Namun, kendala seperti keterbatasan anggaran, kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat, dan sosialisasi yang tidak merata masih menjadi hambatan. Rekomendasi penelitian mencakup peningkatan sosialisasi melalui media komunikasi yang beragam, peningkatan transparansi alokasi anggaran, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mendorong partisipasi dalam perencanaan dan implementasi program. Selain itu, implementasi e-government disarankan untuk mempermudah akses informasi dan meningkatkan kinerja program. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun program pemerintah memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, upaya perbaikan dalam aspek transparansi, komunikasi, dan partisipasi masyarakat diperlukan agar kebijakan lebih efektif dan inklusif.

Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang melibatkan observasi dan wawancara. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya tingkat berpikir kritis siswa disebabkan oleh kurangnya kebiasaan bertanya, dampak media sosial, terbatasnya kesempatan memecahkan masalah, dan terlalu bergantung pada penjelasan guru. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pemanfaatan model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) telah terbukti berhasil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan berpikir kritis siswa. Melalui Problem-Based Learning (PBL), siswa terlibat dalam partisipasi aktif dalam identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan informasi, analisis, dan pengembangan solusi logis. Proses ini membantu siswa dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan terlibat dalam pengumpulan informasi, evaluasi, penciptaan solusi, dan komunikasi yang efektif. Pembelajaran berbasis masalah sangat cocok untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa di SMP Dharma Bhakti Langkat.

pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus pada dampak kebijakan pendidikan inklusi terhadap peserta didik, serta faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapannya di Sekolah Kharisma Makassar. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi ketua yayasan, kepala sekolah TK, kepala SD, orang tua peserta didik, pengajar, dan pengawas sekolah dari Dinas Pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa dampak positif kebijakan pendidikan inklusi, yaitu: (1) peningkatan kecerdasan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus; (2) peningkatan kemampuan adaptasi dan interaksi dengan siswa reguler; (3) perkembangan minat dan bakat peserta didik; dan (4) peningkatan kemandirian siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Kelebihan penerapan kebijakan inklusi di Sekolah Kharisma meliputi: (1) meningkatnya sikap toleransi antara siswa reguler dan siswa berkebutuhan khusus; (2) peningkatan kepercayaan diri siswa berkebutuhan khusus; (3) peningkatan kemandirian mereka; (4) memfasilitasi hubungan sosial antara siswa berkebutuhan khusus dengan orang lain; dan (5) memperkaya wawasan pendidik tentang keberagaman. Terdapat beberapa kekurangan, seperti: (1) keterbatasan sumber daya manusia; (2) keterbatasan anggaran yang menghambat implementasi penuh pendidikan inklusi; (3) kurangnya fasilitas dan prasarana yang memadai; dan (4) rendahnya partisipasi warga sekolah dalam mendukung kebijakan ini.

This study focuses on the analysis of hashtag trends related to general elections, such as #capres2024, #cawapres2024, and #pemilu2024, on Instagram, and their influence on user perceptions. It examines the role of hashtags in CMC practices on Instagram during electoral periods. Through the analysis of seven samples, the study reveals that while certain posts align with the electoral purposes of the hashtags, others use these hashtags for visibility without relevance to the elections. The research underscores Instagram’s potential for reshaping political branding and enhancing voter engagement. It demonstrates that the strategic application of hashtags, combined with high-quality visuals and interactive features, can amplify the visibility and impact of political messaging. By integrating CMC and political branding theories, this study presents a framework for understanding how digital tools can foster a more engaged and informed electorate.

the prevalence of hypertension by utilizing nonpharmacological therapies, such as consuming young coconut water consumption. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effect of young coconut water consumption on reducing high blood pressure in menopausal women. A nonrandomized controlled trial study with a pretest-posttest control group design was chosen as the design of this study, which was conducted at the Community Health Center of Pekalongan, East Lampung Regency. A consecutive sampling technique was used to select eligible participants among menopausal women diagnosed with mild and moderate hypertension by medical personnel, totalling 16 treatment groups and 16 control groups. The treatment group was given the intervention of consuming young coconut water 300 ml morning and evening for seven days and taking standard hypertension medication. Meanwhile, the control group took standard hypertension medication. Participants had their blood pressure checked using an aneroid tensimeter before and after treatment. Data were analysed using a paired t-test with a confidence level (α) of 0.05 to prove the treatment effect on blood pressure reduction. The results found that the treatment of drinking young coconut water affected reducing systole blood pressure (p-value 0.016) and diastole (p-value 0.007). The average decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure pre and post-treatment was 11.25 mmHg and 9.87 mmHg after participants were controlled by taking standard hypertension medications. Drinking young coconut water can be used as a companion option for hypertension treatment by the community.

This study aims to analyze the factors related to the incidence of diarrhea in the working area of the Kebun Kopi Community Health Center, Jambi City. The research utilized a cross-sectional study design, with a population of 843 people, from which 71 samples were selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. The results indicate a significant relationship between latrine ownership (p-value 0.000), hand washing behavior (p-value 0.000), and knowledge (p-value 0.000) with the incidence of diarrhea. The variables associated with the incidence of diarrhea at the Kebun Kopi Health Center in Jambi City include latrine ownership, hand washing behavior, and knowledge. The high incidence of diarrhea is closely linked to inadequate sanitation, poor hand washing practices, and low levels of health knowledge. To significantly reduce the incidence of diarrhea, it is essential to improve access to proper sanitation, promote effective hand washing practices, and enhance public knowledge about essential health practices.

The room boys are an integral part of the hotel operations and are responsible for ensuring rooms are clean, tidy, and ready so that guests always feel comfortable and accommodated in a beautiful environment. This study employs the qualitative approach of research types using data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews with room boys and hotel management as well as guest satisfaction surveys. The findings indicate that the good work performance of the room boy has a great influence on providing high-quality robust service. It was concluded that trained room boys have high motivation and when they are provided with proper tools and materials good room service is possible. In this case, the room boy's performance can be enhanced by hotel management to ensure that they provide frequent training, and work facilities as well as proper and fair assessment and appreciation to the subordinates. It is the finding of this research that room boy work optimization can be done through training, management, and productivity-oriented assessments.
