Jesus Christ, this study examines explore how communication can realize implementation principles such as selfless love, service focused on the interests of others, and obedience to divine will become the primary pillars in guiding, inspiring, and managing team members towards achieving common goals. A literature analysis method is employed to explore the concepts of leadership and team collaboration in the context of church service. The research findings emphasize the importance of effective communication, deep understanding of individuals within the team, and productive collaboration as the main foundation in strengthening cohesion among service departments. By prioritizing clear communication, empathetic understanding of team member’s needs, and building solid working relationships, leaders can create an environment that supports spiritual growth and unity in church service. In conclusion, leaders and team members can synergistically and effectively align their efforts to achieve the church’s vision and mission through leadership practices centered on love, effective communication, and solid team collaboration.

The research problem focuses on how visual elements are constructed as an effective persuasive communication strategy to capture attention, evoke emotions, and influence audience perceptions and interests through the peripheral route based on the Elaboration Likelihood Model framework. The study employs a qualitative approach using content analysis of 11 Instagram posts from @colorrunfestivalid selected through purposive sampling, supported by observation and interviews. The findings indicate that visual dominance reaches 82%, characterized by the use of bright colors, expressions of happiness, and interactive activities that effectively generate emotional appeal and rapid audience engagement. Most audiences pay greater attention to visuals than to text and demonstrate a willingness to participate after viewing the experiential representations presented. The psychological effect of fear of missing out further reinforces this response. The persuasion process is found to occur predominantly through the peripheral route, marked by low cognitive elaboration and a high reliance on visual cues. The study concludes that visuals function as the primary determinant of effective digital persuasive communication, as they simultaneously construct meaning, emotion, and experiential expectations. The novelty of this research lies in affirming visuals as the core of digital persuasion strategies through the integration of emotional, social, and psychological dimensions, while also reinforcing the dominance of the peripheral route as a key mechanism in contemporary media consumption.

ovince; however, the strong public interest in working abroad is often not accompanied by adequate understanding of safe migration procedures, protection mechanisms, and the rights and obligations of migrant workers. This condition has led to serious problems, including the increasing number of non-procedural migrant workers, deportation cases, and vulnerability to human trafficking crimes, indicating an information and communication gap between migrant worker protection institutions and prospective migrant workers. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented by the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center of East Nusa Tenggara Province in enhancing public awareness of migrant workers’ rights. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed to provide an in-depth portrayal of the communication practices carried out by the institution, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation of socialization activities, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, while the conceptual analytical framework was based on the Shannon–Weaver Two-Way Communication Model to assess message delivery effectiveness, communication channels, message recipients, and feedback mechanisms. The findings indicate that the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center of East Nusa Tenggara Province has implemented various communication strategies, including direct community outreach, pre-departure orientation, the use of visual and audio media, and cross-sector collaboration with local governments and community leaders. Although these strategies contribute to increasing public knowledge regarding migration procedures and migrant workers’ rights, their effectiveness remains constrained by low literacy levels, challenging geographical conditions, and weak feedback mechanisms from target communities. The study concludes that strengthening dialogic and participatory communication, simplifying messages to improve comprehensibility, and adapting communication media to local cultural contexts are essential for improving migrant worker protection. The novelty of this study lies in integrating a two-way communication model with the socio-cultural context of East Nusa Tenggara as a basis for formulating more contextual, adaptive, and community-empowering communication strategies for migrant worker protection.

Harold Lasswell described communication as a process that can be explained through the following questions: “who says what in which channel to whom with what effect?” This question highlights the complexity of communication within an organization, which is also relevant for study in organizations such as the Student Representative Council of Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya, especially in the context of significant changes that are taking place. This study aims to understand the dynamics of communication in the cadre training process between the management and members of the organization. The primary focus of the research is to explore how communication occurs between the management and members during cadre training activities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, along with data collection techniques involving interviews and documentation. To ensure data validity, the researcher employs triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The findings of the study show that communication in the cadre training process is divided into two categories: internal and external communication. Internal communication involves interactions between the management and members within the organization, with freedom in conveying information between leaders, managers, and members. Meanwhile, external communication focuses on the relationship between the organization and other institutions, to convey aspirations in accordance with its tasks and authority. Additionally, the cadre system in this organization combines both formal and informal training, although there are differences in how each faculty representative conducts cadre training. Overall, this organization is able to implement a more optimal cadre system, especially in preparing the core management.

to get healing instructions. This research aims to uncover the ritual communication contained in Balian Bawo, which is communication between ancestors and the Balian Bawo. Researchers used hermeneutical phenomenology methodology by taking 6 people as sources. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that Balian Bawo ritual communication is seen in three ways, namely 1. Communication is with communicators, namely Balian and ancestors as communicants to convey messages about healing instructions through the intermediary of sowing rice which then includes dance and the sounds of bracelets as a connecting frequency amplifier; 2. Communion in the Balian Bawo Ritual in traditional medicine occurs not because of periodic activities every year, but is present when people need treatment; and 3. Common means that the local community can help the family prepare for the Balian Bawo Ritual activities and the Balian Bawo ritual procession can be followed by the local community as long as they comply with the existing regulations during the activity procession which is a form of community awareness of the existence of the Balian Bawo healing ritual.

Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, hambatan penerapan pola komunikasi kelompok pengasuh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Adapun jenis metode penelitian skripsi ini dengan menggunakan kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sebuah informasi secara detail sesuai dengan kenyataan yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data di peroleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan data model Miles dan Hermawan yang meliputi pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi (conclusion drawing/verification). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal lebih dominan negatif. (2) Pola komunikasi kelompok pengasuh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal yaitu pola komunikasi model lingkaran, model roda, model y, model rantai dan model bintang. Dari beberapa pola komunikasi kelompok tersebut, yang paling efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak yaitu dengan menggunakan pola komunikasi kelompok model roda dan model bintang. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mengenai manajemen konflik penting diberikan agar konflik tidak hanya dipandang sebagai masalah yang harus dihindari, tetapi sebagai situasi yang perlu dikelola secara bijak dan konstruktif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru dan pegawai mengenai manajemen konflik melalui seminar psikoedukasi. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 19 peserta dari berbagai tingkatan jabatan di lingkungan sekolah. Materi yang diberikan mencakup faktor penyebab konflik, dampak konflik dalam organisasi, serta strategi manajemen konflik yang meliputi menghindari, mengakomodasi, mengkompromikan, berkompetisi, dan mengkolaborasikan. Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seminar psikoedukasi memberikan manfaat bagi peserta, terutama dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya mengelola perbedaan dan memilih strategi penyelesaian konflik yang sesuai dengan situasi. Dengan demikian, psikoedukasi melalui seminar dapat menjadi salah satu upaya untuk membantu guru dan pegawai mengembangkan keterampilan dasar dalam mengelola konflik di lingkungan pendidikan.

X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh indikator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan Bosowa Transportation mengenai komunikasi lintas generasi melalui psikoedukasi non-training berbasis infografis. Metode yang digunakan diawali dengan need assessment melalui kuesioner dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi karyawan. Intervensi diberikan dalam bentuk poster infografis bertema “Connect Beyond Age: Cara Berkomunikasi Lintas Generasi”, yang dilaksanakan di unit bisnis Oto Klinik, Oto Rental, dan Taksi Bosowa. Untuk mengukur efektivitas intervensi, dilakukan pre-test dan post-test menggunakan pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi, sebagian besar karyawan belum memahami konsep komunikasi lintas generasi secara menyeluruh. Setelah diberikan intervensi berupa psikoedukasi non training, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman karyawan terkait perbedaan gaya komunikasi antar generasi, hambatan yang sering muncul, serta strategi komunikasi efektif yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan kerja. Dengan demikian, psikoedukasi berbasis infografis terbukti efektif sebagai media edukatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi lintas generasi dan mendukung terciptanya interaksi kerja yang lebih harmonis di Bosowa Transportation.
