Metode yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survei pada 16 karyawan franchise Gacoan di daerah Jalan Ahmad Yani, Surabaya. Melalui suvei yang telah dilakukan, maka hasil dari penelitian ini ialah implementasi etika kepemimpinan pada franchise Gacoan dinilai cukup baik.

Findings show that project-based learning, the use of interactive technology, cooperative learning models, and student-centered approaches are effective in developing 21st Century competencies. In addition, simulation activities, innovative curriculum development, special extracurricular programs, and continuous teacher training also play an important role. The conclusions emphasize the need for inclusive and innovative learning approaches in dealing with the demands of modern education. The findings provide a strong foundation for the development of effective learning strategies to improve students' 21st Century competencies in the future.

Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed through four stages: data reduction, triangulation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the critical thinking profile of subjects with high levels of learning independence was more complete than subjects with moderate and low levels of learning. Subjects with a high level of learning independence have a critical thinking profile that can use the right strategy to solve problems, complete, and correctly do calculations and explanations.
