tners and the farmers they support still lack experience in sorghum farming, especially in profit analysis. This is an obstacle in spreading sorghum as an agricultural potential, because extension workers have difficulty providing farmers with an understanding of the benefits of sorghum farming. Therefore, knowledge is needed in carrying out farming analysis, as well as organizing human resources in farmer groups so that they can produce maximum quality and quantity. Through this knowledge and ability, it is hoped that partners can further optimize the dissemination of sorghum farming to the farmers they support so that they can produce sustainably. The methods used in this service activity are training and mentoring. For training activities, farming business analysis and farmer group management were carried out for one day, where the implementing team facilitated training to partners, namely BPP East Suwawa. After the training activities, students in the implementing team provided regular assistance for two weeks to optimize the results obtained in the training. The results of the activity showed that the activity participants were very enthusiastic during the mentoring activity, and gave positive responses, so that activities like this could be routine, especially in assisting with sorghum farming analysis.

The partner's problem is that the partner's knowledge is low in processing organic waste; poultry feed and fertilizers commonly used by partners are very expensive. The method used in overcoming the problem is socialization with lectures and discussions to increase understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste, can be used as animal feed and kasgot as a planting medium and organic fertilizer; as well as direct practice of maggot cultivation and making organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials. The conclusion from the results of these activities is that the PKM activity partner participants have seen an increase in partner understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste and other benefits it produces after socialization (with lectures and question and answer discussions) and partners understand how to cultivate maggot and make organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk menambah pengetahuan mitra dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga dengan budidaya maggot sebagai pakan alternatif serta aplikasi kasgot yang dapat dijadikan media tanam dan pupuk organik. Permasalahan mitra adalah pengetahuan mitra rendah dalam pengolahan sampah organik; pakan ternak unggas dan pupuk yang biasa digunakan mitra harganya sangat mahal. Metode yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah yaitu dengan sosialisasi dengan ceramah dan diskusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga, dapat dijadikan pakan ternak serta kasgot sebagai media tanam dan pupuk organik; serta praktek langsung budidaya maggot dan pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan tersebut bahwa peserta mitra kegiatan PKM terlihat adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga serta manfaat lain yang dihasilkannya setelah dilakukan sosialisasi (dengan ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab) dan mitra memahami cara budidaya maggot serta pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot.

Abstrak: SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam berada di Danau Sijabut Kec. Air Batu Kab. Asahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran belum memiliki sistem terkomputerisasi. Hal tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengisi berkas instrument. Sehingga hasil penilaian terkesan lebih subjektif. Maka Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan tentang penggunaan dan eksploitasi fitur-fitur dari aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru atas peringkat kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan agar kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam dapat memahami sistem peringkat guru yang objektif, yang pada gilirannya akan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktik. Pemateri akan memberikan penjelasan tentang fitur-fitur Aplikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Supervisi Pembelajaran, dan selanjutnya melibatkan peserta dalam praktik langsung. Abstrak: Pandemi COVID-19 telah membawa dampak besar bagi banyak sektor bisnis di seluruh dunia, baik bisnis besar maupun UMKM. Bapak Selamat adalah pemilik usaha Keripik Selasih Asahan yaitu usaha oleh-oleh kota Kisaran contohnya yang menjual berbagai jenis olahan keripik seperti ubi, pisang, dan umbi-umbian lainnya, usaha yang mengandalkan penjualan langsung dari rumah produksinya dan mengecer ke kios-kios maupun minimarket dan supermarket yang ada di kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan, juga harus menghadapi dampak pandemi dengan bertahan dan berusaha untuk tetap memproduksi produknya. Salah satu penyebab menurunnya penjualan dimasa pasca pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi kurangnya media promosi untuk memperluas pasar. Hanya dengan mengharapkan pelanggan tetap, menjadi pengaruh besar terhadap menurunnya penjualan disebabkan perputaran ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Asahan menjadi terbatas akibat dampak COVID-19. Abstrak: Sampah plastik dapat menimbulkan polusi. Polusi plastik dapat mencemari tanah, saluran air dan lautan. Kondisi ini juga menjadi permasalahan di salah satu kampung Pulosari yang terletak di wilayah Surabaya Selatan. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran untuk melakukan pemilahan sampah, membuat kampung tersebut merupakan permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat yang dilakukan di kampung ini. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dan metode pendampingan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam pemilahan sampah anorganik. Hasil dari pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman ma-syarakat akan pentingnya pemilahan sampah. However, this condition contrasts with Mr. Rahman Robin's MSMEs Mie Basah Manga Tiga, which does not provide optimal results, and sales sometimes experience a decline. The purpose of this service is to develop the Mangga Tiga wet noodle business through digital utilization. One of the government's newest programs in supporting MSME growth is "Ministry of Finance One Supports MSMEs Growing through Digitalization and Globalization Towards Advanced Indonesia". Based on this program, we consider it important to increase the wet noodle business through digitization. The method used is the provision of materials as well as training and assistance regarding the preparation of financial reports, digital marketing and packaging innovation. The results of the activity show that partners are able to compile simple financial reports, partners are able to carry out digital marketing through several online applications, and the new packaging of mangga tiga wet noodles is equipped with a product label which already contains a business license and halal certificate.

Abstrak: Besarnya peranan UMKM sebagai tulang punggung perekonomian nasional dibuktikan dari data Kemenkop UKM tahun 2022 bahwa jumlah UMKM di Sulawesi Selatan mengalamai peningkatan yang signifikan dan di tahun 2022 mencapai 268.299 unit. Namun kondisi demikian kontras dengan pelaku UMKM Mie Basah Manga Tiga milik Bapak Rahman Robin yang tidak memberikan hasil yang optimal bahkan penjualan terkadang mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan usaha mie basah Mangga Tiga melalui pemanfaatan digital. Salah satu program terbaru pemerintah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM adalah “Kemenkeu Satu Mendukung UMKM Tumbuh melalui Digitalisasi dan Globalisasi Menuju Indonesia Majuâ€. Berdasar dari program tersebut kami menganggap penting meningkatkan usaha mie basah melalui digitalisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian materi serta pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan, pemasaran digital dan inovasi packaging. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra sudah mampu menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana, mitra mampu melakukan pemasaran digital melalui beberapa aplikasi online, serta kemasan baru dari mie basah mangga tiga sudah dilengkapi label produk yang di dalamnya sudah terdapat izin usaha dan sertifikat halal.

State Defense Education taught by teachers in class is one of the means in fostering students' awareness in understanding Bela Negara. Awareness of Bela Negara that cannot grow and develop by itself in every citizen, so planned efforts are needed in instilling the values of State Defense in citizens. Based on the results of observations carried out in kindergartens in Pakal District, Surabaya City shows that the learning process carried out by teachers still lacks learning processes related to Bela Negara, so that students lack insight into Bela Negara. In carrying out the learning process related to national defense, it can be through educational game tools (APE) which are specifically created and designed creatively to students using the superhero puppet character Panca Satria. This activity is expected to produce teachers who are able to create and apply educational game tools (APE) in introducing the spirit of Bela Negara in the classroom.

Pendidikan Bela Negara yang diajarkan oleh guru di kelas menjadi salah satu sarana dalam membina kesadaran peserta didik dalam memahami Bela Negara. Kesadaran terhadap Bela Negara yang tidak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan sendirinya dalam setiap warga Negara, sehingga diperlukannya Upaya-upaya yang terencana dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai Bela Negara pada di warga Negara. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilaksanakan di Taman Kanak-kanak se Kecamatan Pakal Kota Surabaya menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh para guru masih minimnya proses pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan bela negara, sehingga peserta didik kurang memiliki wawasan tentang bela negara. Dalam menjalankan proses pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan bela negara dapat melalui alat permainan edukatif (APE) yang secara khusus dibuat dan didesain secara kreatif kepada peserta didik dengan menggunakan karakter wayang superhero Panca Satria. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan guru yang mampu membuat dan menerapkan alat permainan edukatif (APE) dalam mengenalkan jiwa Bela Negara di kelas.

Meanwhile, the teacher can write scientific papers based on the implementation of the teacher's creativity and criticality in the daily activities that are observed and experienced in creating a better quality of education to achieve maximum learning results. This program aims to conduct training in the preparation of scientific papers in this matter scientific postings for teachers of SMA Kartikatama Metro. This program is carried out using a classical approach which is tried by giving lectures and delivering modules and individual approaches are tried when accompanying participants in writing scientific papers. Achievement of the target number of participants as well as the objectives of this training can be assessed as good. Within 2 weeks as many as 3 teachers have tried to write scientific posts. All the modules that have been planned can be informed to the participants, even though there are many time constraints there are some modules that are informed in an outline. The expertise of the participants can be seen from the ability to compose scientific papers that can be considered good.

Abstrak: Karya ilmiah dapat digunakan guru sebagai fasilitas mengomunikasikan informasi baru, gagasan, kajian, serta hasil riset kepada khalayak umum. Penyusunan karya ilmiah sangat berarti untuk pengembangan keprofesionalan guru, tetapi pada kenyataannya budaya menulis karya ilmiah di kalangan guru masih rendah. Sementara itu guru bisa menulis karya ilmiah bersumber pada implementasi kreatifitas serta kekritisan guru terhadap kegiatan tiap hari yang diamati serta dialaminya dalam menciptakan mutu pendidikan yang lebih baik sehingga menggapai hasil belajar yang maksimal. Tujuan program ini merupakan melakukan pelatihan penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah dalam perihal ini postingan ilmiah untuk guru SMA Kartikatama Metro. Program ini dilaksanakan memakai pendekatan klasikal yang dicoba dengan membagikan ceramah serta penyampaian modul serta pendekatan individual dicoba pada saat mendampingi peserta dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Ketercapaian sasaran jumlah partisipan serta tujuan pelatihan ini bisa dinilai baik. Dalam kurun waktu 2 pekan sebanyak 3 orang guru sudah berupaya menulis postingan ilmiah. Seluruh modul yang sudah direncanakan bisa di informasikan kepada paserta, walaupun terdapat banyak keterbatasan waktu terdapat sebagian modul yang di informasikan secara garis besar. Keahlian paserta dilihat dari kemampuan menyusun karya ilmiah yang dapat dinilai baik.

The tool being socialized is a simple tool that is used with human power by pushing without the use of motorized equipment. In the planting process, the spacing between corn seed plants and the number of corn seeds can be adjusted during the planting process.
