Digital Experience and Customer Loyalty: The Mediating Roles of Impulsive Buying and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of E-Service Quality and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty in e-commerce through Impulsive Buying and Purchasing Decisions s on the Erigo fashion brand. This study uses a quantitative… ve approach with an accidental sampling method, where respondents are consumers who have purchased Erigo fashion products through the e-commerce platform. The number of respondents in this study was 100 people. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results show that E-Service Quality and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying and Purchasing Decisions s. In addition, Impulsive Buying and Purchasing Decisions s have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. E-Service Quality and Brand Image also have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Impulsive Buying and Purchasing Decisions s. These findings confirm that improving digital service quality and a strong brand image strategically contribute to the formation of impulsive buying behavior and Purchasing Decisions s that ultimately drive Erigo customer loyalty on the e-commerce platform.

EXAMINING THE DRIVERS OF E-LOYALTY: THE INTERPLAY OF DISCOUNT FRAMING, BRAND REPUTATION, AND DIGITAL SATISFACTION IN FOOD DELIVERY APPLICATIONS

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of discount framing, brand reputation, e-satisfaction, and e-loyalty on the use of online food delivery applications. The study employs a quantitative approach using survey methods… s and hypothesis testing with SEM-AMOS version 23. The population of this study consists of users of online food delivery applications across Indonesia, with the unit of analysis being individuals. Data for this study were obtained from 135 respondents who filled out an online questionnaire based on a purposive sampling method. The results of the study indicate that discount framing has a positive effect on brand reputation and e-satisfaction. Brand reputation positively affects e-satisfaction. E-satisfaction positively impacts e-loyalty. This indicates that the higher the discount framing, the better the brand reputation and e-satisfaction for ordering food. Furthermore, the better the brand reputation, the higher the e-satisfaction, and the higher the e-satisfaction, the better the e-loyalty in ordering food through online food delivery applications. The implications of these results for application owners are to understand the influence of discount framing, brand reputation, e-satisfaction, and e-loyalty, so they can formulate strategies and policies related to these factors. Meanwhile, the implication for application users is that they can use applications that offer discount framing that suits their needs.

THE INFLUENCE OF PRODUCT QUALITY, PACKAGING DESIGN, AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ON CONSUMER REPURCHASE INTEREST IN AYAM PENYET BANG AMIN RANTAUPRAPAT

Abstract: This study aims to determine the the influence of product quality, packaging design, and customer experience on consumer repurchase intention on Ayam Penyet Bang Amin products in Rantauprapat, both partially and simultaneously.&#8230; eously. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were all consumers of Ayam Penyet Bang Amin Rantauprapat. The research sample was determined using the Lemeshow formula so that 96 respondents were obtained with a sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. Primary data were collected through online questionnaires and processed using SPSS version 23. The test results showed that partially, product quality had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (t count 3.069 > t table 1.986; Sig. 0.003 < 0.05). Packaging design had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (t count 2.446 > t table 1.986; Sig. 0.016 < 0.05). Customer experience also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (t count 3.528 > t table 1.986; Sig. 0.001 < 0.05). Simultaneously, product quality, packaging design, and customer experience have a significant effect on consumer repurchase intention (F count 143.923 > F table 2.70; Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination of 0.819 indicates that the variables of product quality, packaging design, and customer experience are able to explain the variation in repurchase intention by 81.9%, while the remaining 18.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Literature Review: Pengaruh Promo Flash Sale Dan Notifikasi Aplikasi Terhadap Impulse Buying Pada Konsumen Online

Abstract: Perkembangan e-commerce yang semakin pesat telah mengubah perilaku belanja konsumen dari pembelian yang terencana menjadi pembelian spontan yang dipengaruhi oleh stimulus promosi digital. Promo flash sale dan notifikasi&#8230; aplikasi banyak digunakan oleh platform belanja online untuk menciptakan rasa urgensi, kelangkaan, dan dorongan emosional yang dapat memicu impulse buying. Artikel literature review ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pengaruh promo flash sale dan notifikasi aplikasi terhadap impulse buying pada konsumen online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur terhadap sepuluh artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan, terbit pada rentang tahun 2022 sampai 2026. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa flash sale pada umumnya berpengaruh positif terhadap impulse buying karena menawarkan diskon dalam waktu terbatas, stok terbatas, hitung mundur waktu, dan tampilan promosi yang menarik. Notifikasi aplikasi juga berperan sebagai pengingat dan stimulus promosi real-time yang mempercepat keputusan pembelian, meskipun penelitian yang secara eksplisit membahas variabel notifikasi masih relatif terbatas dalam literatur yang dikaji. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh flash sale semakin kuat ketika didukung oleh emosi positif, fear of missing out, pleasure, arousal, hiburan, dan manfaat ekonomis. Namun, terdapat pula temuan yang tidak konsisten, yaitu flash sale tidak selalu berpengaruh signifikan apabila faktor psikologis atau fitur promosi lain lebih dominan. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa flash sale dan notifikasi aplikasi dapat mendorong impulse buying, terutama apabila strategi promosi dirancang dengan unsur urgensi, daya tarik emosional, dan informasi produk yang kredibel.

THE DYNAMICS OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT ON TIKTOK SOCIAL MEDIA IN RELATION TO BRAND TRUST AND UNIVERSITY CHOICE DECISIONS: THE ROLE OF BRAND AUTHENTICITY AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of User-Generated Content (UGC) on the TikTok platform on Brand Trust and the Decision to Choose a Higher Education Institution, with Brand Authenticity serving as the mediating variable.&#8230; ariable. This study employs an explanatory quantitative approach. Data were collected via an online survey of a purposive sample comprising prospective students or first-year students (aged 17–21) who actively use TikTok and interact with university-related content. Data analysis was conducted on a minimum of 250 respondents using Partial Least Squares (PLS)-based Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the aid of SmartPLS software. The results of the outer model testing showed that all indicators used in the questionnaire were valid and reliable. Hypothesis testing confirmed that User-Generated Content has a direct, positive and significant effect on Brand Authenticity, Brand Trust and Choice Decision. Furthermore, Brand Authenticity also has a positive and significant effect on Brand Trust and Choice Decision. Mediation analysis revealed that Brand Authenticity acts as a partial mediator, bridging the influence of UGC on Brand Trust and Choice Decisions. This study confirms that user-generated organic content on TikTok is a crucial instrument in building trust and influencing the academic decisions of Generation Z. Higher education brands that are authentically represented through UGC will find it easier to win the trust and preference of prospective students.

Abstract: The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has changed the way information is accessed. The use of mobile devices, the internet, and various online learning applications is increasingly widespread.&#8230; pread. This demands innovation in learning methods to make it more relevant and interesting for learners. This article aims to identify ICT applications used for learning innovation and digital era learning models. The method used in writing this article is descriptive method and through literature study. The conclusion of this article is that there are three learning innovations that can be applied, namely: Project Based Learning (PjBl), Google Sites and Google Drive. And there are three digital era learning models, namely: Blended Learning is a combination of online and offline learning, Distant Learning and Mobile Learning (M-Learning) Mobile Learning is learning supported by wireless mobile technology (smartphones).

The Effect of Service Quality and Online Promotion on Customer Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction at F3B Beauty House

Abstract: Customer loyalty is essential for the sustainability of aesthetic clinics, particularly amid increasing competition and the growing use of digital promotional channels. This study examines the effects of service quality&#8230; and online promotion on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at F3B Beauty House. A quantitative explanatory design with a cross-sectional survey approach was employed. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from 361 customers selected using purposive sampling. Eligible respondents were at least 18 years old, had completed at least two visits or transactions within the previous 12 months, and had been exposed to the clinic’s online promotions. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. The results show that service quality and online promotion positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and demonstrates the largest practical effect. Furthermore, customer satisfaction partially mediates the effects of service quality and online promotion on customer loyalty. The model explains 66.9% of the variance in customer satisfaction and 68.3% of the variance in customer loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating consistent service quality, interactive online promotion, and satisfactory customer experiences to strengthen sustainable customer loyalty.

Online Shopping Experience and Repurchase Intention in Beauty and Personal Care in Pontianak City: The Mediating Role of Trust

Abstract: The rapid growth of e-commerce has increased the importance of understanding factors that influence consumer repurchase intention, particularly in the beauty and personal care product sector. This study aims to analyze the&#8230; he effect of customer online shopping experience on repurchase intention with trust as a mediating variable among beauty and personal care product consumers in Pontianak City. This research employs a quantitative associative approach with a sample of 175 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaire with Likert-scale (1–4) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that: (1) online shopping experience has a significant effect on trust (t-statistics 6,235; p values 0.000); (2) online shopping experience has a significant effect on repurchase intention (t-statistics 5,395; p values 0.000); (3) trust has a significant effect on repurchase intention (t-statistics 4,680; p values 0.000); and (4) trust mediates the effect of online shopping experience on repurchase intention (t-statistics 4,397; p values 0.000). These findings suggest that a positive online shopping experience and consumer trust are key factors in driving repurchase intention for beauty and personal care products through e-commerce platforms.

Customer Experience and E-Wom Effects on Brand Image and Patient Revisit Intention at Dental Clinics In Bogor

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of customer experience and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on brand image and their impact on patient revisit intention at dental clinics in Bogor City. The study was motivated by&#8230; y the increasingly competitive dental service industry, the growing role of digital reviews, and the need to strengthen patient retention in dental healthcare services. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using an online survey of 200 patients who had visited dental clinics in Bogor City at least once. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modelling with LISREL 8.80. The results show that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on brand image and patient revisit intention. e-WOM also has a positive and significant effect on brand image and revisit intention. Furthermore, brand image positively affects revisit intention and partially mediates the relationship between customer experience and e-WOM on revisit intention. These findings indicate that dental clinics should integrate service experience management, credible digital reputation, and consistent brand image development to increase patient retention.

Price Perception and Online Promotion Effects on Brand Awareness and Purchase Decisions for Kaiamuslimwear Kurta

Abstract: This study examines the influence of price perception and online promotion on brand awareness and its implication for purchase decision for KaiaMuslimWear kurta products. The issue addressed in this study is the need for&#8230; KaiaMuslimWear to strengthen its competitive position in the Muslim fashion market, particularly in the men’s kurta category, where consumers are exposed to various product alternatives, competitive prices, and intensive digital promotion. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verificative design. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 200 KaiaMuslimWear consumers and analyzed using SPSS 27 and LISREL 8.80 with Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that price perception and online promotion have positive and significant effects on brand awareness and purchase decision. Brand awareness also has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision. Furthermore, brand awareness significantly mediates the effect of price perception and online promotion on purchase decision. These findings indicate that purchase decision is shaped through an integrated process involving perceived price fairness, online promotional effectiveness, and consumer awareness of the brand.
