nch. As a global leader in lithium-ion battery manufacturing, CATL integrates innovative technology with employee participation to improve work processes and operational performance. QCC is applied as a structured approach that empowers employees to identify workplace problems, develop solutions, and collaborate in continuous improvement activities using quality management tools and the PDCA cycle. The research employs a case study and comparative analysis method to explore differences between the standardized QCC system at CATL headquarters and the more flexible, localized implementation in Indonesia. The study involved permanent employees from both organizations using saturated sampling, with a total of 10 respondents. In addition, a five-day productivity training program was conducted in China and Karawang through lectures, case studies, and project-based learning, evaluated using pre-test and post-test assessments. The findings indicate that QCC significantly improves employee understanding of productivity management, strengthens communication, enhances product quality, reduces quality-related costs, and increases employee engagement, motivation, and organizational commitment in both operational environments

Despite the benefits, budget constraints, lack of managerial support, and low digital competencyremain major obstacles. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected from Indonesian startups through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that startups with clear digital transformation roadmaps, strong leadership engagement, and structured employee training programs are more successful in integrating HRM technology. However, many startups still rely on manual HR processes, limiting efficiency and innovation. This study highlights that HRM should be a strategic function rather than an administrative task, focusing on technology-driven efficiency, digital upskilling, and cultural adaptation. To ensure sustainable growth, startups must prioritize digital innovation, workforce development, and managerial commitment in their HRM transformation.

This paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the innovation and creativity strategies employed by Indonesian culinary MSMEs and identify the key factors that contribute to their success. The study found that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia can adopt a range of innovative and creative strategies to enhance their competitiveness. These may entail developing novel and distinctive menu offerings, implementing efficient production processes, leveraging digital technologies for marketing and customer engagement, and fostering an organizational culture that promotes innovation. By adopting a customer-centric approach and remaining responsive to evolving market trends, these enterprises can distinguish themselves from competitors and maintain a leading position in the industry. A systematic review of the existing literature also reveals that culinary MSMEs in Indonesia face various challenges, including financial constraints, lack of human resources, and limited access to information and technology. The product was then tested on 55 respondents who were divided into two groups, namely 31 respondents were consumers of Madura Cassava Chips products who had purchased the product before development with the results being quite feasible to use and 24 respondents were consumers of Madura Cassava Chips products who had purchased the product after development with the results being very feasible to use. From initial observations, it was seen that students' enthusiasm for learning tended to be low, as seen from their inactive attitudes, little interaction, and easily distracted when teachers used less diverse learning methods. To address this, a Smartboard was proposed as an innovative solution. This tool is an interactive whiteboard that uses multimedia and audiovisual technology, so it can combine teaching materials with images, videos, and animations to make learning more interesting and diverse. The method used in this study was the correlation method, namely a quantitative method that studies the relationship between the use of Smartboard interactive features and the level of student enthusiasm for learning. The results showed that the use of Smartboard in learning was proven to be able to increase student enthusiasm for learning. After implementing the Smartboard, students appeared more active and enthusiastic during the learning process, so that their enthusiasm for learning increased and reduced boredom. The implementation of Smartboard involves game-based learning methods such as Duck Race Games and Wordwall, which successfully trigger students' curiosity, focus, and enthusiasm, and encourage them to actively participate in answering questions and interacting in class.

These findings provide an important overview of the need to develop more effective and innovative learning strategies to improve students' communication skills in English at the elementary level. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for educators and educational institutions in improving the quality of English teaching in elementary schools.

This community service activity aims to improve the competence of early childhood education teachers in implementing interactive Islamic storytelling based on multimedia to optimize children's language development in Kutawaluya District. The method used was a participatory approach through the stages of needs assessment, workshops, media creation practice, classroom implementation assistance, and evaluative reflection with the teacher community. The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher capacity in designing and using digital media pedagogically, changes in learning interaction patterns to be more dialogic, and increased verbal participation of children in storytelling activities. In addition, a community of teacher practice was formed that collaboratively developed Islamic storytelling media as a sustainable innovation. The implications of this activity confirm that the integration of technology, Islamic values, and a participatory approach effectively encourages the transformation of early childhood learning practices. This model has the potential to be replicated in similar contexts to strengthen the quality of adaptive and character-building early childhood education.

The results of the activity showed a 90% increase in student understanding in identifying business opportunities based on regional potential. In addition, a student business startup group was formed that was able to design innovative product value propositions. The conclusion of this community service is that the motivational workshop is effective in changing the mindset of students from job seekers to business opportunity creators by leveraging regional comparative advantages.
