to support fraud prevention and reduce internal audit findings. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, CSA Report training, implementation assistance, and activity evaluation. The results demonstrated that participants gained a better understanding of internal control, risk management, and the importance of self-monitoring in operational activities. Participants were also able to develop relevant control indicators, identify operational risks more systematically, and implement CSA Reports according to the specific needs of their respective work units. Furthermore, the implementation of CSA Reports encouraged a more proactive monitoring mechanism, enabling potential errors and procedural non-compliance to be identified before becoming audit findings. Therefore, CSA Report implementation can serve as an effective alternative for strengthening internal control systems and supporting sustainable fraud prevention efforts within the organization

ve approach with a descriptive type to systematically outline linguistic facts and communication strategies. The data collection process relies on literature review techniques to gather trusted supporting scientific literature. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are utilized as analytical stages to dissect the entire lecture recording based on Aristotle's rhetorical triangle theory. The results show that the element of ethos or credibility is built through the adjustment of local sarong clothing, a humble attitude toward elders, respectful etiquette toward Madurese kiai, and authoritative hadith references. The element of pathos or emotional appeal is manifested through dramatic narratives of a mother's struggle in giving birth, the physical sacrifice of a father in the orchard, the story of his own mother's passing, and the analogy of an old Quranic mushaf for the elderly to arouse the congregation's pity and regret. The element of logos or logical argument is proven through the syllogism of moral priority over material wealth, the law of direct causal retribution for rebellious children, and textual historical proof regarding the inclusivity of the prophet's social relations with non-Muslims. The synchronization of these three rhetorical elements successfully packages weighty morality material into a logical yet deeply touching spiritual presentation for the congregation.
Abstract:MSMEs have played considerable role in the socio-economic development in Indonesia. However, the institutions continue to experience numerous challenges and constrains in various aspects. Among the prominent issues include…
de the financing structure, lack of qualified human resources, complexity of government regulations and bureaucracy in some areas such as business start-up and etc. There is hardly any literature that has critically surveyed the issue of why the MSMEs shy away and whether there is an alternative financing model that they can adopt. The present study critically assesses the related literatures and proposes a viable cash waqf-based model which has the potential to benefit Islamic MSMEs. To ensure the successful running of the cash-waqf based model, it is recommended for the model to be established under the umbrella of a respectable Islamic body, namely Indonesia Waqf Council/Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI).

ent in Triangular Theory of Love by Sternberg. Then, the reason is rooted in interpretation of empathy. Empathy is a physiological reaction that has three components, they are emotional, cognitive, and motivational. It helps people to understand, feel, and care about others, even if it is sometimes hard. The novel tells the story of Kate Adam and Ben Mackenzie, who are liberal and conservative Senate staffers, respectively, and who fall in love despite their ideological differences and professional rivalry. The article analyzes how the novel depicts the challenges and benefits of empathizing with a romantic partner who has opposing political views, and how empathy contributes to the development and maintenance of consummate love. Then, it concludes that the novel offers a hopeful and realistic message that consummate love can bridge the political divide, as long as the partners are willing to empathize with each other and respect their differences.

Buddhist Religious Education teachers have a strategic role in shaping the character and behavior of students through the internalization of Buddhist Pancasila values, which are expected to prevent potential delinquency and foster students who are morally and spiritually grounded. This study aims to analyze the roles, effectiveness, and strategies employed by Nalanda students in instilling Buddhist Pancasila values in elementary schools as a preventive effort against juvenile delinquency. This research applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The study was conducted at Mutiara 17 August Elementary School, Edelweiss School, and Bina Pelita Bangsa Elementary School. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving Nalanda students, principals, and homeroom teachers in five elementary schools. The data analysis technique employed was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results reveal that Nalanda students act as value educators by instilling principles such as loving-kindness (mettā), responsibility, discipline, and respect for parents and teachers. The strategies used include role modeling, habituation in Buddhist spiritual practices, integration of values in learning, and personal approaches to students. The effectiveness of these roles is reflected in students' behavioral changes, such as becoming more orderly, polite, and the declining incidence of violations and social conflicts. The role of Nalanda students as Buddhist Religious Education teachers has proven to contribute significantly to the prevention of juvenile delinquency through character education based on Buddhist Pancasila values.
