obstacles. Through a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as literature review, in-depth interviews, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) in three elementary schools, this study identifies the root causes of the problems. The main findings reveal that the obstacles to the implementation of the CFS are multidimensional, including a substantial lack of understanding of the CFS among educators and parents, limited financial and human resources, resistance to changes in school culture, and weak coordination and active participation from all stakeholders, including children. The value and contribution of this study lies in the proposition of a systemic solution that fills the gap in existing literacy, which goes beyond problem identification. This study recommends a series of integrated innovative solutions, such as the use of digital platforms for outreach and complaints, continuous capacity building of educators, strengthening child participation through official forums, and most importantly, the establishment of a multi-stakeholder collaboration forum and the integration of the CFS policy into regional planning and budgeting (RPJMD/APBD). Key recommendations emphasize the establishment of a multi-stakeholder collaboration forum involving schools, local governments, communities, and the business world, as well as the establishment of an independent monitoring team to ensure accountability.

Interactive educational approaches, such as demonstration methods combined with songs, may enhance children's practical skills more effectively than conventional instruction. This study aimed to determine the effect of health education using a demonstration method on handwashing with soap skills among children in the BTN AL community, Entrop Subdistrict, South Jayapura District. A quantitative study with a one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design was conducted involving 20 child participants selected through total sampling. The intervention consisted of a live demonstration of the WHO six-step handwashing technique accompanied by a modified version of the children's song Naik Becak. Participants' handwashing skills were assessed before and after the intervention using the WHO Standard Hand Hygiene Observation Checklist. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The findings demonstrated a significant improvement in children's handwashing skills following the intervention. Before receiving health education, most participants were unable to perform the recommended handwashing procedure correctly. After the intervention, 18 participants (90%) successfully demonstrated all six handwashing steps independently, while only two participants (10%) still required assistance. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p < 0.001). The study concludes that health education delivered through a demonstration method combined with a modified children's song effectively improves handwashing with soap skills among children. This approach may serve as an innovative and engaging strategy for promoting healthy hygiene behaviors in early childhood.

QCC is applied as a structured approach that empowers employees to identify workplace problems, develop solutions, and collaborate in continuous improvement activities using quality management tools and the PDCA cycle. The research employs a case study and comparative analysis method to explore differences between the standardized QCC system at CATL headquarters and the more flexible, localized implementation in Indonesia. The study involved permanent employees from both organizations using saturated sampling, with a total of 10 respondents. In addition, a five-day productivity training program was conducted in China and Karawang through lectures, case studies, and project-based learning, evaluated using pre-test and post-test assessments. The findings indicate that QCC significantly improves employee understanding of productivity management, strengthens communication, enhances product quality, reduces quality-related costs, and increases employee engagement, motivation, and organizational commitment in both operational environments

These may entail developing novel and distinctive menu offerings, implementing efficient production processes, leveraging digital technologies for marketing and customer engagement, and fostering an organizational culture that promotes innovation. From initial observations, it was seen that students' enthusiasm for learning tended to be low, as seen from their inactive attitudes, little interaction, and easily distracted when teachers used less diverse learning methods. To address this, a Smartboard was proposed as an innovative solution. This tool is an interactive whiteboard that uses multimedia and audiovisual technology, so it can combine teaching materials with images, videos, and animations to make learning more interesting and diverse. The method used in this study was the correlation method, namely a quantitative method that studies the relationship between the use of Smartboard interactive features and the level of student enthusiasm for learning. The results showed that the use of Smartboard in learning was proven to be able to increase student enthusiasm for learning. After implementing the Smartboard, students appeared more active and enthusiastic during the learning process, so that their enthusiasm for learning increased and reduced boredom. The implementation of Smartboard involves game-based learning methods such as Duck Race Games and Wordwall, which successfully trigger students' curiosity, focus, and enthusiasm, and encourage them to actively participate in answering questions and interacting in class.

These findings provide an important overview of the need to develop more effective and innovative learning strategies to improve students' communication skills in English at the elementary level. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for educators and educational institutions in improving the quality of English teaching in elementary schools.

This community service activity aims to improve the competence of early childhood education teachers in implementing interactive Islamic storytelling based on multimedia to optimize children's language development in Kutawaluya District. The method used was a participatory approach through the stages of needs assessment, workshops, media creation practice, classroom implementation assistance, and evaluative reflection with the teacher community. The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher capacity in designing and using digital media pedagogically, changes in learning interaction patterns to be more dialogic, and increased verbal participation of children in storytelling activities. In addition, a community of teacher practice was formed that collaboratively developed Islamic storytelling media as a sustainable innovation. The implications of this activity confirm that the integration of technology, Islamic values, and a participatory approach effectively encourages the transformation of early childhood learning practices. This model has the potential to be replicated in similar contexts to strengthen the quality of adaptive and character-building early childhood education.
