IMPLEMENTATION OF BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE TO ANALYZE DISTRIBUTION OF COVID-19 CASES IN INDONESIA

The number of corona virus infections from different Indonesian provinces plays a significant… nt role in the decision-making process based on this data visualization. By creating a Business Intelligence system to display the results of the number of confirmed cases, deaths, and recoveries from various provinces in Indonesia, the goal of this project is to visualize data on corona virus cases. The Corona Virus Dataset in Indonesia from www.kaggle.com is processed using Grafana in this article. The findings of this article are presented as dashboard reports that include data on confirmed cases, fatalities, and recoveries in different Indonesian provinces. These reports can be utilized to help make decisions. With Grafana's interactive dashboard features, the data display resulting from routine analysis results can be engaging.             Keywords: Business Intelligence, OLAP, Covid 19     Abstrak: Kasus Covid-19 mulai muncul di Indonesia pada awal Maret 2020, dan sejak itu menyebar ke beberapa daerah lain. Keputusan berdasarkan visualisasi data sering kali mencakup statistik jumlah kasus virus corona dari berbagai provinsi di Indonesia. Dengan membuat sistem Business Intelligence untuk menampilkan temuan jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi, kematian, dan pemulihan dari berbagai provinsi di Indonesia, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memvisualisasikan data kasus virus corona. Postingan ini menggunakan Grafana untuk menangani dataset virus corona Indonesia dari www.kaggle.com. Temuan artikel ini disajikan sebagai laporan dalam bentuk dasbor yang mencakup data jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi, kematian, dan pemulihan di berbagai provinsi di Indonesia. DEVELOPMENT OF A PUBLISHING ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION SYSTEM WEB-BASED GUARANTEE INSURANCE CERTIFICATE

Abstract: Abstract: When working on a project that carries significant risk, the project owner asks the contractor for a letter of guarantee as a form of seriousness in carrying out the work for a certain time. One of the guarantor… r companies in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province is PT. Jamkrida Bangka which issues a surety bond certificate as an additional agreement to the main agreement between the project owner and the contractor. The system for submitting surety bond guarantee certificates at PT Jamkrida Bangka is still done manually starting from applying, completing the supporting document requirements, checking the suitability of the applicant's supporting documents, paying the guarantee fee, and printing the surety bond certificate as proof of guarantee. The system currently running will be developed into a web-based system to increase the speed of the administrative service process when applicants submit applications for surety bonds. The web-based system was developed using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool to develop in line with user needs. The system design can also provide easy access for applicants who are far from PT offices. Di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, salah satu Perusahaan penjamin adalah PT. Jamkrida Bangka yang mengeluarkan sertifikat surety bond sebagai perjanjian tambahan dari perjanjian pokok antara pemilik proyek dengan kontraktor. Sistem pengajuan sertifikat jaminan surety bond di PT Jamkrida Bangka masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari mengajukan permohonan, melengkapi persyaratan dokumen pendukung, memeriksa kesesuaian dokumen pendukung pemohon, pembayaran biaya jaminan, dan pencetakan sertifikat surety bond sebagai bukti jaminan. Sistem yang saat ini berjalan akan dikembangkan menjadi sistem berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kecepatan proses layanan administrasi saat pemohon mengajukan permohonan jaminan surety bond. Sistem berbasis web dikembangkan dengan metode Object-Oriented Analysis and Design dan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai alat bantu, agar sistem dapat berkembang selaras dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem yang dirancang juga mampu memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pemohon yang secara geografis cukup jauh dari kantor PT. ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE: STRATEGY OF SMART VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT (VILLAGE SERVICES) USING TOGAF 9.2

Abstract: Abstract: The design of Smart Village Enterprise Architecture for village government systems serves to support sustainability in facilitating the creation of Good Governance in a Village Government. One significant role… in achieving Good Governance in a village is Education. Education plays a crucial role in enhancing and developing Good Governance and the SDGs values of a village. The conducted research focuses on the design of Enterprise Architecture of the Smart Village concept, with a focus on Village Services' dimension that specifically targets Education Services in a village in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method utilized the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework. The focus domain in this study includes the preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, and migration planning for the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government. The research result is an Enterprise Architecture blueprint as a solution to the issues that occur in the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government, along with an IT Roadmap as a reference for the village government in project development. It is hoped that the recommendations provided can enhance the Education services offered by the Pagerharjo village, thereby aiding the Pagerharjo Village Government in improving its score for the fourth SDGs, Quality Education.             Keywords: Enterprise Architecture, Smart Village, SDGs, TOGAF ADM 9.2.   Abstrak: Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Smart Village pada sistem pemerintahan Desa befungsi mendukung sustainability dalam membantu terciptanya Good Governance di suatu Pemerintahan Desa. Salah satu peranan penting terciptanya Good Governance di suatu Desa adalah Pendidikan. Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan maupun pembangunan Good Governance dan nilai SDGs Desa. Penelitian yang dilakukan berfokus pada perancangan Enterprise Architecture konsep Smart Village dimensi Village Services yang berfokus pada Education Services di Desa Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM 9.2. Fokus domain yang diambil dalam penelitian ini mencakup fase preliminary phase, architecture vision, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi, opportunities and solutions, dan migration planning pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan berupa blueprint Enterprise Architecture sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo serta IT Roadmap sebagai acuan Pemerintah Desa dalam melakukan pengembangan proyek. FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS OF E-GOVERNMENT SERVICES USING TELOS METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: The government continues to adopt various technologies to ensure effective and efficient public services in the new normal era. This study discusses the use of the TELOS method in measuring the feasibility level… l of e-government services through a review of five main feasibility dimensions, including technical feasibility, economic feasibility, legal feasibility, operational feasibility and schedule feasibility. This study identifies opportunities for developing village information system projects. The data collection process involved 15 users of e-government services. The results of this study indicate that based on the number of feasibility factors generated by the information system, it is 7.20 and is within the feasible threshold for development. The value of the system development risk obtained is quite low. It is necessary to add interactive features so that it can increase community participation in community services in the future.             Keywords: e-Government; feasibility Analysis; TELOS method;     Abstrak: Berbagai adopsi teknologi terus dilakukan pemerintah untuk menjamin pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien di era normal baru. studi ini membahas tentang Penggunaan Metode TELOS dalam pengukuran tingkat Kelayakan layanan e-government melalui peninjauan lima dimensi kelayakan utama antara lain kelayakan teknis, kelayakan ekonomis, kelayakan hukum, kelayakan operasional dan kelayakan jadwal. Studi ini mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangan proyek sistem informasi desa. Proses Pengumpulan data melibatkan 15 pengguna layanan e-government. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan jumlah factor kelayakan yang dihasilkan sistem informasi tersebut sebesar 7,20 dan berada dalam ambang batas layak untuk dikembangkan. Nilai resiko pengembangan sistem yang diperoleh cukup rendah sehingga perlu adanya penambahan fitur-fitur yang bersifat interaktif untuk dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap layanan kemasyarakatan dimasa mendatang.   Kata kunci: Analisis Kelayakan; e-Government; Metode TELOS

PROJECT-BASED LEARNING ON CRYPTOGRAPHIC USING LMS

Many platforms offer virtual transactions, such as motorcycle taxis, online marketplaces, and banking. For transacting on the internet, reliable data security is needed to maintain the security of user data from internet crimes (cybercrime). For cryptography learning to produce students who understand cryptography in-depth, this learning is carried out independently. One of the lessons to improve independent skills is a project approach. With project-based learning, students will be actively involved in completing projects given by the lecturer. To facilitate interaction and monitor projects completed by students, an LMS (Learning Management System) was created. The lecturer will later upload the student projects through the LMS, and if the student wants to work on the project, they can download it from the LMS.             Keywords: Cryptography; LMS; Online transactions     Abstrak:” Kriptografi merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang penting untuk dipelajari karena isi bahasannya membahas tentang pengamanan data. Agar pembelajaran kriptografi menghasilkan mahasiswa yang memahami kriptografi secara mendalam, maka pembelajaran ini dilakukan secara mandiri. Salah satu pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mandiri adalah dengan pendekatan  project. Dengan pembelajaran berbasis project,  mahasiswa akan terlibat aktif menyelesaikan project yang diberikan dosen. Untuk memudahkan interaksi dan monitor project yang diselesaikan mahasiswa, maka dibuat LMS (Learning Manajement System). Setiap project mahasiswa nantinya akan di unggah oleh dosen melalui LMS dan mahasiswa bisa mengunguh project di LMS Dengan menambahkan LMS dan pembelajaran yang berbasis project pada  pembelajaran kriptografi menunjukkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. penerapan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan Untuk Proyeksi Logistik Berdasarkan Prediksi Pasien Menggunakan Algoritma Backpropagation

Neural networks are used to predict the projection Backpropogation logistics patients based on the type of drugs Analgesics, antiemetics, vitamins, Antiepileptic, Anesthesia, Anti-Parkinson, Psychotherapeutic, Corticosteroids. This logistical projection data processing using software of Matlab 6.1. After using Backpropogation finally found the best architectural pattern is 8-3-3-1 of 5 aritektur architecture that has been tested. Of the pattern is then predicted projection logistics at General Hospital Kartini range in 2014 will increase to 91 290 from 65 422 in 2013 for an increase of 25 868 (28.33%).   Keywords: neural networks, backpropagation algorithm, projection logistics, matlab     Abstrak: Kebutuhan logistik yang sangat besar pada Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran untuk memperlancar pengobatan membutuhkan suatu sistem yang bisa memprediksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut dengan tepat agar tidak mengakibatkan kelebihan dan kekurangan terhadap jumlah pemakaian yang selalu berubah setiap tahunnya. Pada saat ini proses perhitungan telah banyak dilakukan dengan bantuan software-software yang ada pada komputer yang berkecepatan tinggi seperti Jaringan Saraf Tiruan. Jaringan Saraf Tiruan Backpropogation digunakan untuk memprediksi proyeksi logistik pasien berdasarkan jenis obat Analgetik, Antiemetik, Vitamin, Antiepilepsi, Anestesi, Anti Parkinson, Psikofarmaka, Kortikosteroid. Pengolahan data proyeksi logistik ini menggunakan software Matlab 6.1. Setelah menggunakan Backpropogation akhirnya ditemukan pola arsitektur yang terbaik yaitu arsitektur 8-3-3-1  dari 5 arsitektur yang telah diujikan. Dari pola tersebut kemudian diprediksi proyeksi logistik di Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran pada tahun 2014 akan meningkat menjadi 91290 dari tahun 2013 sebesar 65422 atau meningkat sebesar 25868 (28,33%).   Kata Kunci:  jaringan saraf tiruan, algoritma backpropagation, proyeksi logistik, matlab

Perancangan Konten Media Sosial Sebagai Media Promosi Digital Pada Akun Instagram Dan Tiktok Admisi UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi

Admisi UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi memanfaatkan kedua platform tersebut untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada calon… alon mahasiswa dan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan merancang konten media sosial sebagai media promosi digital menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang meliputi concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa konten yang dirancang berhasil dipublikasikan, memperoleh respons positif dari audiens, serta mendukung penyampaian informasi dan promosi digital universitas secara lebih menarik dan komunikatif.  Instagram and TikTok have become effective platforms for promotion and information dissemination in higher education. The Admission Office of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi utilizes these platforms to deliver information to prospective students and the public. This project aimed to design social media content for digital promotion using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, consisting of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution stages. The results show that the content was successfully published, received positive audience responses, and effectively supported information delivery and digital promotion activities.

Principles of Emotions Affecting Learning and Social Learning in Elementary School

Abstract: This study aims to develop a comprehensive constellation model and identify optimal strategies for strengthening lecturers’ professional commitment in the largest private universities in Bogor. Penelitian ini mengkaji secara&#8230; secara mendalam bagaimana emosi dan belajar sosial memengaruhi proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar melalui perspektif neuropedagogik dan brain‑based learning. A mixed methods approach was used by combining quantitative analysis (meta-analysis of 173 respondents and 47 indicators of NP, EC, OB, MS, BS) and descriptive qualitative analysis using thematic analysis techniques on semi-structured interviews with five elementary school teachers. The meta-analysis results showed a very strong average effect of the latent construct relationship (t(128) = 12.92; p < 0.001; r ≈ 1.00) with almost zero heterogeneity (Qₑ(128) = 1.67; τ² = 0; I² = 0%), and no significant moderating effects were found for all indicators; the partial meta-regression coefficients for all items were very close to zero and the R² value was 0.000. Qualitatively, three main themes emerged: (1) positive emotions as the foundation of learning readiness, (2) social interaction as a reinforcement of meaning formation, and (3) contextual learning that integrates cognitive, emotional, and social dimensions. Although most teachers have not yet mastered the concepts of neuropedagogy and brain-based learning theoretically, they have intuitively implemented its principles through motivation, praise, humor, group work, collaborative projects, and learning experiences relevant to students' real lives. These findings support the latest theory that places emotions and social interactions as the main drivers of brain function in learning (Immordino Yang, 2016; Tyng et al., 2017; Vygotsky, 1978; Jensen, 2008), and emphasizes the importance of strengthening teachers' competence in understanding and designing brain- and emotion-based learning to support the holistic development of elementary school students.

Liveworksheet: E-LKPD Based On Project-Based Learning On Science And Science Learning To Improve Critical Thinking Skills

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop E-LKPD based on project-based learning assisted by live worksheet science learning to improve understanding of concepts in elementary schools and the effectiveness of E-LKPD based&#8230; ed on project-based learning assisted by live worksheet, as well as to find out the response of teachers and students in grade V of SDN Dewi Sartika 2 Aut The implementation of E-LKPD single substance material plays a role in improving thinking skills through classroom learning. The type of research is the ADDIE model approach, (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The product validation test was conducted by computer science media experts, Indonesian language experts, and science material experts. The validation results by media experts were 89.0% of the criteria were very feasible, linguists 96.0% of the requirements were very doable, and science materials experts 90.3% were very feasible. The results of the student response questionnaire were 91.5%, the response of class teachers was 90% in the appropriate category, and the average effectiveness score of using E-LKPD was 89.6% of the criteria as expected. The results show that project-based learning E-LKPD using live worksheets is feasible to use in the learning process and is effective in improving the thinking skills of elementary school students.

Public-Private Collaboration in Sustainable Tourism Destination Management: Case Study of MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar

Abstract: Public-private collaboration is a vital strategy in managing sustainable tourism destinations, integrating diverse stakeholders to balance economic growth, environmental sustainability, and social equity. Despite the hospitality&#8230; pitality sector’s key role in tourism governance, research on its collaboration with public institutions, particularly in Makassar, Indonesia, remains limited. This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. The findings offer policy recommendations to strengthen stakeholder collaboration, optimize governance structures, and support sustainable tourism development in emerging destinations.
