The Effect of Marketing Mix on Sales Volume of Suzuki Ertiga Cars at PT. Megahputra Sejahtera Pettarani Makassar Branch

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on sales volume at PT. Megahputra Prosperous Pettarani Makassar Branch. The population in this study are consumers at PT. Megahputra Sejahtera Pettarani Makassar Branch&#8230; ranch who purchased Suzuki Ertiga car products in 2018-2022. Data collection was carried out using documentation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression equations produce equations Y ̂= 0.308+ 0.248X_1+ 0.009X_2+ 0.027X_( 3)+ 0.094X_4 + ( -0.151 ) X_5+ 0.403X_6 + 0.137X_7. This the results of this study found that simultaneously the Marketing Mix variable (X1, X2, X3, X4, X6, and X7) has a positive effect on Sales Volume while X5 has a negative effect on Sales Volume. The results of the determination correlation analysis (R Square) were 0.343 which indicated that 34.3% of the independent variables namely X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, and X7 had an effect or were able to explain the characteristics of the dependent variable (Y). While the remaining 65.7% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model. The results of the F test explain that the seven Marketing Mix variables have a significant effect on the Sales Volume variable with a calculated F value (6.157) > F table (2.16) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and the t test results explain that the Product variable (X1) with value 0.017 <0.05 and Process (X6) with a value of 0.001 <0.05 has a significant effect on Sales Volume variable

The Influence of Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, and Product Variance on Customer Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction at Marinor Cafe in Makassar City

Abstract: Through customer satisfaction at Marinar Café Makassar City, this study aims to analyze the effect of store atmosphere, service quality, and product variants on consumer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach to&#8230; to collect data from 100 respondents who are customers of Marinor Café in Makassar City. Participants in this study were all visitors to the Marinor Cafe in Makassar City. Path analysis (Path analysis) is the data analysis method used. The findings show that customer satisfaction at Marinor Café Makassar City is positively and significantly influenced by store atmosphere, service quality, and product variants. Therefore, it can be said that customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality and product variety on customer loyalty, but does not mediate the effect of store atmosphere on customer loyalty.

The Influence of Product Quality and Price on Samsung Smartphone Customer Satisfaction

Abstract: This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction of Samsung smartphones (a case study on students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of&#8230; Makassar). The independent variables in this study are product quality and price, while the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were all active students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Makassar class of 2018, using the Sampling method, a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v. 13. The results of this study indicate that product quality (X1) partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction for Samsung smartphones. Price (X2) partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Samsung smartphones. And product quality (X1) and price (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction for Samsung smartphones.

The Effect of Viral Marketing and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions Through e-Trust

Abstract: Viral Marketing is a trend that is able to attract the attention of consumers through social media. This study aims to determine the effect of viral marketing and brand image on purchase decisions through e-trust. This research&#8230; esearch is a quantitative study using the SPSS 22 program. The population in this study is Kahf's Instagram followers. The sample in this research is 200 respondents. In addition, to test the feasibility of the instrument used validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Path analysis analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that (1) viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, (2) brand image has a positive and significant effect on e-trust (3) viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, (4) brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, (5) e-trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision. Based on the research results, suggestions for business actors provide more attractive advertisements for consumers, make product designs more attractive, and set products according to needs.

MANAJEMEN VISUAL DISCOURSE PADA BISNIS INDUSTRI EKONOMI KREATIF UMKM DESA SUKAJADI KEC. LEMAHSUGIH KAB. MAJALENGKA

Abstract: The seminar titled Visual Discourse in Marketing UMKM Products held in Sukajadi Village, Lemahsugih District, aimed to enhance local entrepreneurs’ understanding of visual communication strategies in product marketing. This&#8230; This initiative responded to the limited use of visual elements such as packaging design, symbols, and graphic narratives that reflect local identity and influence consumer perception. Through a participatory approach, participants were introduced to the basics of visual discourse, practiced culturally rooted design techniques, and simulated digital promotional content. Monitoring was conducted through direct observation and feedback, while evaluation involved pre-tests, post-tests, and analysis of participants’ design outputs. Results showed a significant improvement in visual literacy and readiness to redesign product packaging more effectively. The seminar laid a foundation for building a creative and context-sensitive UMKM ecosystem, where visual elements serve as key tools to strengthen product identity, cultural relevance, and market competitiveness.

OPTIMALISASI PENINGKATAN PENJUALAN SAYUR HIDROPONIK MELALUI PELATIHAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN DIGITAL DENGAN MEDIA SOSIAL TIKTOK

Abstract: The digital marketing strategy training activity using the TikTok social media platform for hydroponic farmers in Pandahan Village aims to enhance their capability in digitally marketing hydroponic vegetable products. This&#8230; is training was designed to provide both theoretical understanding and practical hands-on experience in creating creative content, utilizing TikTok Shop, and TikTok Ads as promotional tools. The training results demonstrated a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in leveraging TikTok features for digital marketing. The implementation carried out by the participants successfully expanded their market reach and increased consumer interaction through their TikTok accounts. Despite challenges related to the need for ongoing mentoring, this activity has had a tangible positive impact on the development of local hydroponic businesses. This training is expected to become a starting point for business actors to continue innovating and optimizing digital marketing strategies to face the dynamics of the modern market.

PENGARUH BRAND IMAGE DAN PERCEIVED QUALITY TERHADAP WILLINGNESS TO PAY PREMIUM PADA PRODUK UMKM LOKAL

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the effect of brand image and perceived quality on willingness to pay premium for local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) products. Amid increasingly intense market competition with&#8230; imported goods and national brands, local MSMEs are required to build strong brand image and good perceived quality so that consumers are willing to pay a premium price. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was employed. The study population consisted of consumers who had purchased local MSME products within the past three months in Sukabumi and its surrounding areas. A total of 220 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 24 software. The results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on willingness to pay premium with a coefficient of 0.45 (p<0.01), and perceived quality has a positive and significant effect with a coefficient of 0.39 (p<0.01). Simultaneously, both variables explain 54.2% of the variance in willingness to pay premium. These findings confirm that strengthening brand image and improving consumer-perceived product quality are key strategies for MSME actors to increase the selling value and competitiveness of local products

THE INFLUENCE OF PRICE PERCEPTION AND PRODUCT QUALITY ON CONSUMER SATISFACTION AT LEVIS MATAHARI SUKABUMI

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada produk Levi’s di Matahari Department Store Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan&#8230; katan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang membeli produk Levi’s di Matahari Sukabumi selama periode Juli–September 2025 sebanyak 180 konsumen. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 10%, sehingga diperoleh 64 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik pengambilan sampel acak. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, serta persepsi harga dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,640 menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga dan kualitas produk mampu menjelaskan sebesar 64% variasi kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, seluruh hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pertimbangan praktis bagi perusahaan dalam menentukan strategi penetapan harga dan meningkatkan kualitas produk guna meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. THE INFLUENCE OF CONSUMER BEHAVIOR AND LIFESTYLE ON SHOE PURCHASING DECISIONS OF LINGGABUANA UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AT PGRI SUKABUMI

Abstract: The primary goal of this study was to quantitatively analyze the contribution of consumptive behavior and lifestyle toward shoe purchasing decisions among students at Universitas Linggabuana PGRI Sukabumi. The analysis consistently&#8230; onsistently showed that both independent variables play a significant role in influencing purchasing choices. Specifically, consumptive behavior was found to have a positive and tangible impact on buying decisions when analyzed individually. Similarly, lifestyle also demonstrated a distinct, positive, and significant contribution. When examined simultaneously (Uji F), these two factors were collectively proven to be significant. The model exhibited strong explanatory power, indicating that the majority of the variation in student purchasing decisions can be effectively attributed to their lifestyle trends and high consumption levels. In conclusion, the findings confirm that both lifestyle and consumptive behavior are central and positive drivers in shaping students' shoe purchasing decisions

IMPLEMENTASI CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) TERHADAP PELAYANAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN PADA TOKOWEB.CO

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan loyalitas pelanggan di Tokoweb.co, sebuah perusahaan digital yang menyediakan jasa&#8230; pembuatan website dan layanan digital lainnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari satu staf CRM Tokoweb.co dan satu klien yang telah menggunakan layanan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CRM di Tokoweb.co diimplementasikan melalui komunikasi intensif menggunakan WhatsApp Business, personalisasi layanan, dan tindak lanjut berkala kepada klien. Strategi pelayanan yang diterapkan berfokus pada kecepatan, ketepatan, dan keramahan. Tokoweb.co juga menerapkan bauran pemasaran 4C (Consumer, Cost, Convenience, Communication) untuk memperkuat hubungan dengan klien. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa CRM tidak hanya berperan dalam menjaga hubungan pelanggan, tetapi juga mampu meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas klien secara signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi CRM di sektor jasa digital dan menjadi rujukan bagi perusahaan lain dalam mengoptimalkan layanan pelanggan.
