From this matter, the teachers finally think that is the influence on current learning achievement externally and internally on their students. Not to mention that children are very easy to make excuses, especially those related to stress either due to the demands of parents, little rest time, do not fit into the environment so that they get to the point that school is not important just a formality so as not to be reprimanded by parents or to be the same as most people. The high and low achievement motivation of students is always used as an indicator of the good and bad learning achievement of a student. With achievement motivation, students will be encouraged to learn and like certain subjects happily studying the subject. In this study using a sample of 110 students and researchers sampled class X students at SMAN 1 TAMBUN. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of peer support, authoritarian parenting and resilience on academic achievement.

. This study employs annual reports on state-owned enterprises (SOEs) listed in Appendix II of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation Number PER/MBU/03/2021. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, with a research sample comprising 57 SOEs selected from all SOEs for the 2018-2022 period. The data were analyzed using panel data regression analysis with the STATA 17. The results indicated that the Shareholder Aspect had a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of SOEs. In contrast, the aspects of Commitment to Sustainable GCG Implementation, Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Disclosure and Transparency of Information, and other factors had no significant effect on the financial performance of SOEs. The findings indicate that risk management exerts a positive and significant influence on the relationship between the Board of Directors aspect and the financial performance of SOEs. Conversely, risk management exerts a negative and insignificant influence on the relationship between the Commitment to Sustainable GCG Implementation aspect, the Board of Commissioners, disclosure and transparency of information, and other factors and the financial performance of SOEs.

This study employed a descriptive qualitative method using reading, note-taking, and data classification techniques related to person deixis. The data source consisted of dialogues and narrations found in the novel. The results showed that first-person, second-person, and third-person deixis were used by the characters according to communication situations and relationships among the characters. First-person deixis was the most dominant form because it frequently appeared in conversations between characters. This study concludes that the use of person deixis in the novel helps clarify the roles of characters and build communication within the story.

This study aimed to ascertain whether the utilization of Music media may yield a noteworthy disparity in enhancing students' English vocabulary and to discover whether the efficacy of music media surpasses that of conventional media. The sample size for this study consisted of 60 students. The system has two classrooms, with each class including a total of 30 students. The pre-test results yielded a t-value of t0 = 1.517, indicating that both classes are worth studying as there is no significant difference in the increase of students' English vocabulary based on the t-test. However, after treatment and the post-test, the t-value obtained was t0 = 3.201, higher than the critical t-value (tt = 2.001) at a significance level of α = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (df) = 58. This indicates a significant difference in students' English vocabulary increase between the experimental class (taught using Music media) and the control class (introduced using conventional press) after the pre-test was administered.

ironment, which is full of academic and social demands, requires good self-adjustment for students to cope with pressures and achieve academic performance. This study aims to identify the influence of self-efficacy on academic adjustment through a systematic literature review by analyzing journal articles from the last five years obtained from electronic databases such as Science Direct, ProQuest, Springer Link, and Google Scholar. From this search, six journals relevant to the research theme were identified. The review results indicate that five journals show a direct relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment, while one journal shows an indirect involvement. In conclusion, self-efficacy significantly helps new students adjust to the academic and social challenges at the university, which in turn enhances academic performance and reduces stress. This study highlights the importance of studying new students and using a systematic literature review to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment, which has not been widely discussed in previous research.

This is because the subject is a person who is not comfortable studying and remaining silent in class for a long time. In this problem, to overcome this problem, behavior modification is carried out using the token economy technique. The subject used in this research was 1 boy from class 2 of SD Muhammadiyah Gresik who had a low disciplinary attitude. This research aims to determine the increase in student discipline by modifying behavior using the token economy technique. In the implementation, research subjects were given intervention or treatment in the form of rewards by sticking stickers for 21 days with pretest, intervention and posttest stages, then their disciplinary attitudes were observed and at the end of the session if the target behavior that was changed showed good changes then the subject would be given a reward according to the agreement at the beginning. where the prize is exchanged for the number of stickers obtained during the session. This can be seen from the pretest results, the significance value obtained was 10 and for the posttest results the significance value obtained was 13. Based on the gain score calculation, it showed that the subject experienced an increase of 3 scores from the pretest score of 10 to 13. During the posttest this showed an increase but it was not significant.

Abstrak: Program pengadian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yang diselenggarakan di Perumahan Taman Sari Hijau berdasarkan pada kebutuhan dan peningkatan kemauan belajar dan juga minat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris di lingkungan tersebut. Terdapat 30 anak-anak pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar yang menjadi peserta kegiatan ini. Berdasarkan hasil obeservasi awal ditemukan bahwa masih kurangnya akses terhadap konten pembelajaran berbahasa Inggris dan juga masih kurangnya minat anak-anak untuk belajar Bahasa Inggris. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan dengan mempelajari permasalahan mitra dan kemudian memperkenalkan dan mengimplemnetasikan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dengan metode yang lebih efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah Total Physical Response (TPR) yang diterapkan melalui tahapan kegiatan yang terstruktur, dimulai dari pengenalan kosakata sederhana, demonstrasi gerakan oleh pengajar, hingga praktik langsung oleh siswa melalui permainan edukatif (games). Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak memang membutuhkan pendekatan yang lebih “menyenangkan” dari pada penghafalan kosakata yang baku, sehingga mereka dapat menggunakan kosakata yang telah mereka pelajari dengan lebih percaya diri.
