form of extremism, has the potential to disturb interfaith harmony and create social tensions. Therefore, preventing the spread of this ideology is crucial, one of which can be achieved through the involvement of Christian youth in utilizing social media. Social media has become a highly effective platform for spreading various types of information, both positive and harmful. As such, Christian youth play a very important role in addressing this threat. This research aims to examine the contribution of Christian youth in preventing the spread of religious radicalism ideology through social media. The approach used is qualitative with a literature study, where data is obtained from various relevant scholarly sources. The results of the study show that Christian youth can use social media as a tool to spread messages of peace, tolerance, and inclusivity. This is important in fostering harmony amidst religious diversity in Indonesia. Christian youth can play an active role by correcting the misconceptions often propagated by radical groups. By spreading positive and constructive messages, Christian youth can help society become more discerning in filtering information, thus reducing the potential spread of hatred. Through their involvement on social media, Christian youth have significant potential in strengthening interfaith harmony and creating a more peaceful and harmonious social environment.
Abstract:The Constitution of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) stipulates that the interests of the people must be voiced and accommodated through legislative channels, represented by the People's Representative…
ve Council (DPR) from the regional to the central government levels. However, it is often found that the hopes of the people are not fully articulated, resulting in certain issues never reaching a final resolution. This study aims to analyze the role of the DPR in voicing the people's interests based on the fourth principle of Pancasila. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study approach, where data is collected from various scientific sources. The results of the analysis show that the main functions of the DPR, namely in legislation, oversight, and budgeting, have not been fully optimized due to weak accountability and transparency. This crisis of representation impacts the decline in public trust, low political participation, and increased polarization in society. To address these issues, systemic reforms are needed, including enhancing transparency, strengthening accountability mechanisms, and involving the public actively in the decision-making process. Thus, the goal of the DPR’s existence, which can be achieved, is to voice the will of the people, realize deliberation for consensus, and ensure justice and welfare in line with the substance of Pancasila’s ideology, particularly its fourth principle. This study recommends the need to restore the essence of deliberation for consensus in accordance with the fourth principle of Pancasila, accompanied by better political education and electoral system reforms to ensure that elected representatives are truly competent and focused on the interests of the people.
Abstract:Anxiety disorders in teenagers are a serious issue that can impact various aspects of their lives, such as social interactions, academic achievement, and emotional well-being. To address these challenges, group counseling…
g has proven to be an effective approach. In group counseling, teenagers can share their experiences with others facing similar issues, creating a supportive and understanding environment. Techniques like open discussions help them identify the causes of their anxiety more effectively, while role-playing allows them to practice new ways of dealing with anxiety-inducing situations. Relaxation exercises also assist them in developing skills to manage anxiety effectively in their daily lives. Literature studies indicate that group counseling not only reduces anxiety levels in teenagers but also enhances their social skills, self-confidence, and emotional resilience. With support from family, schools, and the community, group counseling can become a sustainable strategy in promoting teenagers' mental well-being. Therefore, it is important to consider that there is no one-size-fits-all approach for all teenagers. However, group counseling provides a safe and structured platform for teenagers to learn from each other, strengthen their coping skills, and make progress in overcoming their anxiety. With this approach, it is hoped that teenagers can build a strong foundation for their ongoing mental health.
Abstract:The purpose of this study is to investigate how organizational culture and workload affect the performance of functional Civil Servants (PNS) at the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) Secretariat of the Special…

Abstract:East Java Province is a region with significant economic contribution in Indonesia, occupying the third position nationally with a contribution of 14.26%. However, despite its rapid economic growth, East Java still faces…
welfare challenges, especially in terms of poverty which is still relatively high compared to other provinces on the island of Java. The poverty rate in East Java is on a downward trend, but it still remains above the national average. This condition indicates an imbalance in the welfare of the community in the East Java region. Welfare is measured based on the ability of the community to meet decent, healthy, and productive basic needs, with the Human Development Index (HDI) as one of the main indicators. HDI can measure human development achievements based on several basic components of quality of life, including the education dimension, the age and health dimension, and the standard of decent living. Therefore, the government needs to group regions with appropriate characteristics to make it easier to make policies. One of the statistical analyses that can be used in this study is cluster analysis. The results of this study are that East Java Province in 2023 shows a diversity of welfare indicators, such as TPT, HDI, and AHH, reflecting differences in economic, educational, and health conditions between regions. The cluster method with the best assessment in this study is the K-Means method with five clusters. The characteristics in clusters I and II tend to have low welfare, while clusters III, IV, and V show better welfare. The results of this study show a change in the number of clusters compared to previous research conducted by Muhammad Fikry Al Farizi et al. in 2022. The previous study produced four clusters using the average linkage method.

l be recognized by the world, one factor is how the majority of people in a country master, develop and utilize science and technology. The purpose of writing this literature review is none other than to explain in detail the development of individuals in facing developments in science, which has so far become a topic of discussion in the world of education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely research in the form of a literature study which aims to analyze, evaluate, identify, observe, find and determine relevant research topics. The results of data analysis conclude that science and technology are human achievements that must be utilized in understanding and practicing something. In line with this principle, science is actually a process experienced by individuals in their development. The poorer the knowledge, the narrower the insight in understanding something, the narrower a person's thinking about a science. In conclusion, development is a skill in the structure and function of the body or an increase in more complex abilities in a regular and predictable pattern as a result of experience and the maturation process. Development is also very closely related to social, motor, intellectual and emotional abilities. So it becomes very necessary how a learning design is formed to provide freedom to be creative on an ongoing basis in order to optimize and develop students work.
