idak hanya mengancam keberlanjutan ekosistem laut, tetapi juga mengakibatkan kerugian ekonomi yang besar serta ketidakstabilan sosial di kalangan komunitas nelayan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab utama IUU Fishing di wilayah ini, mengevaluasi dampak yang ditimbulkannya, dan merumuskan solusi potensial untuk mengatasinya. Faktor ekonomi menjadi pendorong utama bagi nelayan lokal untuk terlibat dalam praktik IUU Fishing. Keterbatasan sumber daya untuk patroli laut dan lemahnya penegakan hukum memperburuk situasi ini, sementara tingginya permintaan pasar untuk produk perikanan tanpa verifikasi asal usul semakin memacu aktivitas ilegal tersebut. Dampak lingkungan dari IUU Fishing mencakup penurunan stok ikan dan kerusakan habitat laut, yang secara langsung merugikan nelayan yang patuh hukum dan mengurangi pendapatan regional dari sektor perikanan. Selain itu, praktik ini memicu konflik sosial antara nelayan lokal dan pelaku IUU Fishing. Solusi yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini mencakup beberapa pendekatan strategis. Pertama, peningkatan patroli laut melalui penambahan kapal patroli modern dan peralatan canggih seperti radar dan drone, serta pelatihan intensif bagi personel keamanan laut untuk meningkatkan kemampuan deteksi dan respon cepat. Kedua, kerjasama internasional melalui patroli bersama dan pertukaran informasi intelijen dengan negara tetangga serta partisipasi aktif dalam forum regional seperti ASEAN untuk memperkuat keamanan maritim. Ketiga, penggunaan teknologi canggih seperti Automatic Identification System (AIS) dan data satelit untuk pemantauan wilayah laut yang luas dan sulit dijangkau. Keempat, pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal melalui program edukasi dan pelatihan bagi nelayan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan dalam melaporkan aktivitas ilegal, serta pembentukan kelompok masyarakat pengawas yang berfungsi sebagai mata dan telinga bagi pihak berwenang. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis yang dapat digunakan oleh pembuat kebijakan dan pihak terkait untuk merumuskan strategi keamanan maritim yang efektif. Diharapkan, dengan penerapan solusi-solusi ini, ancaman IUU Fishing di perairan Sulawesi Tenggara dapat diminimalisir, kelestarian sumber daya laut terjaga, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal meningkat secara berkelanjutan.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya-upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh Indonesia dalam menuju Poros Maritim Dunia, dengan fokus pada penguatan sumber daya maritim dan kerja sama internasional. Melalui peninjauan literatur dan analisis kebijakan terkini, artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Indonesia dalam mencapai tujuan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder, termasuk dokumen kebijakan, laporan penelitian, dan artikel akademik terkait. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah konkret yang telah diambil oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk memperkuat sumber daya maritim dan memperluas kerja sama internasional di sektor maritim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia telah mengambil langkah-langkah penting dalam mewujudkan visi Poros Maritim Dunia. Penguatan sumber daya maritim dilakukan melalui pengembangan infrastruktur maritim, peningkatan keamanan maritim, dan pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan terhadap sumber daya alam dan lingkungan laut. Selain itu, Indonesia juga aktif dalam mengembangkan kerja sama internasional melalui kemitraan regional dan bilateral, serta melalui partisipasinya dalam organisasi maritim internasional. Meskipun demikian, Indonesia juga menghadapi tantangan dalam mencapai tujuan Poros Maritim Dunia. Beberapa tantangan tersebut meliputi pembiayaan yang cukup untuk pembangunan infrastruktur maritim, harmonisasi kebijakan di antara berbagai sektor terkait, dan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di sektor maritim. Kesimpulannya, Indonesia telah melakukan langkah-langkah signifikan dalam mengarahkan dirinya menuju Poros Maritim Dunia. Namun, masih diperlukan upaya yang lebih besar untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi. Dalam konteks global yang semakin terhubung melalui laut, Indonesia memiliki peluang besar untuk memperkuat perannya sebagai poros maritim dunia yang berkelanjutan dan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi global.

Increase in staff turnover is correlated with the appearance of opportunities that have resulted from the tourism recovery programme that the Indonesian government has implemented as a response to the Covid-19 outbreak, as was stated before. The research aims to investigate the employees' perception of the workplace climate at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi and determine the extent to which the work environment impacts their intention to continue working at the hotel. The qualitative method offers an opportunity for an in-depth exploration of Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi's Efforts in Retaining Employees. This research found that skill development, career advancement, pay, work culture, benefits, and outstanding relationships affect employee satisfaction at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi. To retain staff, Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi offers cross-training programmes, fair promotion processes, and a comfortable work culture for employee development. Employing the shift-share analysis and qualitative descriptive method, help determine if any changes have occurred in the configuration of the economic system during the post-pandemic period. The findings indicate that each of the five provinces, namely Bali, Riau Islands, Banten, East Borneo, and Yogyakarta, possesses distinct competitive advantages that are unique to their respective regions. However, none of the industries in these five areas possesses a significant degree of expertise in any particular industry.
