active services and make work easier for the public, both in information services and documentation services, such as monitoring applications. In line with the problems that exist in PT. SIBATEL, where in the previous update monitoring process work in the field to report to their superiors was considered to be inefficient. The purpose of this research is to design an application system for site and generator maintenance update monitoring that is useful at PT. SIBATEL. In designing this system application, it is hoped that it can be completed quickly and properly according to needs by using Scrum or the Agile Scrum framework. The results of this application development are considered effective and efficient in terms of time and are structured in carrying out the features needed by going through the stages: Product Backlog, Sprint Planning Meeting, Sprint Backlog, Daily Stand Up Meeting, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, with Focus factors which are used by 0.8 or 80% with a different sprint length in each sprint. So the selection of the scrum method in the development of site and generator maintenance update monitoring applications at PT. SIBATEL is considered quite good and useful.

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi saat ini sudah berkembang maju dan perkembangannya dapat digunakan dalam pengolahan, penyebaran, dan penyajian informasi yang baik. Sistem aplikasi hingga saat ini telah mampu memberikan layanan yang menarik dan meringankan pekerjaan kepada khalayak publik, baik dalam layanan informasi maupun dalam layanan dokumentasi, seperti halnya aplikasi monitoring. Sejalan dengan masalah yang ada pada PT. SIBATEL, dimana pada proses update monitoring sebelumnya pemantauan pekerjaan dilapangan untuk melaporkan ke atasannya dinilai kurang efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem aplikasi monitoring update maintenance site dan genset yang berguna pada PT. SIBATEL. Dalam perancangan aplikasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan baik sesuai kebutuhan dengan menggunakan scrum atau kerangka kerja Agile Scrum. Hasil dari pengembangan aplikasi ini dinilai efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu serta terstruktur dalam pengerjaan fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan dengan melalui tahapan : Product Backlog, Sprint Planning Meeting, Sprint Backlog, Daily Stand Up Meeting, Sprint Review, dan Sprint Retrospective, dengan Focus factor yang digunakan sebesar 0,8 atau 80% dengan panjang sprint yang berbeda pada tiap-tiap sprint. RAPP) is a company engaged in the supply of pulp raw materials on an international scale and marketing at a global level but currently still uses the manual method to determine employee performance where the assessment is carried out indirectly, namely through the supervisor concerned. with each of his subordinates so that there is the possibility of inaccurate results due to doubts in providing non-objective judgments. From the results of the assessment to get the best employees, it becomes less targeted, a decision support system is needed with several methods, including the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods in order to get more precise results so that the assessment can be right on target and not detrimental to the employees being assessed.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi semakin berkembang dalam segala aspek kehidupan yang pada penerapannya dapat mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sering menemui masalah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Masalah yang muncul dapat berskala besar atau kecil yang sangat berpengaruh dalam hasil keputusan. Sekarang ini manusia mulai mengembangkan sistem yang dapat membantu menentukan alternatif terbaik dalam suatu permasalahan, yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK). PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (PT. RAPP) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri penyediaan bahan baku pulp berskala internasional dan pemasaran di tingkat global namun saat ini masih menggunakan dengan metode manual untuk menentukan kinerja karyawan dimana penilaian dilakukan secara tidak langsung yakni melalui atasan yang bersangkutan dengan masing-masing bawahannya sehingga adanya kemungkinan hasil yang tidak akurat akibat keraguan dalam memberikan penilaian yang tidak objektif. Dari hasil penilaian tersebut untuk mendapatkan karyawan terbaik pun menjadi kurang tepat sasaran maka dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan beberapa metode, diantaranya metode Simple Multi – Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) supaya mendapatkan hasil yang lebih tepat sehingga penilaian dapat tepat sasaran dan tidak merugikan terhadap karyawan yang dinilai.

Abstrak: Upaya kesehatan masyarakat tingkat pertama dilaksanakan kepada masyarakat esensial dan upaya pengembangan kesehatan masyarakat. Upaya kesehatan esensial diantaranya meliputi pelayanan promosi kesehatan, kesehatan lingkungan, kesehatan ibu, anak dan keluarga berencana, gizi serta pencegahan penyakit. Fenomena yang diperoleh pada saat peneliti melakukan survey asuhan keperawatan pada keluarga resiko tinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, diperoleh satu keluarga dengan masalah kesehatan hipertensi. Keterangan yang diperoleh dari pembimbing puskesmas mengatakan bahwa kasus hipertensi di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga tergolong banyak. Hampir setiap bulan terjadi kasus baru hipertensi. Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2019 hipertensi menempati urutan pertama pada 10 besar penyakit di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga dengan jumlah penderita baru dan lama mencapai 1239. Berdasarkan data tersebut peneliti ingin melakukan peramalan (forecasting) menggunakan analisa Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) pada angka kejadian hipertensi berdasarkan data jumlah kejadian hipertensi pada tahun sebelumnya di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, dengan terlebih dahulu mengidentifikasi pola penyakit hipertensi yang ada di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga untuk kemudian dilakukan peramalan jumlah kejadian hipertensi di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga.

The problem that arises from using the manual method is that a student can sign the attendance of other students, requires supervision, and burdens the administration in managing attendance data. Therefore, this study proposes the design and implementation of a student attendance application using the X100-C fingerprint machine. The application made is presented in the form of a web-based application. Through the attendance application, admin work is helped and minimizes fraud that arises from recording attendance manually using paper.

Abstrak: Kehadiran mahasiswa menjadi salah satu hal penting dalam kegiatan perkuliahan. Data kehadiran mahasiswa dapat digunakan sebagai indikator kedisiplinan mahasiswa serta sebagai penentu kelayakan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti ujian. Pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa di Universitas Universal hingga kini masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menandatangani dokumen daftar hadir. Permasalahan yang timbul dari penggunaan cara manual tersebut adalah seorang mahasiswa dapat menandatangai kehadiran mahasiswa lain, membutuhkan pengawasan, dan membebani pihak administrasi dalam mengurus pendataan kehadiran. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini mengajukan rancangan serta implementasi sebuah aplikasi kehadiran mahasiswa menggunakan mesin fingerprint X100-C. Aplikasi yang dibuat disajikan dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web. Melalui aplikasi kehadiran tersebut, pekerjaan admin menjadi terbantu dan meminimalkan kecurangan yang muncul dari pencatatan kehadiran secara manual menggunakan kertas.

limited, particularly in optimizing the potential of local plants available around students. This community service activity aims to implement the ecoprint pounding technique with students at Alam Leuser Middle School. The approach used included counseling, simulation, training, and evaluation. The counseling provided basic knowledge of the ecoprint method. The results showed that participants successfully implemented the pounding technique using local leaves and plants. The resulting ecoprints have the potential to become superior products. Local plants that produce the sharpest patterns include Centrosema pubescens, Carica papaya leaves, Ricinus communis L., Cosmos sulphureus, and Pinus. However, further training and intensive mentoring are still needed to improve product quality. This activity is expected to increase students' creativity in using environmental resources as learning tools. This activity introduces simple and easily marketable creative economic ideas. In addition, this activity raises students' awareness of the use of natural materials in textile arts, thereby supporting environmental conservation.

Abstrak: Ecoprint merupakan teknik pewarnaan kain ramah lingkungan yang memanfaatkan pigmen alami dari tumbuhan. Namun, pemanfaatan teknik ini sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan di sekolah masih terbatas, khususnya dalam mengoptimalkan potensi tumbuhan lokal yang tersedia di sekitar peserta didik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknik menumbuk ecoprint dengan siswa di SMP Alam Leuser. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, simulasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Penyuluhan memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang metode ecoprint. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil melakukan teknik menumbuk menggunakan daun dan tumbuhan lokal. Ecoprint yang dihasilkan berpotensi menjadi produk unggulan. Tumbuhan lokal yang menghasilkan pola paling tajam antara lain Centrosema pubescens, daun Carica papaya, Ricinus communis L, Cosmos sulphureus dan Pinus. Namun, pelatihan lebih lanjut dan pendampingan intensif masih diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam menggunakan sumber daya lingkungan sebagai alat pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini memperkenalkan ide-ide ekonomi kreatif yang sederhana dan mudah dipasarkan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang penggunaan bahan alami dalam seni tekstil, sehingga mendukung konservasi lingkungan.

Lecturers in the Agricultural Technology Department, Politeknik Negeri Lampung, conducted outreach and training on the handling and processing of fisheries and livestock products to broaden the horizons of agricultural representatives in South Lampung Regency. The program included outreach and training on the importance of animal protein, selecting high-quality, fresh ingredients, and implementing hygiene principles in the production process. Participants also learned skills in meatball making, packaging, and proper storage. This program is expected to enhance the community's thinking skills, creativity, and skills, increase animal protein consumption, and boost community income by processing local food sources into superior products that are characteristic of South Lampung Regency.

Abstrak: Sektor perikanan dan peternakan di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan merupakan salah satu kontributor utama bagi ekonomi lokal. Namun faktanya, melimpahnya sumber daya tersebut tidak menjadikan asupan protein hewani masyarakat sekitarnya tercukupi dengan baik. Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengonsumsi protein hewani, terbatasnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pengolahan dan nilai tambah, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan sumber pangan lokal di Lampung Selatan menyebabkan sampai saat ini kebanyakan hasil perikanan dan peternakan masih dijual dalam bentuk segar. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai penanganan hingga pengolahan hasil perikanan dan peternakan dilakukan oleh Dosen Jurusan Teknologi Pertanian, Politeknik Negeri Lampung, untuk membuka wawasan bagi perwakilan usaha tani di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan terdiri dari tahap sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang pentingnya protein hewani, pemilihan bahan baku yang baik dan segar, serta proses produksi yang menerapkan prinsip higienitas. Peserta juga mendapatkan keterampilan membuat bakso, proses pengemasan, dan penyimpanan yang baik. Melalui program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir, kreativitas dan keterampilan masyarakat, meningkatkan angka konsumsi protein hewani, dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pengolahan sumber pangan lokal menjadi produk unggulan dan ciri khas Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.

nd of the activity is the limited understanding and skills of teachers in utilizing AI applications (e.g., ImageFX, Canva AI, and ChatGPT) to create interesting, interactive, and student-specific learning media. The implementation method includes three stages: preparation (interviews & needs observations), implementation (face-to-face workshops, demonstrations, and supervised independent practice), and evaluation (pre-post surveys and work assessments). This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test conducted at the beginning and end of the training, from 31% pre-test to 88% post-test showing a significant difference. The results of this training showed a 57% increase in teachers' practical understanding, the development of AI-based teaching media in core subjects, and plans for sustainable adoption in the classroom. This activity contributes to improving educators' ICT competencies and encouraging the integration of modern technology in elementary schools.

Abstrak: Pengabdian ini mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) bagi guru sekolah dasar di UPTD SDN 010106 Sei Silau Barat, Setia Janji. Latar belakang kegiatan adalah masih terbatasnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi AI (misalnya ImageFX, Canva AI, dan ChatGPT) untuk membuat media ajar yang menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai karakteristik siswa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahap: persiapan (wawancara & observasi kebutuhan), pelaksanaan (workshop tatap muka, demo, dan praktik mandiri tersupervisi), serta evaluasi (pre–post survey dan penilaian karya). Hal ini dapat diliat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan di awal dan di akhir pelatihan, dari 31% pre-test ke angka 88% post-test menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 57% pada pemahaman praktis guru, penyusunan media ajar berbasis AI pada mata pelajaran inti, serta rencana adopsi berkelanjutan di kelas. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kompetensi TIK pendidik dan mendorong integrasi teknologi modern di sekolah dasar.

ring of hypertension can be done through community health centers or the posyandu program. participants providing community service are characterized by staff who supervise people with hypertension, the most common disease. this service is carried out through active lectures and discussions with participants. the activities show that cadres already know about hypertension and know how to prevent complications and how cadres regularly measure blood pressure independently. therefore, there is a need for creative health promotion initiatives and targeting the right people/groups so that better changes can be made in the future.

It is hoped that the literacy movement that has been implemented in schools can help students improve their literacy skills. However, on the contrary, this movement has not been carried out optimally so that literacy skills are still low. Students' literacy skills are low because students' interest in reading is also low. Therefore, teachers in this case should have creativity in accompanying the implementation of school literacy movement activities. One way to increase students' reading comprehension is by implementing a reading challenge method. In this method, students will be invited to go to the reading corner or library to read books they like. The teacher here supervises or monitors students who are reading. Then, 15 minutes before the lesson starts, students report to the teacher the books they have read. For students who read the most, for example in one month, that student is given a reward. Through this activity, it is hoped that students at the school will be able to increase their interest in reading.
