reporting their financial assets. This study aims to identify the main challenges faced by MSMEs in recording and reporting assets, analyze the factors that cause a lack of accuracy in asset recording, and evaluate the effect of limited managerial knowledge and access to technology on the quality of financial reports. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with MSME owners/managers and field observations. The results of the study indicate that lack of accounting knowledge, limited human resources, and minimal technological support are the main factors that hinder accurate asset recording. In addition, inaccuracies in financial reports can have a negative impact on the ability of MSMEs to obtain funding from financial institutions or investors. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase capacity through management training and the use of accounting technology to improve the transparency and accuracy of MSME financial reports.

Objective: To determine the process of nursing care for schizophrenic patients with sensory perception disorders, auditory hallucinations, using rebuke technique intervention. Method: Using descriptive research with a nursing care approach. Results: The results of the study showed that the signs of hallucinations decreased after the rebuke was carried out. Conclusion: Nursing care was successful and the rebuke technique was able to reduce the frequency of hallucinations.

Amid the challenges of globalization and modernization, this article shows that the values within the Malay Riau way of life remain essential in creating a harmonious, cultured, and virtuous society. In this study using NaOH 1.5%w to degrade the lignin content in the crown of pineapple varieties cayane and H2SO4 2%v to convert cellulose into glucose. The research used variations in yeast weight of 7.5%; 10%; 12.5%w and variations in fermentation time of 2; 3; 4; 5 days in the fermentation process. While the purification process uses simple distillation with operating conditions 78oC-80oC for 2.5 -4 hours. Bioethanol obtained was tested for refractive index and gask romatography (GC). The test results obtained the optimum weight of yeast is 12.5 grams at 3 days fermentation time with bioethanol content of 6.154%.

is law complements a series of regulations that already regulate crimes of sexual violence. The specialty of this law is that it provides more comprehensive regulation of sexual violence crimes, which are currently increasingly diverse. One of the interesting things regulated in the law is related to rehabilitation efforts for perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual violence. This article will discuss rehabilitation efforts for perpetrators of sexual violence which aim to recover perpetrators from their deviant acts, namely sexual violence. This research uses normative research methods with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The results of this research indicate that providing rehabilitation measures according to the Criminal Code is a type of action that can be imposed simultaneously with criminal sanctions or separately by referring to the judge's considerations. Meanwhile, the provision and mechanism of rehabilitation measures for perpetrators of sexual violence as regulated in Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence still requires further regulations issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health to be implemented optimally

In terms of tangible, the availability of information boards is quite good physically, but not yet fully effective in conveying messages clearly and inclusively. From the aspect of reliability, the commitment to timely and procedural services is indeed visible, but it is not evenly distributed and there are still complaints regarding inconsistency. Meanwhile, in terms of responsiveness, village officials have shown good intentions to respond to community needs, but consistency in responding to complaints and needs of residents still needs to be improved.

cial instruments for guaranteeing community rights to quality basic services, including civil administration services. Despite their establishment, challenges persist in ensuring that services provided align with the stipulated standards. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. Key informants included the head of the department, service-providing staff, and representatives of community service users. The findings indicate that MSS implementation at Merauke Disdukcapil has generally been underway, though its effectiveness varies across service types. Some MSS indicators, such as service waiting times and cost certainty, have been well-met. However, challenges are still present in aspects like the availability of adequate human resources, sub-optimal socialization of MSS to the community, and the need for improved supporting infrastructure. Limited access to information and public understanding of service rights also act as inhibiting factors. Thus, the effectiveness of MSS at Merauke Disdukcapil can be enhanced through strengthening human resource capacity, improving facilities and infrastructure, and intensifying socialization efforts. This study recommends the necessity of regular evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure excellent civil administration services for all communities in Merauke.
