Abstract: Generation Z faces increasingly intense competition in the labor market; however, many individuals continue to encounter difficulties during job interviews due to limited experience, low self-confidence, and insufficient… professional communication skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of job interview simulations and examine their impact on the job readiness of Generation Z in Bandung City. The study employed a descriptive-evaluative method involving 45 Generation Z participants. Data were collected through observation, performance assessments, documentation, and participant feedback. The findings indicate that job interview simulations effectively enhanced participants’ readiness, as evidenced by 85% of participants reporting that they felt highly prepared and confident, while the remaining 15% reported feeling prepared and confident after completing the program. Interviewers’ evaluations revealed that 70% of participants demonstrated a very good improvement in their ability to respond to interview questions, 18% showed good improvement, and 12% exhibited fairly good improvement. Participant satisfaction with the program was also notably high, with 77% reporting being very satisfied, 15% satisfied, and 8% fairly satisfied with the implementation of the activity. The results confirm that job interview simulations are effective in improving participants’ self-confidence, communication competence, and overall job readiness. The novelty of this study lies in the application of interview simulations based on authentic recruitment scenarios, evaluated through the dimensions of job readiness, communication competence, and participant satisfaction, thereby offering a practical career development model for Generation Z.

Analisis Komunikasi Persuasif Visual dalam Promosi Event di Instagram @colorrunfestivalid

M. Teguh Dwi Rizki, Ali Alamsyah Kusumadinata, Nadia Amalia
Abstract: This study examines the transformation of digital marketing communication that positions visual elements as the primary component in event promotion on social media, particularly Instagram. This shift is driven by changes… s in audience behavior, which has become more responsive to visual stimuli than to textual information. The research problem focuses on how visual elements are constructed as an effective persuasive communication strategy to capture attention, evoke emotions, and influence audience perceptions and interests through the peripheral route based on the Elaboration Likelihood Model framework. The study employs a qualitative approach using content analysis of 11 Instagram posts from @colorrunfestivalid selected through purposive sampling, supported by observation and interviews. The findings indicate that visual dominance reaches 82%, characterized by the use of bright colors, expressions of happiness, and interactive activities that effectively generate emotional appeal and rapid audience engagement. Most audiences pay greater attention to visuals than to text and demonstrate a willingness to participate after viewing the experiential representations presented. The psychological effect of fear of missing out further reinforces this response. The persuasion process is found to occur predominantly through the peripheral route, marked by low cognitive elaboration and a high reliance on visual cues. The study concludes that visuals function as the primary determinant of effective digital persuasive communication, as they simultaneously construct meaning, emotion, and experiential expectations. The novelty of this research lies in affirming visuals as the core of digital persuasion strategies through the integration of emotional, social, and psychological dimensions, while also reinforcing the dominance of the peripheral route as a key mechanism in contemporary media consumption.

Abstract: Infant sleep quality is a fundamental biological need that plays a crucial role in growth and neurological development; however, sleep disturbances remain common among infants aged 3-6 months and are often overlooked by… parents. This condition poses risks to physical health, emotional well-being, and overall infant development. This study aims to analyze the effect of baby massage on sleep quality among infants aged 3-6 months at Babycare Bondowoso and to identify differences in sleep quality before and after the intervention. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design involving 40 infants selected through total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that prior to the intervention, 87.5% of infants experienced poor sleep quality, whereas after the intervention, all infants (100%) demonstrated improvement to good sleep quality. Statistical analysis indicated a p-value of 0.00, which is lower than 0.05, confirming a significant effect of baby massage on infant sleep quality. These findings demonstrate that baby massage effectively improves sleep duration, comfort, and stability through physiological relaxation mechanisms. The novelty of this study lies in providing empirical evidence of the effectiveness of baby massage as a non-pharmacological intervention that is simple, safe, and can be independently applied by parents while offering holistic benefits for infants. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for developing health education and improving infant care practices.

Abstract: Students in early adulthood often face academic, social, and personal pressures that cause fluctuations in mood and affect mental health and psychological well-being. The main issue addressed in this study is students’ low… low ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions adaptively, highlighting the need for effective strategies to enhance emotional awareness. This research investigates the effectiveness of self-reflection and journaling in improving students’ mood awareness. A combination of descriptive qualitative and quasi-experimental pretest-posttest designs was used, with instruments including mood scales, reflection guidelines, and students’ daily journals. Results showed a 32% increase in the average mood awareness score, a decrease in students with low awareness from 64% to 18%, and an increase in high awareness from 14% to 56%. Active participation was observed in 78% of students, while 85% consistently documented their emotional experiences, 88% reported feeling relieved, and 76% could identify recurring emotional patterns. The intervention also promoted the development of more adaptive self-regulation strategies, such as time management, adequate rest, and social support, increasing from 21% before the intervention to 69% afterward. Sustainability of practice was indicated by 61% of students intending to continue journaling independently and 57% integrating it into their daily routines. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of self-reflection and journaling as a practical, systematic, and sustainable approach to enhance emotional awareness and psychological well-being. The findings confirm that a simple yet structured intervention can create significant improvements in emotion management and adaptive behaviors among students.

Jarak Penempatan Lightning Arrester sebagai Pelindung Transformator terhadap Tegangan Lebih pada Gardu Induk 150 Kv Harapan Baru

Toyib, M. Zainuddin, Rusdiansyah, Bustani, La Bima
Abstract: The substation is part of the electrical energy distribution system, therefore depending on its function it must be protected from disturbances that cause disruption to the distribution of electrical energy. One of the important… mportant equipment in a substation is a transformer, and the protection device used is a lightning rod. With its good characteristics, the arrester plays a role in bypassing lightning currents so that the equipment does not produce high overvoltages. The analysis results show that the maximum distance between the arrester and the transformer is 10.96 meters, while the installation distance in the field is 3.2 meters, so the arrester can still protect the transformer because it is still lower than the maximum distance. Allowed. After the arrester turns on for 9.54 μs, the voltage on the transformer will drop. And because the BIL of the transformer is 650 KV and the peak voltage reaches 751.3 kV at 300 μs, the arrester can still protect the transformer.
