s, as well as its arrangement in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) in Indonesia. The method used is normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches, referring to authoritative classical tafsir and fiqh works such as Jami' al-Bayan by al-Tabari, al-Jami' li Ahkam al-Qur'an by al-Qurtubi, Tafsir Ibn Kathir, al-Umm by Imam al-Shafi'i, and al-Mughni by Ibn Qudamah, as well as contemporary works such as Fiqh al-Sunnah by Sayyid Sabiq and the works of Wahbah al-Zuhaili and Yusuf al-Qaradawi. The findings indicate that classical jurists unanimously prohibit the marriage of a Muslim woman to a non-Muslim man and the marriage of a Muslim man to a polytheist (mushrik) woman, but differ regarding the marriage of a Muslim man to a woman of the People of the Book (Ahl al-Kitab). Meanwhile, the KHI takes a stricter stance by prohibiting all forms of interfaith marriage, in line with the principle of preventing harm (sadd al-dhari'ah) and the MUI Fatwa of 2005. This study concludes that the KHI represents a contextualization of fiqh adapted to the conditions of Indonesian society.
Abstract:This research was motivated by the scarcity of Indonesian language teaching materials for foreign speakers (BIPA). The large interest of foreigners in learning Indonesian is still hampered by the lack of availability of…
BIPA teaching materials. This limited teaching material is an important problem that teachers often face in BIPA learning activities. Therefore, the development of BIPA teaching materials is urgently needed. The problems studied in this research are (1) characteristics of BIPA 1 teaching materials currently used in BIPA learning, (2) development of BIPA 1 teaching materials based on the Animaker application as alternative teaching materials in BIPA learning, (3) feasibility of developing BIPA teaching materials 1 based on the Animaker application in BIPA learning, and (4) the effectiveness of developing BIPA 1 teaching materials based on the Animaker application based on BIPA learners' understanding. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. This research uses three data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires, and documentation to obtain data on the needs for developing teaching materials and evaluating teaching material prototypes. The data sources consist of BIPA teachers, BIPA students and expert lecturers. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive qualitative which consists of data presentation and data conclusions. The results of this research are that BIPA students often feel bored and confused by teaching materials that are only presented in the form of textbooks and very short material. Therefore, teaching materials need to be developed in accordance with Widodo and Jasmadi's theory of teaching material characteristics so that they can support independent learning, deeper understanding, contextualization of material, increased motivation, comprehensive language skills, adaptation to technological developments, learning flexibility, and strengthening skills. grammar. The development of teaching materials through Animaker shows the dominance of changes in substantial and visual aspects, which shows a comparison of characteristics between original and developed teaching materials. The teaching materials developed are more interactive and communicative, so that they can reduce boredom, increase understanding of the material, and increase enthusiasm for learning Indonesian for students

ristian pastoral theology and pedagogy, faith formation serves as a strategic mechanism to cultivate integrative spiritual maturity, encompassing cognitive (doctrinal understanding), affective (spiritual affection), and conative (practical orientation) dimensions. This study analyzes the effectiveness of Bible Camp as an experiential learning-based faith formation model in the spiritual development of youth. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, the research explores the contribution of Bible Camp to the internalization of theological values, the construction of religious identity, and the strengthening of faith community cohesion. The findings indicate that Bible Camp activities—such as hermeneutic study, collective worship, existential reflection, and group dynamics—result in significant faith transformation on both personal and communal levels. This process aligns with Streib’s faith development theory and Mezirow’s transformative learning theory, which emphasize cognitive reconstruction through reflective experience within a social context. Bible Camp effectively mediates the transition from conventional faith to reflective and dialogical faith, while enhancing youth’s spiritual competencies in confronting the complexities of contemporary reality. The findings reinforce the assumption that faith formation in interactive non-formal settings is more effective than conventional instructional approaches in producing theological and ethical paradigm shifts. Therefore, Bible Camp is positioned as a relevant and contextual ecclesiological instrument in the recontextualization of Christian faith education. This model functions not only as a venue for individual spiritualization but also as a catalyst for the formation of resilient, participatory, and transformative Christian character within a pluralistic socio-religious ecosystem. Recommendations are directed towards institutionalizing Bible Camp as a systemic strategy for youth faith formation in the mission of the contemporary church.
Abstract:This study aims to examine in depth the application of neuroplasticity principles in learning at elementary schools, focusing on the teaching practices of five teachers at SDS Dharma Putra. Neuroplasticity, as a core concept…
cept in neuroscientific learning, describes the brain's ability to form, strengthen, or modify neural networks through experience, repetition, meaningful activities, and students' emotional involvement. Given the characteristics of elementary school students who are at a stage of cognitive development that is highly responsive to learning environment stimulation, a study of the application of neuroplasticity by teachers is important to ensure that the learning process is in line with the brain's working mechanisms. This study used a neuropsychological instrument measuring the dimensions of neuroplasticity to assess four main indicators, namely repetition & practice, dedicated time for review, use of interactive activities, and contextual learning that connects the material to students' real experiences. The data was reinforced through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis of the learning strategies applied by each teacher. The results showed variations in application between teachers. Some teachers showed strong implementation in interactive activities and contextual learning (score of 5), while structured repetition showed lower consistency (score of 3). The interview findings reinforced the instrument results by showing patterns of strategies such as the use of inspirational stories, educational games, quizzes with prizes, conveying the benefits of learning, and scaffolding through easy material as a starting point. This study concludes that the application of neuroplasticity principles is present in teachers' teaching practices, although the level of depth and routine still needs to be strengthened. The theoretical implication confirms that learning that integrates positive emotions, collaborative activities, planned repetition, and contextualization of material has the potential to have a significant impact on the formation of students' neural networks. Practically, this study provides recommendations for strengthening neuroscientific learning-based instructional design as an effort to optimize the learning process of elementary school students.
Abstract:This study explores the recontextualization of Farid Esack's liberation theology in addressing the challenges of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) in the 21st century. Esack, a progressive Muslim theologian,…
logian, focuses on social justice, pluralism, and advocacy for the oppressed as a response to global uncertainties arising from economic instability, political conflict, and environmental crises. The research employs critical discourse analysis to examine how Esack's interpretation can provide a critical framework for Muslims to respond to the changing times full of uncertainty. The findings reveal that Esack's liberation theology offers an inclusive foundation for building global solidarity across religions and nations, emphasizing principles of social justice and equality. Esack's approach also promotes flexibility in religious interpretation, which is crucial in facing moral ambiguities and socio-political complexities in the modern era. This study aims to contribute to the development of a more contextual and responsive Islamic interpretation that addresses global challenges.

his study examines the mechanism of transmitting legal texts without editorial changes and compares the ijtihad of the four schools of jurisprudence regarding time limits to provide consumer protection solutions in the digital age. The methodology employed is normative legal research using a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach through library research. Data collection techniques involved cataloging hadiths on khiyar from the Kutubus Sittah, identifying the structure of the isnad, and analyzing key vocabulary (mufradat). Data analysis was conducted through stages of isnad criticism to assess the quality of the narrators, systematic analysis of the matn, comparative analysis across schools of thought, and the synchronization of traditional principles with modern economic realities. The research results indicate that the hadiths on khiyar possess exceptional chain of transmission quality within the Silsilah adz-Dzahab tradition, ensuring the text’s accuracy free from distortion over fourteen centuries. Regarding the time limit for khiyar syarat, differing viewpoints were identified: the Shafi’i school limits it to a maximum of three days, while the Maliki school allows a duration of up to 38 days depending on the type of object. In conclusion, the principle of khiyar remains relevant in the digital economy through the transformation of the order cancellation feature as a manifestation of khiyar majelis, as well as the return policy as an application of khiyar aib and khiyar syarat. The implications of this research emphasize that the ethical values of khiyar can serve as a foundation for regulators in refining consumer protection laws to minimize information asymmetry and ensure full consent (antaradin) in every online transaction
