i pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME), serta mendeskripsikan tantangan implementasi beserta strategi penyelesaiannya pada konteks sekolah dasar multikultural. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma interpretatif yang dilaksanakan di SD Tzu Chi Jakarta Utara. Informan penelitian terdiri atas guru matematika kelas VI, Kepala Departemen Matematika, dan peserta didik kelas VI yang dipilih secara purposif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan yang divalidasi dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, dan member checking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi budaya humanis dan pendidikan akhlak terwujud melalui konvergensi nilai Gan En dengan syukur, Zun Zhong dengan tasamuh, serta Ai Xin dengan mahabbah yang diimplementasikan secara inklusif dalam pembelajaran matematika berbasis RME. Strategi guru meliputi penyajian masalah kontekstual, proses matematisasi bertahap, diskusi kolaboratif, dan refleksi nilai sehingga pembelajaran tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman matematis, tetapi juga membentuk karakter humanis dan tanggung jawab sosial peserta didik. Tantangan implementasi meliputi keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan kompleksitas materi matematika, yang diatasi melalui perencanaan pembelajaran kolaboratif dan pengembangan activity sheet berbasis konteks nyata. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model integrasi budaya humanis, pendidikan akhlak, dan pembelajaran matematika berbasis RME pada sekolah dasar multikultural.

The product was then tested on 55 respondents who were divided into two groups, namely 31 respondents were consumers of Madura Cassava Chips products who had purchased the product before development with the results being quite feasible to use and 24 respondents were consumers of Madura Cassava Chips products who had purchased the product after development with the results being very feasible to use. pulation is the financial statements of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for 5 (five) periods, namely 2015-2019. The samples for this research are the balance sheet, profit and loss report and cash flow report of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for 5 (five) periods, namely 2015-2019. The data in this research is secondary data with data collection techniques using documentation methods for company financial reports. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.Partial research results (t test) state that partial operating cash flow does not have a significant effect on liquidity. Meanwhile, the investment cash flow variable partially has a significant effect on the level of liquidity. And the partial funding cash flow variable has no significant effect on liquidity. Simultaneous research results (F test) state that operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow have a value of Fcount > Ftable (3.275 > 2.95) and a significance value of < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05), So it can be concluded that the operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of liquidity.

The samples in this research are balance sheets and reports profit and loss of Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Indonesia in the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of research with bro using the RGEC method which consists of Risk Profle with a Non ratio Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Good Corporate Governance with Net Open Position (PDN) ratio, Earnings with gan Return On Asset (ROA) and Capital ratio with the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The results of the NPF, PDN, ROA, and CAR ratio analysis provide result that there is a significant difference in this ratio before and after the merger. Meanwhile, the FDR ratio shows that there is no difference in the results significant before anda after the merger. Based on research has been carried out, it can be concluded tha Bank Syariah Indonesia is improving after the merger.

in this study uses documentation techniques in the form of balance sheets and income statements for 2018-2022. The profitability ratios used in this study include Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings Per Share (EPS). The results showed that the financial performance of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk for the last four years has tended to be unfavorable, because the average value of the profitability ratio is below the expected standard of measurement. To overcome the problem of declining financial performance, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk must identify and control production and distribution costs more efficiently, develop appropriate pricing and sales strategies, manage accounts receivable properly, and be prudent in using loans with favorable interest rates to increase the company's net profit.

eceived through vision. It includes the recognition of shapes, colors, sizes, patterns, and visual relationships, which are essential for children’s learning readiness. This study aims to improve the visual perceptual abilities of children aged 5–6 years at TK Sarantau Sasurambi through smartboard-based learning. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method conducted in several cycles, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were children aged 5–6 years. The research instruments included observation sheets of visual perceptual abilities (visual discrimination, visual memory, matching, sequencing, spatial relations, and eye–hand coordination), observation sheets on the use of the smartboard, and field notes. The results showed an improvement in visual perceptual abilities from the pre-cycle to Cycle I and Cycle II. Children’s mastery in the pre-cycle reached only 45%, increased to 65% in Cycle I, and reached 88% in Cycle II. The use of smartboards proved effective as it offers interactive and engaging visual learning experiences and facilitates children’s direct manipulation of objects. Therefore, smartboard-based learning is highly effective in improving the visual perceptual abilities of children aged 5–6 years.

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas ibadah jamaah Masjid Baitul Muttaqin Pisangan terutama sholat 5 waktu, melalui penerapan Digital Loudspeaker Management System (DLMS) dan equalizer 31 kanal sebagai kontrol speaker monitor Imam. Peralatan ini digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah audio feedback, menjaga kestabilan level output dari audio mixer, dan meningkatkan kejernihan suara pada speaker utama maupun speaker monitor imam. Dalam implementasinya, fitur-fitur seperti digital equalizer, compressor, limiter, dan crossover pada DLMS dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Setting equalizer dilakukan mengikuti panduan vocal equalizer cheat sheet guna mengurangi frekuensi penyebab feedback. Dari hasil setting perangkat DLMS dan Equalizer di dapatkan hasil di masjid, audio feedback/ dengung sudah tidak terjadi lagi. Hal ini menyebabkan jemaah masjid yang sholat 5 waktu sudah tidak terganggu dengan suara dengung atau audio feedback. Hal ini meningkatkan kualitas ibadah jamaah masjid Baitul Muttaqin Pisangan.

The results of the analysis of teacher observations in cycle I obtained a score of 72.05% and cycle II 90.43% in the very high category. While the results of the analysis of student observations in cycle I obtained a score of 72.5% and cycle II 90% in the very high category. eading worksheet, sourced from 20 ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan. Techniques for collecting data included distributing questionnaires, conducting interviews, and documentation. Instruments used were interview sheets, printed documents, and questionnaires. This study involved six key stages of Borg and Gall method, which included: gathering data and information, analyzing the data, designing the product, expert validation, revising and finalizing the product. The result of gathering and analyzing data showed that students had low interest in descriptive reading text due to monotonous and unvaried worksheets. This data identified students’ necessity (85%), lacks (55%) and wants (65%) for an interactive worksheet, engaging worksheet to develop reading understanding. The material designing and revising stage resulted in the Topworksheet Web, which consists of interactive descriptive reading practices, utilizing Canva-based visualization and educational games, including a glossary and word search. The expert validation involved a lecturer and a teacher, was 87.2%, and 98.4%, achieving an "Excellent" category. Based on the high validation scores from the experts, it can be concluded that the final product, the Topworksheet Web, is a highly appropriate and effective students' descriptive reading worksheet tailored to the specific needs of students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan.
