ause one of the important aspects of the independent curriculum is P5. This research aims to find out what obstacles the teachers of SMPN 2 Dompu have in designing modules and assessing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5) of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data analysis technique used in this research is a data analysis technique developed by Creswell including data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there are 6 teacher obstacles. The first teacher has difficulty identifying the readiness stages of educational units in designing modules and project assessments to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Second, teachers have difficulty determining dimensions and themes in designing modules and assessments for projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Third, teachers have difficulty designing and determining time allocation in module design and assessment as well as implementing projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fourth, teachers have difficulty developing topics and activity lines in designing modules and assessments for projects strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fifth, teachers have difficulty creating and designing project modules for strengthening Pancasila student profiles (P5). Sixth, teachers do not yet understand how to create assessment and assessment rubrics in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Recommendations from the results of this research are (1) the Dompu Regency Youth and Sports Education Office must provide training related to P5 module design and P5 Assessment to teachers at SMPN 2 Dompu, (2) Principals must collaborate with campus or external parties to conduct training for teachers.

Recognized as an essential human right, freedom of expression is explicitly protected by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The focus of this research is to examine the legal norms governing freedom of expression, which include provisions such as Article 28E paragraph (3) and Article 19 of the Constitution 1945, as well as other statutory regulations. The research results show that freedom of expression is recognized as an inalienable right by the state and is one of the foundations for the realization of a just and democratic society. Although freedom of expression is guaranteed by the constitution, this research also highlights the obstacles and challenges in its implementation. In Indonesia, challenges arise in navigating diverse interpretations of freedom of expression, with concerns about potential exploitation by entities harming public interest. Striking a balance between freedom of expression and societal stability/security is deemed crucial. The research aims to better understand the complexity of freedom of expression within the country's constitutional law and its role in promoting equality. This research aims to find useful insights for creating better policies. In data analysis, researchers apply a qualitative approach, namely efforts to organize and sort data. The goal is to create manageable units of data, implement systematic methods, look for patterns, and ultimately identify important things worth studying. The final stage involves the decision to share the research results with others, conveying the findings that have been discovered during the research process. The research results show that the position of hadith in Islamic education has similarities with the Koran as the main reference, but the two also have differences. The effectiveness of local taxes is a study of the collection performance carried out by the Regional Revenue Service during one fiscal year to determine the effectiveness of local taxes realized with the set target. Sleman Regency is one of the regions that currently has high Regional Original Revenue and one of the sources of revenue is restaurant tax. Sleman as one of the strategic areas provides many opportunities to increase Regional Original Revenue through taxes, including restaurant tax. The results of calculations and observations of data on the effectiveness of restaurant tax revenue in Sleman Regency for the last 4 years starting from 2019 to 2022 have fluctuated. The average effectiveness rate that reaches 112% indicates a very effective achievement. In terms of restaurant tax contribution to Regional Original Revenue, 2022 is the year with the largest restaurant tax contribution over the past 4 years because in that year Indonesia has begun to recover from covid-19, but the contribution of restaurant tax to Sleman Regency's Original Revenue is still in the category of less with an average restaurant tax contribution of 10.66%.
