This catalog aims to facilitate communication between MSME actors and inter-national consumers, as well as increase the visibility and competitiveness of MSMEs in the global market. In addition, this digital catalog is also expected to contribute to the preservation of regional languages, such as Javanese, which are becoming endangered. The methods used include a preparatory stage in the form of field analysis, then a needs analysis stage, and continued with the stage of making a multi-language online catalog. The catalog development process involved training for MSME players, creating attractive and relevant product descriptions, and developing an online catalog platform. As a result, this catalog has succeeded in increasing sales and expanding the market reach of MSMEs in Potrobangsan Village.

Abstrak: Pelaku UMKM di Desa Potrobangsan menghadapi kendala dalam berkomunikasi dengan konsumen mancanegara, terutama dalam penggunaan bahasa asing. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, telah dikembangkan katalog digital multibahasa yang memuat deskripsi produk UMKM dalam beberapa bahasa. Katalog ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi komunikasi antara pelaku UMKM dengan konsumen internasional, serta meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya saing UMKM di pasar global. Selain itu, katalog digital ini juga diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pelestarian bahasa daerah, seperti Bahasa Jawa, yang mulai terancam punah. Metode yang digunakan antara lain tahap persiapan berupa analisis lapangan, kemudian tahap analisis kebutuhan, dan dilanjut dengan tahap pembuatan katalog online multibahasa. Proses pengembangan katalog melibatkan pelatihan bagi pelaku UMKM, pembuatan deskripsi produk yang menarik dan relevan, serta penyusunan platform katalog daring. Hasilnya, katalog ini telah berhasil meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas jangkauan pasar UMKM di Desa Potrobangsan.

necessary to empower cadres through education to reduce nutritional problems in pregnant women. Community service activities aim to enhance the understanding of cadres' concerning proper nutrition for pregnant women. The initial activity was carried out by assessing cadres' knowledge about balanced nutrition through pre-test before education, then providing material and after education with a post-test. The results conducted with 32 cadres showed that the cadres' knowledge of balanced nutrition had significantly increased in the average knowledge score by 20 point after balanced nutrition education (p<0.001). The results of activities related to balanced nutrition for pregnant women showed a positive response from cadres and good communication was established between presenters and cadres. The conclusion was an increase in cadres' knowledge after providing nutritional education about balanced nutrition for pregnant women. Continuous provision of balanced nutrition education by cadres can increase knowledge about nutrition among cadres and overcome nutritional problems in pregnant women.

Abstrak: Masalah gizi yang dialami oleh ibu hamil dapat memengaruhi kesehatan sang ibu serta memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin selama masa kehamilan. Peran kader dalam mendampingi ibu hamil memiliki pengaruh besar sehingga diperlukan pemberdayaan kader melalui penyuluhan untuk menurunkan masalah gizi pada ibu hamil. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan kader terkait gizi seimbang pada ibu hamil. Kegiatan penyuluhan melalui media ZOOM Meeting dengan metode ceramah menggunakan powerpoint dilakukan untuk menilai pengetahuan kader tentang gizi seimbang. Soal pre-test diberikan sebelum penyuluhan dan diakhiri dengan post-test. Sejumlah 32 kader mengikuti pre-post test yang diberikan, dan didapatkan hasil pengetahuan mereka mengenai gizi seimbang meningkat secara signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor pengetahuan naik sebesar 20 poin sebelum dan setelah edukasi tentang gizi seimbang dilakukan (p<0,001). Kader memberikan respon yang positif pada kegiatan penyuluhan terkait gizi seimbang ibu hamil dan terjalin komunikasi yang baik antara pemateri dan kader. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan setelah kegiatan penyuluhan tentang gizi seimbang ibu hamil dilakukan, pengetahuan kader meningkat dibandingkan sebelum penyuluhan. Pemberian penyuluhan gizi seimbang oleh kader yang berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang gizi pada kader dan mengatasi permasalahan gizi ibu selama masa kehamilan.

and efficient feeding. One of the main problems faced by the group is the difficulty in maintaining optimal water temperature and quality as well as manual feeding management. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with an Android application. This technology allows monitoring of pond conditions such as water temperature and pH automatically, as well as periodic fish feeding settings. This community service aims to build IoT-based automatic monitoring tools and systems, as well as provide training and mentoring to members of the Jabal Farm Taruna Tani Group in using IoT technology for fish pond management. The implementation method in this activity uses a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach that emphasizes active community participation in all stages of the activity, from problem identification to evaluation and follow-up. With IoT technology, it is expected that fish pond management patterns will become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve fish farming performance, reduce risks, and facilitate management, thus having a positive impact on the productivity and welfare of farmers.

Abstrak: Kelompok Taruna Tani Jabal Farm Milenial berada di Kota Kefamenanu, dengan fokus pada budidaya ikan air tawar dan pertanian. Sistem budidaya ikan yang masih konvensional menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pemantauan kondisi kolam dan pemberian pakan yang efisien. Salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi kelompok ini adalah kesulitan dalam menjaga suhu dan kualitas air yang optimal serta pengelolaan pemberian pakan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan implementasi teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Android. Teknologi ini memungkinkan pemantauan kondisi kolam seperti suhu dan pH air secara otomatis, serta pengaturan pemberian pakan ikan secara berkala. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun alat dan sistem pemantauan otomatis berbasis IoT, serta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada anggota Kelompok Taruna Tani Jabal Farm dalam menggunakan teknologi IoT untuk manajemen kolam ikan. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang menekankan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan, mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Dengan adanya teknologi IoT, diharapkan pola pengelolaan kolam ikan akan menjadi lebih modern dan efisien. Teknologi ini dapat membantu meningkatkan performa budidaya ikan, mengurangi risiko, dan memudahkan manajemen, sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas dan kesejahteraan petani.

There are quite a lot of pottery craftsmen in Karang Village, however, their economic conditions are far from prosperous. Seeing how complex the problems faced by partners are, it is necessary to prioritize the problems that will be overcome through this service activity, namely pottery diversification training and marketing promotion strategy training. The method goes through several stages, namely socializing the importance of diversifying pottery products. Partners can work directly to produce products other than pottery, finishing the product, and the pottery marketing stage. The results of this service are that the Karang Village community who participated in the training were able to make pottery in various forms, such as piggy banks, flower vases, ashtrays, and so on. As for marketing, these pottery products are marketed through social media.

Abstrak: Kelurahan Karang yang merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Semanding memiliki keberagaman dalam mata pencaharian masyarakatnya. Begitu juga dengan usaha-usaha yang dimiliki masyarakatnya, belum menunjukkan suatu ciri khas di Kelurahan Karang yang memiliki luas wilayah 156.002 Ha. Oleh karena itu, tim pengusul pengabdian memilih salah satu jenis usaha yang ingin dikembangkan, yaitu gerabah. Pengrajin gerabah di Kelurahan Karang lumayan banyak, namun, kondisi ekonomi mereka sangatlah jauh dari kata sejahtera. Melihat betapa kompleksnya permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, maka perlu prioritas terhadap permasalahan yang akan diatasi melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu pelatihan diversifikasi gerabah dan pelatihan strategi promosi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi pentingnya diversifikasi produk gerabah, kemudian mitra diberi kesempatan untuk berkarya secara langsung menghasilkan produk selain gendok, finishing produk tersebut, dan tahap pemasaran gerabah. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat Kelurahan Karang yang mengikuti pelatihan mampu membuat gerabah dalam bentuk bermacam-macam, seperti celengan, vas bunga, asbak, dan lain sebagainya. Sedangkan masalah pemasaran, produk-produk gerabah ini dipasarkan melalui media sosial.

The results of this research are that the effect of the effectiveness of digitalization implementation on employee performance has a very positive influence on employee performance, where the implementation of digitalization is obtained through training carried out by management. Likewise, with the role of administrative digitization in warehouse reception management, managers create barcodes on each product to make it easier to record incoming and outgoing goods at the warehouse.

Tujuan utama dari digitalisasi adalah untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan serta mengoptimalkan berbagai proses bisnis, sehingga perusahaan dapat beroperasi dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. Abstrak: Seorang anak dengan stunting memiliki pertumbuhan yang terhambat akibat kekurangan gizi yang berkelanjutan. Salah satu penyebab stunting adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan akses informasi tentang pola hidup sehat yang mendukung pertumbuhan anak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pencegahan stunting. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh tim KKN Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia yang berjumlah sepuluh orang di Desa Raharja, Kecamatan Purwaharja, Kota Banjar. Kegiatan pengabdian di Desa Raharja meliputi beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para ibu dari bayi dan balita serta ibu hamil di Desa Raharja. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pemilihan asupan makanan yang dapat membantu mencegah dan mengatasi stunting.

The one-day computer-based learning media development training was carried out in a structured, patient and comprehensive manner. In general, all participants were involved in activities with strong and consistent motivation. Training as teachers and principals of certain schools to strengthen learning capacity. It is hoped that the literacy movement that has been implemented in schools can help students improve their literacy skills. However, on the contrary, this movement has not been carried out optimally so that literacy skills are still low. Students' literacy skills are low because students' interest in reading is also low. Therefore, teachers in this case should have creativity in accompanying the implementation of school literacy movement activities. One way to increase students' reading comprehension is by implementing a reading challenge method. In this method, students will be invited to go to the reading corner or library to read books they like. The teacher here supervises or monitors students who are reading. Then, 15 minutes before the lesson starts, students report to the teacher the books they have read. For students who read the most, for example in one month, that student is given a reward. Through this activity, it is hoped that students at the school will be able to increase their interest in reading.

The team believes that knowledge of managing nervousness from an early age can help children in orphanages get used to facing various kinds of audiences in the future. This service method is tests, lectures and practice which include assignments and simulations. The result of this activity is that children can overcome nervousness by means of positive self-motivation, regular breathing, good script preparation and analyzing the audience.

Anak Rantau Riau experienced problems in the form of differences between the money received in the company account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system and several times made payments twice for the same invoice. Seeing this, of course, there needs to be steps to follow up so that nothing like that happens in the future. To follow up on this, discussions with company employees were held to determine what platforms and techniques were suitable and easy to implement to overcome the company's problems. Then, followed by providing direction to employees regarding the utilization of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets as well as knowledge about the importance of even the smallest difference in money in finance. Finally, there will be an assessment of the results of the training. The result of the follow-up is that the problem of discrepancies between the money in the account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system can be minimized and there is no need to pay invoices twice for one invoice.
