The research applies a quantitative design using secondary time series data obtained from official institutions, including export data from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia and economic growth data from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis technique employed is the Vector Error Correction Model, which identifies short-run and long-run relationships between variables. The results show that in the short run, export value has a positive and significant influence on economic growth, while in the long run, it shows a positive but insignificant relationship.

The findings reveal that the execution of Tudang Sipulung in Marannu Village is not merely a ceremonial ritual but a structured forum for collective decision-making. This procession involves a synergy between traditional leaders, village government officials, agricultural extension workers, and the farming community, particularly in preparation for the rice planting season. The primary agenda includes determining planting schedules, selecting seed varieties, and managing irrigation systems to minimize the risk of crop failure. Anthropologically, this tradition serves as a medium for social integration, bridging local wisdom with technical government policies. This study concludes that the sustainability of Tudang Sipulung is a crucial factor in maintaining food security and social harmony within the Marannu Village community.

Metode QFD digunakan untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan konsumen ke dalam karakteristik desain teknis melalui House of Quality (HoQ) yang melibatkan 130 responden. Hasil HoQ menunjukkan bahwa ukuran kemasan yang sesuai isi, kejelasan logo dan label informasi, serta penggunaan material ramah lingkungan merupakan prioritas utama. Selanjutnya, pendekatan VE dilakukan melalui tahapan informasi, analisis fungsi, kreativitas, evaluasi, hingga implementasi guna memilih alternatif kemasan yang memberikan nilai terbaik. Hasil akhir penelitian merekomendasikan penggunaan bahan kertas kraft food grade tahan minyak, desain mekanisme fold & lock, penyesuaian ukuran kemasan, serta penguatan identitas merek melalui visual kemasan. Rancangan ini dinilai mampu meningkatkan nilai produk tanpa menambah biaya signifikan serta memberikan kesan profesional pada UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain Keyhole Mount Box berpotensi memberikan peningkatan nilai produk melalui fungsi-fungsi yang efisien dan ekonomis. Analisis Cost Worth dan Value Index menunjukkan bahwa fungsi pengumpulan (collect waste) memiliki nilai tambah yang paling signifikan. Evaluasi alternatif desain menggunakan metode weighted scoring juga menunjukkan bahwa Keyhole Mount Box memiliki keseimbangan performa yang baik antara stabilitas, biaya implementasi, kemudahan pemasangan, dan perawatan. Rekomendasi yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah dimensi kotak 300 × 80 × 120 mm dengan kepala pengait berdiameter 12 mm dan slot selebar 8,5 mm memberikan clearance sekitar 0,5 mm untuk kemudahan pemasangan tanpa menurunkan kestabilan.

Melalui penerapan tahapan rekayasa nilai, penelitian ini meninjau aspek fungsi, biaya, serta alternatif material dan proses yang dapat meningkatkan nilai produk tanpa mengurangi kualitas. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Value Engineering pada UMKM Meubel Pak Budiono mampu meningkatkan efisiensi biaya dan produktivitas. Berdasarkan data keuangan, omzet mingguan mencapai Rp10.000.000 dengan laba bersih sekitar Rp2.000.000 dan biaya tenaga kerja antara Rp800.000–Rp1.500.000 per orang. Melalui alternatif terbaik berupa pemasaran digital, simplifikasi desain, dan investasi mesin, diperoleh potensi peningkatan penjualan hingga 40%, efisiensi biaya tenaga kerja sebesar 20%, serta peningkatan kapasitas produksi hingga 50%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, direkomendasikan agar UMKM meubel menerapkan evaluasi berkala terhadap komponen biaya dan fungsi produk untuk memastikan keberlanjutan efisiensi serta peningkatan daya saing di pasar lokal maupun regional.

research. The informants in this study consisted of MUI officials in North Sulawesi Province and non-Muslim MSME actors in Manado City. The results of this study indicate that: Non-Muslim SME actors have demonstrated a high level of adaptation to halal certification regulations through gradual and pragmatic strategies. They began by improving hygiene, recording raw materials, and participating in training and capacity-building programs. These strategies reflect that the actors do not reject the regulations but require an approach tailored to their capacities. In many cases, halal certification is even positioned as a branding tool and a means of market expansion, rather than merely legal compliance. This adaptation also reflects the success of a values-based approach rooted in the principles of maqasid, where regulations are accepted as meaningful and beneficial ethical business practices. Through a dialogic and contextual approach, non-Muslim SME operators have successfully transformed halal certification into an opportunity rather than a threat to their identity.

sed is descriptive associative with a quantitative approach, using secondary data in the form of the company's quarterly financial reports obtained through purposive sampling techniques. The analytical tools used include Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), t-test and F-test, and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that DAR has a negative correlation with ROI of -0.607, while LTDTER also shows a negative correlation of -0.478, both of which are included in the weak relationship category. The coefficient of determination value of 50.4% indicates that half of the variation in ROI can be explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 49.6% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The F test shows that DAR and LTDTER simultaneously have a significant effect on ROI. This finding confirms that a high debt-based capital structure has a negative impact on investment returns, making it important for financial management to consider the efficiency of long-term debt use and total debt in long-term financial strategies.

to analyze how Islamic law and positive law interact in regulating marriage and to what extent their convergence occurs in the practice of religious courts and within the Muslim community in Indonesia. The research employs a normative approach by analyzing sources of Islamic law, statutory regulations, and religious court rulings related to marriage. The findings indicate that although Indonesia’s marriage law is based on Sharia principles, several adjustments have been made to align with positive law to ensure justice and protection for all parties, particularly in aspects such as marriage registration, minimum marriage age, and women's rights. The convergence between Islamic law and positive law reflects efforts to harmonize religious values with national legal interests. However, challenges remain in its implementation, particularly concerning child marriage, polygamy, and divorce, which often spark debates in society. Therefore, further studies are needed to evaluate the effectiveness of Indonesia’s marriage regulations and how Islamic law can continue to adapt within the framework of a modern legal state.
