This training is designed to increase the capacity of village apparatus in compiling administrative documents, managing data, and presenting information effectively and systematically. The implementation method includes a participatory approach with a combination of material delivery, direct practice, and intensive mentoring. The results of the activity showed an increase in the skills of village apparatus in operating office applications independently, which had a positive impact on work efficiency, data management accuracy, and transparency of administrative services. This program is expected to be the first step in encouraging the digitalization of village government towards more modern and accountable governance.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan administrasi yang efisien dan transparan menjadi tuntutan utama dalam tata kelola pemerintahan desa di era digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberdayakan perangkat Desa Silo Baru, Kecamatan Silau Laut Kabupaten Asahan, melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi infomasi, khususnya penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint). Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas perangkat desa dalam menyusun dokumen administrasi, mengelola data, serta menyajikan informasi secara efektif dan sistematis. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif dengan kombinasi penyampaian materi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan intensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan perangkat desa dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi perkantoran secara mandiri, yang berdampak positif terhadap efisiensi kerja, akurasi pengelolaan data, serta transparansi layanan administrasi. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam mendorong digitalisasi pemerintahan desa menuju tata kelola yang lebih modern dan akuntabel.

wever, MSMEs in this village face various challenges, especially in financial management, such as unstructured bookkeeping, low financial literacy, and limited access to formal capital. This community service program aims to enhance MSME actors’ understanding of the importance of sound financial management and the use of technology in managing their finances. The program was implemented in three stages: preparation (survey and material development), implementation (socialization and training), and evaluation to ensure participants' understanding and application of financial management practices. The training results showed a significant improvement in MSME actors' knowledge of financial recording, separation of personal and business finances, and the use of digital tools such as Sepran accounting apps and e-wallets. MSME actors also began preparing more structured financial reports to facilitate access to funding. This program successfully improved the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in Burai Village.

Abstrak: Desa Burai di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya di industri kreatif, kuliner, dan kerajinan tangan. Namun, UMKM di desa ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam pengelolaan keuangan, seperti pencatatan yang tidak terstruktur, rendahnya literasi keuangan, serta kesulitan dalam mengakses permodalan formal. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya manajemen keuangan yang baik dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pengelolaan keuangan mereka. Metode pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan (survey dan penyusunan materi), pelaksanaan (sosialisasi dan pelatihan), serta evaluasi untuk memastikan pemahaman dan implementasi pengelolaan keuangan oleh pelaku UMKM di Desa Burai Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pencatatan keuangan, pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan usaha, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital, seperti aplikasi akuntansi sepran dan e-wallet. Pelaku UMKM juga mulai mempersiapkan laporan keuangan yang lebih terstruktur untuk mempermudah akses modal. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM di Desa Burai.

This study aims to explore the impact of bookkeeping and accounting training with technology on UMKM in Sendangtirto Village, Berbah, Sleman. The methods used include identifying technology, interactive training, and evaluation and feedback to assess the effectiveness of the technology used. The training results show that the adoption of technology can accelerate financial management processes and improve the competitiveness of UMKM. The training had a significant positive impact, as seen from the data showing that the participants' answer accuracy level reached 81%, with an average completion time of 2.03 minutes, not only in technical aspects but also in enhancing understanding of the importance of accounting and more professional financial management. Thus, UMKM become more prepared to face the challenges of the digital economy and strengthen the sustainability of their businesses.

Abstrak: Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian, namun banyak di antaranya menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola keuangan secara efisien. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan adalah digitalisasi keuangan melalui penerapan teknologi akuntansi modern, yang dapat meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi pencatatan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak pelatihan pembukuan dan akuntansi dengan teknologi pada UMKM di Kelurahan Sendangtirto, Berbah, SlemanMetode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi teknologi, pelatihan interaktif, serta evaluasi dan umpan balik untuk menilai efektivitas penggunaan teknologi tersebut. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi dapat mempercepat proses pengelolaan keuangan dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dilihat dari data tingkat akurasi jawaban peserta mencapai 81% dengan rata-rata waktu penyelesaian 2,03 menit jadi tidak hanya dalam aspek teknis, tetapi juga dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya akuntansi dan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih profesional. Dengan demikian, UMKM menjadi lebih siap menghadapi tantangan ekonomi digital dan memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha mereka.

imited tourist visits from outside the region, and a shortage of human resources skilled in using information and communication technology (ICT). The community service project by the STMIK Royal Faculty aimed to address these issues through mentoring, training, and technology development. The methods employed included workshops and training on digital tourism promotion, the creation of a web-based ticketing application, and a smart tourism application based on Progressive Web Apps (PWA) with push-notification features. Additionally, social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook (@sibayan.pemandian) were established as online promotion platforms. The results of this initiative indicate an improvement in the staff’s capacity to utilize technology, along with the provision of digital systems that streamline visitor management and promotion efforts. As a result, Pemandian Citra now has stronger digital infrastructure to support tourism promotion and attract more visitors.

Namun, permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pengelola adalah kurangnya promosi digital, minimnya kunjungan wisatawan dari luar daerah, serta keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh Tim Dosen STMIK Royal bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah ini melalui pendampingan, pelatihan, dan pengembangan teknologi. Our partners faced several challenges, including limited knowledge of business management and marketing, insufficient production tools, and a lack of product innovation. The involvement of the community service team has provided renewed hope and guidance to these business owners. To tackle these issues, we utilized a combination of training and mentoring methods. Our training sessions covered key areas such as financial bookkeeping, production management, packaging innovation, marketing strategies, and product digitalization. As a result of these method, our partners have successfully adopted basic bookkeeping practices. The Resky chips have been rebranded with new packaging and labels, along with the introduction of a personal branding strategy for the CIS. They have also secured business license numbers (NIB) and distribution permits (PIRT), and we facilitated their application for a halal certificate. Resky’s Chips are now officially branded as CIS by Khasnah Food n Drink. Additionally, our partners have established a social media, with accounts on Instagram, a Facebook fan page, and a profile on Akkio Smart City, managed by the Gowa Regency Government.

Abstrak: Dukungan terhadap UMKM merupakan salah satu gebrakan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian lokal. Tujuan dilakukannya PKM ini adalah untuk melakukan transformasi kemasan keripik ubi Resky menjadi keripik CIS (chips in a glass) agar dapat bersaing di dunia digital. Permasalahan utama yang dialami mitra adalah minimnya pengetahuan pemilik usaha dalam manajemen usaha, minimnya pengetahuan pemilik usaha dalam pemasaran, keterbatasan alat produksi dan inovasi produk belum dilakukan. Kehadiran pengusul PKM membawa harapan besar bagi mitra. Metode yang digunakan oleh pengusul yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan meliputi pembukuan keuangan sederhana, managemen produksi, inovasi packaging, serta managemen pemasaran dan digitalisasi produk. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa mitra telah mampu membuat pembukuan sederhana, kemasan baru dari keripik ubi resky telah disertai dengan label, personal branding cips in a glass, nomor izin berusaha (NIB), dan izin edar berupa nomor Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT). Pengusul juga telah melakukan pengajuan sertifikat halal untuk mitra. Saat ini keripik Ubi milik Ibu Resky telah berubah nama menjadi Keripik CIS by Khasnah Food n Drink. Mitra juga telah membuat media sosial berupa Instagram, fanpage facebook dan akun di Akkio Smart City milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Gowa.

ticles published in uncredited journals. Apart from that, there are still many lecturers who do not understand the systematics of writing in accredited national journals. Therefore, the faculty of economics and business, Pekalongan University carries out scientific writing and publication training as well as utilizing the SINTA account to improve lecturer performance. The training was carried out in four stages, namely the initial survey stage, the training material socialization stage, the writing practice stage and utilizing the SINTA account, and the activity evaluation stage. The survey results showed that there was an increase in the percentage of participants who understood the systematics of writing in the SINTA journal from 57% before the training to 91% of the total. Meanwhile, the percentage of participants who were able to utilize the SINTA account also increased from 44% before the training was carried out to 82% after the training was carried out.

Anak Rantau Riau experienced problems in the form of differences between the money received in the company account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system and several times made payments twice for the same invoice. Seeing this, of course, there needs to be steps to follow up so that nothing like that happens in the future. To follow up on this, discussions with company employees were held to determine what platforms and techniques were suitable and easy to implement to overcome the company's problems. Then, followed by providing direction to employees regarding the utilization of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets as well as knowledge about the importance of even the smallest difference in money in finance. Finally, there will be an assessment of the results of the training. The result of the follow-up is that the problem of discrepancies between the money in the account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system can be minimized and there is no need to pay invoices twice for one invoice.

Participants in this activity were 20 teachers at SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya with a series of mentoring activities for creating accounts and installing Mendeley, installing Plugins for Microsoft Office Word, installing Plugins for Web Browsers, using the Mendeley application, adding references from files , adding manual references, adding references from Web Browsers, changing reference details, adding citations to documents, adding references, adding citation styles, and changing citation styles. It can be concluded that this mentoring activity makes a good contribution to teacher professionalism in utilizing reference managers when writing scientific papers, this is evidenced by the teacher's ability to use reference managers of more than 95% in the minimal category quite well.

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan untuk membantu guru agar dapat mensitasi karya ilmiah. Kegiatan ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan para guru di sekolah sasaran yang masih menggunakan sitasi karya ilmiah secara manual sehingga tidak memperhatikan konsistensi pengutipan. Pendampingan reference manager yang diajarkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa aplikasi mendeley. Peserta pendampingan adalah para guru di SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya sebanyak 20 orang dengan rangkaian kegiatan pembimbingan mendaftarkan akun, menginstalisasi Mendeley, menginstal plugin untuk Microsoft Word, menginstal plugin untuk Web Browser, mempraktikkan penggunaan perangkat lunak Mendeley, menginput referensi dari arsip file, menginput referensi manual, menginput referensi dari Web Browser, mengganti detail referensi, menginput kutipan pada dokumen, menginput daftar pustaka, menginput gaya pengutipan, dan mengganti gaya pengutipan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pendampingan, dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik kepada profesionalitas guru dalam memanfaatkan reference manager saat menulis karya ilmiah. Hal ini terbukti dengan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan reference manager lebih dari 95% dalam kategori minimal cukup baik.

Abstrak:UMKM merupakan usaha produktif yang dimiliki seseorang atau badan usaha yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai usaha mikro, usaha kecil dan usaha menengah. Yang menjadi dasar penentuan jenis usaha dilihat dari rata-rata pendapatan usaha tersebut dalam setahun serta berdasarkan kekayaan bersih usaha tersebut. Dalam menjalankan usaha keuangan merupakan hal terpenting bagi pengusaha, namun masih banyak UMKM belum memahami pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Kurang fahamnya dalam pengelolaan manajemen keuangan mengakibatkan permasalahan tidak terkontrolnya modal yang digunakan serta pendapatan yang dihasilkan. Sering kali keuangan pribadi bercampurbaur dengan keuangan usaha, tentu hal ini akan menjadi fatal apabila pengusaha tidak dapat mengetahui berapabesar dana yang sudah dikeluarkan dan yang digunakan serta berapa besar sebenarnya keuntungan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan usaha tersebut. Kegiatan PkM dilakukan dengan Metode Pendidikan Masyarakat yaitu melakukan kegiatan persentase tentang bagaimana mengelola manajemen keuangan yang baik. Dari kegiatantersebut Mitra dapat memahami bagaiman mengelola keuangan usaha yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan terkhusus standar SAK EMKM (Standar Akuntasi Keuangan dan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah).
