e comfort and energy efficiency. However, cost, integration complexity, and security issues remain. This study will simulate an IoT-based smart home system to analyse and evaluate device performance before real-world implementation. The simulation method involves testing connectivity and evaluating delay and packet loss using the ping method on each device. Results show the highest delay on CCTV devices at 41.8 ms and the lowest on motion detector 2 at 32.8 ms, with 0% packet loss. According to TIPHON standards, the network is rated excellent with an index of 4. The designed smart home system demonstrates optimal performance and is feasible for implementation but requires further development in configuration using AI and machine learning technologies.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam kehidupan, terutama dalam pengembangan rumah pintar (smart home) yang lebih efisien dan aman. Smart home mengintegrasikan berbagai perangkat elektronik untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan efisiensi energi. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti biaya, kompleksitas integrasi, dan isu keamanan masih ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensimulasikan sistem smart home berbasis IoT guna menganalisis dan mengevaluasi kinerja perangkat sebelum implementasi nyata. Metode simulasi yang digunakan melibatkan pengujian konektivitas dan evaluasi delay serta packet loss dengan metode ping pada setiap perangkat. Hasil menunjukkan delay tertinggi pada perangkat CCTV sebesar 41.8 ms dan terendah pada motion detector 2 sebesar 32.8 ms, dengan packet loss 0%. Berdasarkan standar TIPHON, jaringan dinilai sangat baik dengan indeks 4. Sistem smart home yang dirancang menunjukkan kinerja optimal dan layak diimplementasikan, namun masih memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam konfigurasi menggunakan teknologi AI dan machine learning.

difficult to analyze the edges. This study presents a comparison of the results using sobel and canny edge detection methods on batik kawung images both from peak signal-to-noise reatio and from mean squared error. The results showed that canny edge detection was better than sobel method. This can be seen from the results of PSNR and MSE that is 100%. This analysis is determined by considering factors such as the accuracy of edge detection, sensitivity to noise, and the ability to handle the complexity of batik drawing patterns. The results of this study provide a detailed description of the advantages and disadvantages of each method in the image of batik kawung. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study can provide valuable guidance for choosing the optimal edge detection method in image analysis of batik kawung and others.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dan membandingkan kinerja dua metode deteksi tepi metode Sobel dan metode Canny pada citra batik. Gambar batik mempunyai ciri-ciri yang unik dan pola yang kompleks, sehingga menyulitkan analisis tepian. Penelitian ini menyajikan perbandingan hasil menggunakan metode deteksi tepi sobel dan canny pada citra batik kawung baik dari peak signal-to-noise reatio maupun dari mean squared error. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa deteksi tepi canny lebih baik dibandingkan dari metode sobel. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil PSNR dan MSE yang dihasilkan yaitu 100%. Analisis ini ditentukan dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti keakuratan deteksi tepi, kepekaan terhadap noise, dan kemampuan menangani kompleksitas pola gambar batik. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran secara detail mengenai kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing metode pada citra batik kawung. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan berharga untuk memilih metode deteksi tepi yang optimal dalam analisis citra batik kawung dan yang lainnya.

There were several complaints that were felt by users, namely that there was information on the option selection feature in the moving certificate service which was difficult to understand and when resetting an account they were required to come directly to the Kediri Regency Dispendukcapil office. Despite these problems, people still use SAHAJA ONLINE in submitting population documents. With the conditions in the field, it certainly affects the acceptance of SAHAJA ONLINE. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors affect the acceptance of the SAHAJA ONLINE application at the Kediri Regency Civil and Civil Registration Office using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The sample in this study were 365 SAHAJA ONLINE users. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.3.9. Based on the research results of the 10 hypotheses proposed, there are 9 accepted hypotheses. So that Information Quality, Complexity, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, and Actual Usage are acceptance factors of SAHAJA ONLINE.

Abstrak: Salah satu contoh penerapan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan publik yaitu penggunaan SAHAJA ONLINE. SAHAJA ONLINE adalah aplikasi berbasis mobile yang fungsinya untuk kebutuhan layanan dokumen kependudukan Kabupaten Kediri dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengurus dokumen kependudukan dan mengurai antrian di kantor Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri. Ditemukan beberapa keluhan yang dirasakan oleh para pengguna yaitu terdapat informasi pada fitur pemilihan opsi dalam layanan surat keterangan pindah yang sulit dimengerti dan saat melakukan reset akun yang diharuskan datang langsung ke kantor Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri. Meskipun terdapat permasalahan tersebut, masyarakat masih tetap menggunakan SAHAJA ONLINE dalam melakukan pengajuan dokumen kependudukan. Dengan adanya kondisi dilapangan tersebut tentunya berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan SAHAJA ONLINE. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi SAHAJA ONLINE Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Based on this, it is necessary to use technology, namely the design of a decision support system in determining exemplary employees by applying the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. Abstrak: PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa saat ini merupakan satu-satunya Badan Usaha Milik Daerah yang ada di kabupaten Asahan, hal ini menuntut PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa untuk terus melakukan pembenahan guna mewujudkan pelayanan yang optimal kepada pelanggan. Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan tentunya erat kaitannya dengan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan sehingga dapat dilihat kekuatan, kelemahan, dan potensi kesenjangan manajerial dalam organisasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa adalah kurangnya motivasi yang dialami oleh pegawai. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai adalah dengan memilih role model/pegawai teladan yang nantinya akan menjadi contoh bagi pegawai lainnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu digunakan teknologi yaitu perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pegawai teladan dengan menerapkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). The objective is to critically examine the adequacy and application of legal safeguards provided to individuals who cooperate with law enforcement while implicated in serious crimes. Employing normative legal research methods and a statutory and case approach, the paper reveals discrepancies in the implementation of protections for justice collaborators. While the Indonesian Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) offers procedural protections, this analysis identifies significant gaps in enforcement, judicial interpretation, and institutional coordination. The findings underscore a need for stronger legislative frameworks and consistent judicial standards to uphold the rights and safety of justice collaborators. The implications extend to criminal law reform and the balancing of retributive justice with restorative mechanisms. However, the Internal Stakeholder Satisfaction Index for assurance services in the Construction, Generation, and New Renewable Energy Audit Division (AKP) fell short of its targets in 2023 and 2024. This study aims to analyze the impact of audit service quality—comprising tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy—on auditee satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM and Importance–Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), data were collected from AKP Division auditees in 2024. The results show that all dimensions of audit service quality positively and significantly influence satisfaction, with responsiveness and empathy being the most dominant factors. The findings offer practical insights for SPI PLN in prioritizing service improvements based on user perceptions and provide theoretical support for the SERVQUAL model as a key psychological mechanism in fostering satisfaction within trust-based professional services

The research methodology is based on vegetation analysis and the calculation of biodiversity indices, with data collection encompassing measurements of tree characteristics and species identification.The results indicate the presence of 17 tree species with a total of 154 individuals, where Candlenut (Aleurites molucana) and Sugar Palm (Arenga pinnata) dominate with proportions of 22.73% and 20.13%, respectively. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index yielded a moderate value (H' = 2.311) with a high evenness level (E = 0.816), indicating a high ecosystem stability.The findings suggest that the agroforestry system in Dulamayo plays a crucial role in supporting biodiversity and the resilience of ecosystems to climate change through its complex and diverse vegetation structure.

The analysis was conducted by exploring various concepts regarding the types of treasurers, their duties and authorities, and the challenges faced in the process of preparing regional financial accountability reports. The results of the study indicate that there are three types of regional government treasurers, namely expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers, and goods treasurers, each of which has its own duties and roles in managing regional finances. The treasurer's duties include recording, reporting, and accountability for budget use, with great authority in managing regional funds. However, significant challenges are faced in the administration process , such as the complexity of the accounting system and limited competent human resources. In conclusion, to improve the quality of regional financial reports, improvements are needed in the financial information system, increased treasurer competence, and better coordination between treasurers and related agencies.
