observation and discussions, revealing key challenges such as a lack of understanding of long-term business strategies, reliance on traditional marketing methods, and low awareness of systematic financial recording. Additionally, e-commerce platforms had not been optimally utilized. The seminar featured academics, business practitioners, and digital marketing experts who covered topics on sustainable business strategies, digital marketing, financial recording, and e-commerce utilization. The results indicated that participants recognized the importance of digital marketing and personal branding as key strategies to enhance business competitiveness. Understanding of business startup strategies and digital marketing was also relatively strong, while digital financial recording remained a challenge that required further attention. MSMEs in Kertarahayu Village are expected to grow and become more competitive in the digital era.

Abstrak: Seminar ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM dalam perencanaan usaha, pemasaran digital, pencatatan keuangan, dan pemanfaatan e-commerce. Kegiatan diawali dengan identifikasi kebutuhan UMKM melalui observasi dan diskusi, yang mengungkap kendala seperti kurangnya pemahaman strategi bisnis jangka panjang, ketergantungan pada pemasaran tradisional, serta rendahnya kesadaran akan pencatatan keuangan yang rapi. Selain itu, platform e-commerce belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Seminar ini menghadirkan akademisi, praktisi bisnis, dan ahli digital marketing yang membahas strategi bisnis berkelanjutan, digital marketing, pencatatan keuangan digital, dan pemanfaatan e-commerce. Hasil seminar menunjukkan bahwa peserta memahami pentingnya pemasaran digital dan personal branding sebagai strategi utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha. Pemahaman terhadap strategi memulai usaha dan digital marketing juga cukup baik, tetapi pencatatan keuangan digital masih menjadi tantangan yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih lanjut. community to use goat dung as a planting medium in Grabagan village. Piles of goat droppings can cause air pollution which can disrupt residents' activities. One of solutions to reducing goat waste is to use it as a planting medium. The method used is the ABCD method (Asset Based Community Development). Community service activities were carried out in Grabagan village with participants from 30 PKK women and 20 students from UPT SDN I Grabagan. Training activities involve participants in direct practice in making planting media. Increased knowledge of participants regarding understanding planting media from goat manure, namely from the first meeting 60% to 90% at the second meeting. Monitoring carried out after the training activity revealed that 45% of the participants practiced the utilization and use of goat dung planting media in their homes. Apart from residents' homes, planting media is also used for the toga corner in the Grabaga village hall.

Abstrak: Limbah kotoran kambing memiliki banyak manfaat untuk tumbuhan. Warga Desa Grabagan banyak yang memiliki hewan ternak kambing sehingga kotoran kambing banyak ditemukan di pemukiman Desa Grabagan Tuban. Kotoran kambing yang menumpuk bisa menimbulkan polusi udara sehingga menganggu aktivitas warga. Salah satu solusi mengurangi limbah kotoran kambing dapat digunakan sebagai media tanam. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan kotoran kambing sebagai media tanam di desa Grabagan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di desa Grabagan dengan peserta dari 30 ibu-ibu PKK dan 20 siswa dari UPT SDN I Grabagan. Kegiatan pelatihan melibatkan peserta untuk praktik langsung untuk membuat media tanam. Peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang pemahaman media tanam dari kotoran kambing yaitu dari pertemuan pertama 60% menjadi 90% pada pertemuan kedua. Monitoring yang dilakukan setelah kegiatan pelatihan diketahui bahwa terdapat 45% dari peserta yang mempraktikkan dalam pemanfaatan dan penggunaan media tanam dari kotoran kambing di rumah mereka. Selain di rumah warga, media tanam juga dimanfaatkan untuk pojok toga yang ada di balai desa Grabagan.

Furthermore, digital marketing training is provided to expand market reach and enhance participants' digital skills. Abstrak: Pendampingan bagi anak putus sekolah sering menghadapi tantangan dalam memfasilitasi keterampilan dan kesempatan kerja. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi praktis melalui pemanfaatan limbah kayu dengan mengolahnya menjadi keramba ayam. Program pendampingan menggunakan metode kegiatan yang meliputi pelatihan, praktik langsung dalam pengelolaan website bersama mitra, serta simulasi dan uji coba selama kegiatan berlangsung. Inisiatif ini tidak hanya mengajarkan keterampilan teknik dan kewirausahaan tetapi juga mempersiapkan peserta untuk menjadi pelaku usaha yang kompeten. Dengan melibatkan anak putus sekolah dalam proses produksi keramba ayam, mereka mendapatkan pengalaman langsung dalam pengelolaan usaha serta pemasaran produk.Selanjutnya, pelatihan pemasaran digital diberikan untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan keterampilan digital peserta. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat membuka peluang kerja dan meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi peserta.

Abstrak. Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) merupakan minyak kelapa yang diekstraksi yang mengandung asam lemak yang memiliki rantai sedang yang telah dipercaya memiliki banyak fungsi untuk kesehatan. asam lemak tersebut mudah dicerna dan diserap oleh usus karena ukuran molekulnya relatif kecil sehingga dapat langsung dibakar oleh tubuh untuk memproduksi energi. Selain itu, VCO mengandung asam laurat yang dapat melarutkan membran virus berupa lipid sehingga akan mengganggu kekebalan virus, sehingga virus menjadi inaktif. VCO diproses tanpa pemanasan, tidak ada tambahan bahan kimia, pewarna, dan pengawet sehingga dapat bertahan sebagai minyak nabati murni sehingga tidak merubah komposisi atau karakteristik minyak. VCO mempunyai nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Proses pembuatannya mudah. Metode dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah Penyuluhan, langsung Praktek dan diskusi. Diharapkan pemanfaatan buah kelapa tidak hanya dijual dalam bentuk buah tanpa diolah tetapi buah kelapa diolah menjadi minyak kelapa murni atau Virgin Coconut Oil dan dapat dikembangkan secara lebih luas lagi melalui program kewirausahaan kelompok sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan jemaat, khususnya kelompok Kaum Perempuan di Jemaat GMIT Marturia Oesapa Selatan, Kecamatan Kelapa Lima Kota Kupang.

The training is a continuation of the previous community service activities related to the production of eco-enzymes using fruit peel waste in the surrounding environment. The success of the training is evident from the enthusiasm of the orphanage residents for the eco-enzyme and branding materials presented. Monitoring and evaluation are conducted periodically for the coaching of improving the residents' skills in the aspect of product branding. Similar community service programs need to be developed to help communities improve their quality of life.

Anak Rantau Riau experienced problems in the form of differences between the money received in the company account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system and several times made payments twice for the same invoice. Seeing this, of course, there needs to be steps to follow up so that nothing like that happens in the future. To follow up on this, discussions with company employees were held to determine what platforms and techniques were suitable and easy to implement to overcome the company's problems. Then, followed by providing direction to employees regarding the utilization of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets as well as knowledge about the importance of even the smallest difference in money in finance. Finally, there will be an assessment of the results of the training. The result of the follow-up is that the problem of discrepancies between the money in the account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system can be minimized and there is no need to pay invoices twice for one invoice.

However, this condition contrasts with Mr. Rahman Robin's MSMEs Mie Basah Manga Tiga, which does not provide optimal results, and sales sometimes experience a decline. The purpose of this service is to develop the Mangga Tiga wet noodle business through digital utilization. One of the government's newest programs in supporting MSME growth is "Ministry of Finance One Supports MSMEs Growing through Digitalization and Globalization Towards Advanced Indonesia". Based on this program, we consider it important to increase the wet noodle business through digitization. The method used is the provision of materials as well as training and assistance regarding the preparation of financial reports, digital marketing and packaging innovation. The results of the activity show that partners are able to compile simple financial reports, partners are able to carry out digital marketing through several online applications, and the new packaging of mangga tiga wet noodles is equipped with a product label which already contains a business license and halal certificate.

Abstrak: Besarnya peranan UMKM sebagai tulang punggung perekonomian nasional dibuktikan dari data Kemenkop UKM tahun 2022 bahwa jumlah UMKM di Sulawesi Selatan mengalamai peningkatan yang signifikan dan di tahun 2022 mencapai 268.299 unit. Namun kondisi demikian kontras dengan pelaku UMKM Mie Basah Manga Tiga milik Bapak Rahman Robin yang tidak memberikan hasil yang optimal bahkan penjualan terkadang mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan usaha mie basah Mangga Tiga melalui pemanfaatan digital. Salah satu program terbaru pemerintah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM adalah “Kemenkeu Satu Mendukung UMKM Tumbuh melalui Digitalisasi dan Globalisasi Menuju Indonesia Majuâ€. Berdasar dari program tersebut kami menganggap penting meningkatkan usaha mie basah melalui digitalisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian materi serta pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan, pemasaran digital dan inovasi packaging. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra sudah mampu menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana, mitra mampu melakukan pemasaran digital melalui beberapa aplikasi online, serta kemasan baru dari mie basah mangga tiga sudah dilengkapi label produk yang di dalamnya sudah terdapat izin usaha dan sertifikat halal.
