Ramadin, Ramadin
Abstract: The development of investment is one indicator of the progress of economic growth in Indonesia, where investments made properly can support the improvement of the welfare of the Indonesian people. The challenge of implementing… enting investment in Indonesia today, one of which is the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia. The investment performance of a region can be reflected in the Capital Output Ratio (COR) and Incremental Output Ratio (ICOR). The development of the availability of investment in an area can be measured from the Capital Output Ratio (COR) which is the ratio between realized investment and the income of a region or GRDP. Meanwhile, the amount of investment capacity of a region in increasing any increase in regional income can be measured from the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR). If you look at the development of ICOR in Pekanbaru City, it has fluctuated, in 2016 it rose to 15.62 then in 2017 it decreased to 14.27, then in 2018 it became 15.57 and in 2019 it increased to 13.27 and in 2020 it decreased to -17.33 this is influenced by the Covid 19 Pandemic factor which causes all business sectors to slow down, in 2021 with a value of 15.87. Haydir, Haydir, Eva Delpia, Villa, Sakti, Putra, Safitri Maladeni, Eva
Abstract: The territory of Indonesia is a high level of earthquake risk among several earthquake areas around the world. One way to reduce the occurrence of potential damage to building construction is to utilize waste and metal as… s added material from coarse and fine aggregate to the flexural strength of beams that have equivalent flexural strength. The equivalent flexural strength value tends to increase with the addition of metal fibers. This study aims to determine the effect of adding metal fibers to the flexural strength of the beam and the pattern of cracks and collapse mechanisms that occur in the beam when the object is tested. This research is a type of quantitative research with physical laboratory experimental methods. The data collection method used is a preliminary study, The selection of the type of aggregate and metal fiber and secondary data were then carried out laboratory tests for the gradation of fine aggregate and coarse aggregate. The data analysis technique is linear regression analysis in the Ms. program. Excell to determine the effect of metal fibers as additives on the flexural strength of the mixing of coarse and fine aggregates.

Abstract: This research uses Pre-Experimental Design without control group with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study was conducted in March 2021 in two districts that were confirmed to be inhabited by COVID-19 positive residents… idents (Johan Pahlawan District and Meureubo District), West Aceh, Indonesia. Statistical analysis used: Hand-washing is one way to prevent COVID-19 transmission. This is essential because in this global pandemic, every community has the opportunity to catch COVID 19. The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of WASH educational collaboration on farmers as an attempt to COVID-19 prevention. The population in the study is all farmers who live in these mentioned districts. There were 37 farmers in total. The sampling method used total sampling, namely 37 farmers who live in the areas that are confirmed to have positive patients of COVID 19. Data were analyzed using Univariate, Bivariate (Dependent T-test) and Multivariate with using logistic regression. The result shows that there is a significant influence between the collaboration of WASH Education on farmers as an effort to prevent COVID-19 with a statistical test value of P-Value <0.05. Collaboration on WASH education for farmers is very influential in preventing COVID-19. It is hoped that cross-sectoral involvement and roles can be maintained so that COVID 19 prevention behavior through WASH can continue to be applied. Educative collaboration of WASH impacts on the behaviour alteration toward farmers who live in the area confirmed to be infected by COVID 19.

Transformasi Kompetensi Guru PAI Dalam Era Kurikulum Merdeka Ke Kurikulum KBC

Amelia, Jasiah
Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam era Kurikulum Merdeka menuju Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta (KBC). This study aims to analyze the transformation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers’ competencies in the era of the Merdeka Curriculum toward the Love-Based Curriculum (Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta/KBC). The shift in the educational paradigm requires teachers not only to possess pedagogical and professional competencies, but also to be capable of integrating character values, empathy, and compassion into the learning process. The Love-Based Curriculum (KBC) emerges as an approach that emphasizes the affective and humanistic dimensions of education, which has been introduced through various socialization programs of religious education policies in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. The data were obtained from books, scientific journals, and relevant policy documents, and were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings reveal that the transformation of PAI teachers’ competencies includes the strengthening of value-based pedagogical competence, empathetic social competence, and personality competence grounded in moral values (akhlak). In addition, teachers are required to integrate the Merdeka Curriculum approach with the values of KBC in order to create meaningful learning experiences oriented toward the holistic character development of students. Therefore, the implementation of the Love-Based Curriculum becomes a strategic step in strengthening the role of PAI teachers as educators who not only transfer knowledge, but also shape the character and personality of students holistically.
