Both general and personal evangelism methods have their respective advantages and disadvantages and should be carried out with careful planning and clear objectives. This study emphasizes the importance of patience, empathy, and prayer in the evangelism process, as exemplified by Jesus Christ and church leaders. Through the author’s personal experience of successfully baptizing family members after years of evangelism, it is evident that evangelism requires deep personal relationships, as well as consistent patience and commitment. Additionally, the involvement of the Holy Spirit is crucial for guiding and transforming human hearts, making it a key factor in successful evangelism. from marine sponges of the genus Aaptos, have demonstrated potential as drug candidates; however, studies evaluating their drug-likeness, Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME) properties, and toxicity profiles remain limited. This study aimed to prioritize aaptamine, demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and isoaaptamine as potential antibacterial candidates through SwissADME and ProTox-II analyses using an in silico approach. The results demonstrated that all three compounds satisfied the Lipinski's Rule of Five criteria for drug-likeness, exhibited high gastrointestinal absorption, and achieved a bioavailability score of 0.55. All compounds were predicted to belong to toxicity class 4, with predicted LD₅₀ values of 1300 mg/kg for aaptamine, 500 mg/kg for demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and 1350 mg/kg for isoaaptamine, while none showed hepatotoxic or cytotoxic properties. The integrated analysis indicated that isoaaptamine exhibited the most balanced drug-likeness, ADME profile, and safety characteristics, making it the highest-priority antibacterial candidate. This study concludes that the integration of SwissADME and ProTox-II provides an effective preliminary approach for screening marine natural product-derived drug candidates. The novelty of this study lies in the integrated application of drug-likeness, ADME, and toxicity analyses to systematically prioritize three aaptamine derivatives, thereby providing a more comprehensive lead compound selection strategy for antibacterial drug discovery.

oblem focuses on the extent of e-counseling effectiveness, the level of service accessibility for the community, and the key challenges influencing its implementation. The study employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review method of 25 reputable scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025. The synthesis results indicate that e-counseling demonstrates a high level of effectiveness, reflected in service flexibility (92%), client openness (88%), cost efficiency (85%), satisfaction level (81%), and intervention success rate (76%), particularly for mild to moderate cases. The accessibility aspect also shows significant achievements, including ease of access (90%), expanded geographical reach (87%), and reduced social stigma (83%), thereby reinforcing the role of e-counseling as an inclusive alternative solution. Nevertheless, implementation still faces several challenges, such as limitations in nonverbal communication, data security risks, digital inequality, and low technological competence among counselors. The findings conclude that e-counseling is a strategic innovation that is both effective and adaptive; however, it requires adequate infrastructure support, improved digital literacy, and appropriate regulatory frameworks to ensure optimal and sustainable implementation. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative approach, which simultaneously examines effectiveness and accessibility alongside the technical, psychological, and structural factors influencing them, resulting in a more comprehensive analytical framework compared to previous studies that tend to be partial.

lyze the potential application of predictive Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Wearable Health Technology in preventing child stunting, with an emphasis on the integration of technology into the health system, socio-cultural interrelations, and ethical dimensions that need to be anticipated. The research employed a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, analysis of national health policies, and examination of reports on the implementation of digital health technologies related to child health. The results indicate that wearable devices are effective in recording health indicators in real-time, while predictive AI algorithms enable early detection of stunting risks, allowing interventions to be carried out quickly, accurately, and in a personalized manner. However, the success of implementation is highly dependent on the support of the digital health ecosystem, including adaptive regulations, infrastructure readiness, digital literacy among communities, as well as multi-stakeholder collaboration involving the government, medical professionals, the technology industry, and families. This study affirms that the integration of Wearable Health Technology and predictive AI is not merely an additional tool in medical services, but rather a representation of a health system transformation towards a more preventive, predictive, precise, and participatory paradigm. Thus, the utilization of evidence-based digital innovations has the potential to strengthen the effectiveness of stunting prevention programs in Indonesia while accelerating the achievement of national health development targets within the context of technological disruption and global dynamics.

The findings indicate that block periodization and non-linear periodization are the two most effective approaches, shown to enhance aerobic capacity by up to 10% and muscle strength by approximately 8% in high-level athletes. Additionally, the use of monitoring technologies such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Global Positioning System (GPS) contributes significantly to real-time adjustments in training programs, enabling coaches to respond more accurately to athletes’ physiological conditions and prevent overtraining. However, challenges remain in implementing these technologies in sports with limited resources and due to a lack of long-term studies on the effectiveness of technology-based periodization. These findings emphasize the importance of individualized, data-driven approaches in designing training programs that not only improve performance but also sustain athletes’ careers. By integrating classical periodization principles with modern technology, training programs can be developed to be more adaptive, precise, and contextually tailored to individual needs. In conclusion, modern, responsive periodization supported by advanced technology is a crucial element in creating elite athlete development systems that are not only globally competitive but also focused on long-term health and performance.

This study aims to analyze the impact of compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Syariah Gala Mitra Abadi. The population of this study consists of 198 employees, with a sample size of 133. The data analysis methods used include instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The study's findings indicate that: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 3.166, sig value 0.002). 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 8.877, sig value 0.000). 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 8.877, sig value 0.000). 4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 3.191, sig value 0.002). 5) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 2.085, sig value 0.032). 6) Collectively, these factors—compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment—have a positive and significant impact on employee performance (F value 67.787, sig value 0.000). the demand for electricity supply is projected to continue rising. In Indonesia, PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) is the main electricity provider, but it often faces challenges in meeting this demand, especially with frequent power outages that disrupt industrial and societal activities. To address this issue, many companies have turned to using generator sets (gensets) as an alternative solution to ensure a stable energy supply. Although the use of gensets provides energy independence, it requires a significant investment. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the efficiency and economic feasibility of using gensets is necessary. This study aims to analyze the use of gensets at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill, located in Kaubun, East Kutai, focusing on technical-economic aspects such as Present Value (PV), Future Value (FV), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Even Point (BEP). Data collected directly from the field includes genset specifications, electricity load, energy consumption, fuel usage, and genset operations. The analysis results indicate that the 455 KVA genset is capable of meeting the factory's electricity needs with an initial cost of IDR 649,649,996. The NPV calculation shows a value of IDR 880,380,813, with an IRR of 6.63%. The BEP is achieved in the 12th month with a profit of IDR 109,645,114. Based on these results, the operation of the genset at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill is considered feasible and profitable in the long term.
