Rumah Sakit Permata Hati Duri melakukan penilaian kinerja terhadap karyawan pada setiap bulannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan yang dapat memudahkan pihak rumah sakit saat melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan adalah kompetensi, profesionalisme, komunikasi, manajemen dan keramahan dengan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode TOPSIS, pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Adapun sampel yang digunakan adalah 10 karyawan. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan pada sistem berupa hasil perangkingan nilai karyawan.

Abstrak: PT. Pia Garda Utama merupakan salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa Outsourcing di wilayah Sumatera Barat. Perusahaan masih menggunakan microsoft excel untuk menyimpan data-data dari para pelamar, mulai dari Perekrutan, penyeleksian awal sampai pada tahap penentuan calon karyawan. Selama ini Proses penerimaan karyawan di PT. Pia Garda Utama masih belum efektif atau subjektif yang masih membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam menentukan hasil akhir penerimaan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Proses –proses yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Pia Garda Utama sangat tidak menguntungkan bagi pelamar atau calon karyawan, hal ini dikarenakan hasil yang didapat bisa dikatakan bukan murni dari kemampuan pelamar tersebut, melainkan dari hasil pemikiran dan kesimpulan para penguji. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dibuat suatu Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) yang akan membantu dalam mengolah data ujian dari pelamar sehingga menghasilkan sebuah keputusan yang efektif dan efisien yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan kriteria calon karyawan yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan.

This study discusses how to implement the program code for notifications on mobile applications based on hybrid mobile applications and the use of oneSignal as a push notification service. The method used in this research is analysis, code implementation, testing, and evaluation of the results of several implementation methods. The analysis carried out contains an analysis of what methods can be used to make notifications to the mobile application. After getting the method in the analysis phase, the next step is to try various methods of implementing the code and testing the code of the mobile application program using the code-and-fix life cycle method. The test results of each implementation method are then evaluated and the best code implementation method is determined. The final result of this research is recommendations for implementing program code into hybrid mobile applications using the oneSignal service.

Abstrak: Aplikasi mobile saat ini tidak bisa lepas dari adanya penggunaan notifikasi. Banyaknya jenis device mobile yang digunakan user, mengakibatkan penggunaan metode untuk membuat notifikasi yang dapat berjalan di semua jenis device penting untuk dilakukan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana mengimplementasikan kode program untuk notifikasi pada aplikasi mobile yang berbasis aplikasi mobile hybrid serta penggunaan oneSignal sebagai servis push notification-nya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis, implementasi kode, testing dan evaluasi perbandingan hasil beberapa metode implementasi. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi analisis metode apa saja yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat notifikasi ke aplikasi mobile. Setelah mendapatkan perbandingan metode pada tahapan analisis, tahapan selanjutnya yaitu mencoba berbagai metode implementasi kode dan dilakukan testing kode program aplikasi mobile dengan menggunakan metode code-and-fix life cycle. Hasil testing masing-masing metode implementasi kemudian dievaluasi dan ditentukan metode implementasi kode terbaik. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi implementasi kode program kedalam aplikasi mobile hybrid untuk memunculkan notifikasi pada aplikasi menggunakan servis oneSignal.

Abstrak: Demam Bedarah Dengue, atau biasa disingkat DBD adalah penyakit yang selalu menjadi keresahan pada masyarakat, apalagi pada saat musim hujan wabah penyakit DBD semakin meningkat Seperti pada kota Denpasar wilayah utara, jumlah masyarakat yang terkenana DBD, khususnya yang berusia 7-12 tahun semakin meningkat. Ditambah lagi dengan kurangnya sarana media informasi yang dapat megakibatkan masih banyaknya masyarakat khususnya yang berusia 7-12 tahun yang belum memahami betul terkait wabah penyakit DBD. Dikarenakan lebih banyaknya masyarakat di denpasar utara yng berusia 7-12 tahun yang terkena kasus DBD, penulis memilih lokasi penelitian yaitu pada salah satu sekolah dasar di wilayah Denpasar utara adalah SDPN Negeri Tulang Ampiang. Permaslahan yang terdapat pada penelitian kali ini adalah kurang efisien dan menariknya sebuah media informasi mengenai bahaya DBD yang terdapat pada sekolah SDPN Negeri Tulang Ampiang. Melihat permasalahan pada lokasi penelitian tersebut maka penulis dalam penelitian kali ini akan mebuat sebuah media informasi berupa animasi 3D pengenalan Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue Berbasis Android,. Penulis juga dalam menyelesaikan penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan melalui metode Research and Development, dikarenakan pada hasil akhir penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah produk. Terakhir adalah angket pengujian untuk proses evaluasi didalam pengeimplementasian media informasi yang dibuat. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Black Box yang akan menguji dari persyaratan fungsional dari perangkat lunak yang dibangun serta menggunakan pengujian kousioner untuk menguji aspek informasi dan visual pada aplikasi penulis.

Neural networks are used to predict the projection Backpropogation logistics patients based on the type of drugs Analgesics, antiemetics, vitamins, Antiepileptic, Anesthesia, Anti-Parkinson, Psychotherapeutic, Corticosteroids. This logistical projection data processing using software of Matlab 6.1. After using Backpropogation finally found the best architectural pattern is 8-3-3-1 of 5 aritektur architecture that has been tested. Of the pattern is then predicted projection logistics at General Hospital Kartini range in 2014 will increase to 91 290 from 65 422 in 2013 for an increase of 25 868 (28.33%).

Abstrak: Kebutuhan logistik yang sangat besar pada Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran untuk memperlancar pengobatan membutuhkan suatu sistem yang bisa memprediksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut dengan tepat agar tidak mengakibatkan kelebihan dan kekurangan terhadap jumlah pemakaian yang selalu berubah setiap tahunnya. Pada saat ini proses perhitungan telah banyak dilakukan dengan bantuan software-software yang ada pada komputer yang berkecepatan tinggi seperti Jaringan Saraf Tiruan. Jaringan Saraf Tiruan Backpropogation digunakan untuk memprediksi proyeksi logistik pasien berdasarkan jenis obat Analgetik, Antiemetik, Vitamin, Antiepilepsi, Anestesi, Anti Parkinson, Psikofarmaka, Kortikosteroid. Pengolahan data proyeksi logistik ini menggunakan software Matlab 6.1. Setelah menggunakan Backpropogation akhirnya ditemukan pola arsitektur yang terbaik yaitu arsitektur 8-3-3-1 dari 5 arsitektur yang telah diujikan. Dari pola tersebut kemudian diprediksi proyeksi logistik di Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran pada tahun 2014 akan meningkat menjadi 91290 dari tahun 2013 sebesar 65422 atau meningkat sebesar 25868 (28,33%).

This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to improve objectivity and accountability in student selection. AHP is used to determine the weights of the four main academic criteria-the report card scores of Mathematics, Science, Indonesian, and English-based on consistent expert judgment. Furthermore, the SAW method processes the normalized and weighted scores to produce a final ranking of 100 prospective students. The implementation results show that the AHP-SAW integration is able to produce quantitative, transparent, and data-based rankings, thus minimizing subjectivity in the selection process. It provides a structured and replicable model, supporting fairness and efficiency in student admission. This approach is relevant to be applied in educational institutions that want to align the selection process with Islamic educational values and multi-criteria-based objectivity principles.

The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression, processed with SPSS 25, following classic assumption tests for normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. The analysis reveals that liquidity and working capital turnover do not significantly affect profitability, while solvency significantly impacts profitability. Overall, liquidity, solvency, and working capital turnover together significantly affect profitability.

Budaya filsafat dalam peradaban barat, dalam penelahaan penulis dari berbagai sumber nyata-nyata telah menghasilkan berbagai bentuk pemikiran dan aksi masyarakat barat terhadap agama, yang paling utama adalah sekularisme dan nihilisasi konsep tuhan.
