Abstrak: Desa Hessa Perlompongan adalah salah satu Desa Sadar Hukum dengan kriteria tertentu, termasuk pembayaran pajak bumi dan bangunan yang teratur, tingkat kriminalitas yang rendah, dan tingkat penggunaan narkoba yang rendah. Selain itu, Desa Hessa Perlompongan adalah wilayah perdesaan dengan tipologi masyarakat desa pertanian dan desa industri. Karena besarnya potensi Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) Hessa Perlompongan, diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang memiliki kemampuan Literacy SMART People di era modern dan memiliki daya saing yang tinggi dalam menghadapi industri 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kualitatif atau metode penelitian yang lebih menekankan analisis atau deskriptif. Masalah pendidikan di Desa Hessa Perlompongan sangat rendah karena masyarakat lebih cenderung memilih bekerja dan menikah dini daripada melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pelaksana PPKO HMPS Pend. Matematika UNA 2024 adalah membuat konsep program Literacy SMART People (LSP). Dalam pembahasan ini dapat disimpulkan Tujuan dari Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Hessa Perlompongan adalah untuk Mewujudkan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Pendidikan Desa Berkualitas melalui Program LSP dari PPKO HMPS Pend. As a solution to this problem, the service team is committed to providing community service related to assisting in the design of teaching factory product social media advertisements for the target audience. There were 34 participants in this service activity consisting of students and accompanying teachers. The results of the service activities show that overall the activities ran successfully and smoothly. The evaluation results show that there has been an increase in the target audience's understanding of product design for social media advertising. Increased understanding can be seen from the ability to design product advertisements for social media posts by considering color composition, image quality, font size, typeface, and graphic design layout of social media advertisements. The success of implementing this service activity can also be reflected in the increase in sales turnover of teaching factory products.

Strategi pemasaran produk pada era bisnis berbasis digital perlu memanfaatkan platform media sosial dengan optimal. Analisis situasi menunjukkan bahwa khalayak sasaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat belum mampu melakukan desain iklan produk teaching factory pada media sosial. Sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdi berkomitmen untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait pendampingan desain iklan media sosial produk teaching factory bagi khalayak sasaran. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini sebanyak 34 orang yang terdiri atas siswa dan guru pendamping. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kegiatan berjalan sukses dan lancar. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman khalayak sasaran tentang desain produk untuk iklan media sosial. Peningkatan pemahaman terlihat dari kemampuan mendesain iklan produk untuk postingan media sosial dengan mempertimbangkan komposisi warna, kualitas gambar, ukuran huruf, jenis huruf, dan tata letak desain grafis iklan media sosial. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini juga dapat tercermin dari adanya peningkatan omzet penjualan produk teaching factory.

The research involved students as test subjects who were assessed through an evaluation questionnaire on various aspects of the characteristics of independent learning. The results of the analysis show that the Fingermathic method can increase students' learning initiative and self-confidence, although more attention is still needed on the aspects of setting targets, overcoming difficulties, and evaluating learning outcomes. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for further development in designing learning strategies that support the formation of students' independent learning character at the elementary school level.

r that reason, this community service activity highlighted the impact of TOEFL preparation class on the non EFL learners’ achievement. One class was used as the sample of this activity in which it consisted of twenty students coming from different major in one of private universities in Palembang, southern region of sumatera. Descriptive analysis with experimental design was used. A test was administered to see whether or not there was a significant improvement on the non EFL learners’ TOEFL-like score achievement. The results revealed that achievement level of the participants were in the elementary and intermediate category. Besides, statistically there was a significant improvement on the EFL learners’ TOEFL-like score intervened by the provision of TOEFL preparation class. Thus, it could be further concluded that TOEFL preparation class was impactful on the non EFL undergaduates’ English achievement.

nd importance of careers for students, self-awareness to increase self-awareness, Johari window to increase knowledge about oneself, set the goals using the SMART method, reveal one's potential through SWOT analysis, and personality analysis through the RIASEC test to determine the suitability of personality with the desired career. Measurements were carried out twice. The first measurement (pre-test) is carried out before implementing the program to determine the initial conditions for student career decision-making. The second measurement (post-test) is carried out after students receive career training. Next, the results of the pre-test and post-test data were statistically analyzed using a paired-sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of the PKM activities carried out show that career planning training is able to increase the career maturity of MA students. Students' understanding of themselves will help them determine their career plans in accordance with their interests and talents.

The results of data analysis from the questionnaire showed a significant increase in participants' understanding after the socialization. The participants' positive response to the benefits and ease of use of digital platform robots for ease in digitalizing MSMEs illustrates the success of this socialization.

tners and the farmers they support still lack experience in sorghum farming, especially in profit analysis. This is an obstacle in spreading sorghum as an agricultural potential, because extension workers have difficulty providing farmers with an understanding of the benefits of sorghum farming. Therefore, knowledge is needed in carrying out farming analysis, as well as organizing human resources in farmer groups so that they can produce maximum quality and quantity. Through this knowledge and ability, it is hoped that partners can further optimize the dissemination of sorghum farming to the farmers they support so that they can produce sustainably. The methods used in this service activity are training and mentoring. For training activities, farming business analysis and farmer group management were carried out for one day, where the implementing team facilitated training to partners, namely BPP East Suwawa. After the training activities, students in the implementing team provided regular assistance for two weeks to optimize the results obtained in the training. The results of the activity showed that the activity participants were very enthusiastic during the mentoring activity, and gave positive responses, so that activities like this could be routine, especially in assisting with sorghum farming analysis.

had high cholesterol levels. The factors that cause hypercholesterolemia are nutritional status, especially obesity. Obesity is associated with lipoprotein, decreased High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), and increased triglycerides and LDL, especially in central obesity. People who have a high percentage of body fat tend to have higher total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides compared to people who have normal weight. Nutrition counseling activities are carried out at the Johar Baru District Health Center which will be held on November 7, 2022. Respondents will be given a pre-test form containing 10 true and false statements for 10-15 minutes and then counseling will be carried out through poster media. After that, the respondent was given a post-test form. After 3 days of giving the material, monitoring, and evaluation were carried out on 5 respondents. This Monitoring and Evaluation will be carried out via telephone or the Whatsapp app. Based on the results of bivariate analysis, the results of knowledge obtained were p-value = 0.055 (p-value <0.05) so that it could be concluded that there was no difference in knowledge before and after nutritional education counseling using poster media in PTM patients at the Johar Baru District Health Center, Central Jakarta.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan Hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar Nasional pada tahun 2018 menurut proporsi kadar kolesterol total pada penduduk umur ≥45 tahun, 5 menyebutkan bahwa sebanyak ≥10,5% masyarakat memiliki kadar kolesterol tinggi. Adapun faktor penyebab hiperkolesterolemia adalah status gizi terutama obesitas. Terdapat keterkaitan antara obesitas dengan lipoprotein, peningkatan trigliserida dan LDL, penurunan High Density Lipoprotein (HDL), terutama pada obesitas sentral. Individu dengan persen lemak tubuh yang tinggi cenderung memiliki total kolesterol, LDL dan trigliserida yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan individu dengan berat badan normal. Kegiatan penyuluhan gizi dilakukan di Puskesmas Kecamatan johar Baru yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 November 2022. Responden akan diberikan form pre test yang berisikan 10 pernyataan benar dan salah selama 10-15 menit dan selanjutnya akan dilakukan penyuluhan melalui media poster. Setelah itu responden diberikan form post test. Setelah 3 hari pemberian materi dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kepada 5 responden. Monitoring dan Evaluasi ini akan dilakukan melalui telepon ataupun app Whatsapp. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat, didapatkan hasil pengetahuan nilai p value = 0.055 (p-value < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan edukasi gizi menggunakan media poster pada pasien PTM di Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat.

One effort to understand is how to enrich bee feed which integrates meliponiculture and agricultural crop cultivation with agroforestry patterns. The implementation of this activity starts with preparation by entering into agreements with the service team with partners, conducting workshops, distributing plant seeds as a source of nectar and pollen feed. The knowledge of partner group members can increase after attending the workshop from the pre test and post test analysis. Assistance is provided through direct visits to the location of meliponiculture and planting of nectar and pollen source plants.

Abstrak: Potensi pengembangan budidaya lebah trigona di dalam dan sekitar Hutan Pendidikan Bengo-Bengo (HPB) Unhas dapat menjadi usaha alternatif dari sumber daya hutan bukan kayu. Keterlanjuran sebahagian masyarakat berada dalam kawasan HPB mengharuskan perlu diberi pemahaman manfaat hutan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Salah satu upaya pemahaman adalah bagaimana pengayaan pakan lebah yang mengintegrasikan budidaya lebah madu trigona dan budidaya tanaman pertanian dengan pola agroforestri. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dimulai dari persiapan dengan melakukan kesepakatan tim pengabdian dengan mitra, pelaksanaan workshop, pembagian bibit tanaman sebagai sumber pakan nektar dan polen. Pengetahuan anggota kelompok mitra dapat meningkat setelah mengikuti workshop dari analisis tes awal dan akhir. Pendampingan dilakukan melalui kunjungan langsung ke lokasi meliponikultur dan penanaman tanaman sumber nektar dan polen.
