of data coming from literature studies, mainly focusing on folklore, historical narratives, and Timor Leste's cultural richness. The introduction of the research covered the context of tourism in Timor Leste, highlighting the challenges in promoting tourism destinations and the problems faced. An in-depth literature search was then conducted to formulate the research problems, namely constraints in tourism promotion and the role of stories and narratives in the context of destination promotion. In the exploration of cultural uniqueness, the findings show that local mythology, oral traditions and community values play an important role in shaping Timor Leste's cultural identity. The analysis of factors influencing destination promotion involved an evaluation of marketing, tourism infrastructure, media, technology and sustainability aspects. The results of this study provide an in-depth insight into Timor Leste's local wisdom and tourism potential. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for the development of more effective promotional strategies, integrating cultural uniqueness in stories and narratives as a foundation for increasing the attractiveness of this tourism destination in the eyes of global travelers

The population in this study is the entire class XI of Medan Adventist Private High School as many as 30 people because the population is small, namely only 30 people, the entire population becomes the research sample, namely 30 people with sampling techniques. The data collection instrument for variable X is a questionnaire consisting of 20 items. With 4 options that were first tested to determine the validity and reliability while the instrument for variable Y Documentation is in the form of a list of student grades (DKN) at the school. The results of the analysis requirements for the normality test of the Role of PAK Teachers' data are distributed normally with the calculation results obtained as X2 count . < X 2 table (22.33 < 43.77) and the PAK learning outcomes are normally distributed with the calculation results obtained being X 2 count < X 2 table (18.85 < 43.77). The results of the linearity test of the data on the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x, which is linear. The results of the correlation test obtained r count of 0.453 consulted with the critical price r at a significance level of 5% with the number of respondents being 30 people, the r table was obtained of 0.361, because the calculated r > r table (0.453 > 0.361) this shows that there is an influence of the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation of Class XI students of Medan Adventist Private High School in the 2022/2023 academic year. Furthermore, to test the significance of the correlation, a statistical test formula (t-test) was used, obtaining a calculated t of 3.41. A qualitative research method employing in-depth interviews was used to explore students' and teachers' perceptions regarding these issues.
The findings reveal that many students feel insecure and embarrassed when using English, mainly due to their different accents and negative perceptions of their surroundings. However, teacher support and an inclusive classroom atmosphere can alleviate these barriers and enhance students' motivation to learn English. These findings underscore the importance of teaching approaches that accommodate student diversity and build their confidence in using a foreign language.

Buddhist Religious Education teachers have a strategic role in shaping the character and behavior of students through the internalization of Buddhist Pancasila values, which are expected to prevent potential delinquency and foster students who are morally and spiritually grounded. This study aims to analyze the roles, effectiveness, and strategies employed by Nalanda students in instilling Buddhist Pancasila values in elementary schools as a preventive effort against juvenile delinquency. This research applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The study was conducted at Mutiara 17 August Elementary School, Edelweiss School, and Bina Pelita Bangsa Elementary School. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving Nalanda students, principals, and homeroom teachers in five elementary schools. The data analysis technique employed was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results reveal that Nalanda students act as value educators by instilling principles such as loving-kindness (mettā), responsibility, discipline, and respect for parents and teachers. The strategies used include role modeling, habituation in Buddhist spiritual practices, integration of values in learning, and personal approaches to students. The effectiveness of these roles is reflected in students' behavioral changes, such as becoming more orderly, polite, and the declining incidence of violations and social conflicts. The role of Nalanda students as Buddhist Religious Education teachers has proven to contribute significantly to the prevention of juvenile delinquency through character education based on Buddhist Pancasila values.

Hal itu dikarenakan kurangnya skill yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa tidak memenuhi kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan sehingga terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara link and match. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penulis memberikan inovasi pembuatan aplikasi ERIN (Engineering Ready Industry). Aplikasi ini merupakan digitalisasi platform yang dirancang berbasis artificial intellegence. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah campuran dengan kuantitatif melalui survey pengisian angket dan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Hasil dari survey uji kepuasan didapat nilai 87,2% dari aspek kinerja dan 85,6% dari aspek manfaat. Diharapkan gagasan inovasi ini dapat memberikan bekal dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk meraih kesuksesan karir bagi mahasiswa, alumni, dan industri, tidak hanya di UNY melainkan di universitas lain juga.
Education plays an important role in shaping the quality of human resources in the digitalization era. The challenge in the digitalization era is how to increase student learning motivation with digital learning solutions through technology. The Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, needs a way to improve and prepare student competencies related to the skills needed in the world of work. This is because the lack of skills possessed by students does not meet the required qualifications so that there is a mismatch between link and match. To overcome this, the author provides an innovation in creating the ERIN (Engineering Ready Industry) application. This application is a digitalization platform designed based on artificial intelligence. The research method used is a mixture of quantitative through a questionnaire survey and qualitative descriptive with literature studies. The results of the satisfaction test survey obtained a value of 87.2% from the performance aspect and 85.6% from the benefit aspect. It is hoped that this innovation idea can provide provisions in preparing themselves to achieve career success for students, alumni, and industry, not only at UNY but also at other universities.
