textiles such as “kente”, “kete”, “adinkra”, and “fugu”/ “batakari” are central to Ghana’s cultural heritage, symbolizing identity and tradition. However, the industry faces hurdles including high production costs, competition from cheaper imports, and diminishing traditional knowledge among younger generations. Adopting a qualitative approach, the research utilized interviews, focus group discussions, and observations involving artisans, fashion designers, educators, and consumers. Findings reveal that despite the immense value of indigenous textiles, their integration into modern fashion is impeded by limited access to raw materials, fluctuating market demand, and inadequate artisan support. Innovative designers, however, are blending traditional textiles with contemporary trends, showcasing adaptability and global appeal. The study recommends strategies such as public education campaigns, financial and technical support for artisans, and stronger intellectual property protections. Promoting sustainable practices, addressing regional production disparities, and fostering designer-artisan collaborations are also key to the industry’s sustainability. This research underscores the role of Ghanaian textiles in economic empowerment and cultural preservation, advocating for a balanced approach that merges tradition with modern innovation to ensure global relevance and sustainability.

inancial transaction mechanisms, one of which is online lending (peer-to-peer lending). Some people choose to use peer-to-peer lending without looking at the credit interest rate and without first checking if the company is registered with the OJK or not. As a result, many default risks occur due to mistakes in analyzing peer-to-peer lending loans. As well as several fintech applications still need to be officially registered with the Financial Services Authority, resulting in people experiencing the risk of default with large loan interest. The purpose of this research is to discover the factors that influence the behavioral interest of the millennial generation in adopting online loan services. The research method used is convenient random sampling, with a total sample of 70 respondents. The results of this study show that digital marketing and social influence variables positively affect the millennial generation's interest in adopting online loan services. Meanwhile, loan interest rates have a negative impact because the lower the interest rate is given, the more people will use online loan services. erience at the bank, providing an opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the mortgage approval mechanism from a practical perspective. This study employs a qualitative method, utilizing interviews with bank employees involved in the mortgage application process and literature studies related to banking policies. The findings reveal that mortgage approval involves a comprehensive evaluation of the borrower's financial capability, including credit analysis and compliance with banking regulations. Additionally, several challenges were identified, such as the lengthy administrative process and credit risk factors that the bank must consider. in phonological processing. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the phonic method in improving the reading skills of slow learners through a structured intervention approach. The central research problem addresses how the phonic method can be appropriately adapted to overcome reading difficulties in children with learning delays. The subject of this study was a fifth-grade elementary school student who exhibited marked delays in recognizing letter sounds, constructing words, and understanding simple sentence structures. A case study approach was employed, involving a six-session individualized intervention designed in gradual stages. Each session focused on developing phonological skills, including phoneme identification, blending sounds into syllables, phoneme segmentation, and the introduction of complex patterns such as digraphs and diphthongs. The results demonstrated significant improvement in the subject’s reading ability, evidenced by increased accuracy in letter-sound recognition, reading simple words, and constructing short sentences. Although minor errors in pronunciation and word structure persisted, the subject’s consistent progress throughout the intervention confirmed the phonic method as an effective and applicable approach to teaching reading to slow learners. In conclusion, the phonic method successfully addressed phonological barriers through strategies tailored to the learner’s cognitive profile. The novelty of this study lies in its implementation of the phonic method as a step-by-step phonological intervention model within the context of inclusive primary education an area that remains underexplored and underutilized in both educational practice and research in Indonesia.

Abstract:Abstract: The library is one of the most important means to add insight and knowledge to everyone. In general, borrowing transaction data books that exist in a library are only left to accumulate by the library in the database…
tabase without any utilization or further processing of the data that has long been stored. By utilizing the Data Mining technique using association rules with FP-Growth, these data will be very useful. Because from the data lending books to the library, new information can be gleaned about what books are often borrowed and know the pattern of relationships between books that have been borrowed together so that later it can be used to compile books in accordance with the existing borrowing patterns so that they can facilitate library visitors in the process of finding books.
