Self-empowerment efforts have also been realized by groups of housewives who are PKM partners, consisting of three people joined in the "SMA HKBP" and three people from the "SMA HKBP" located in, Dolok Sanggul. The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1) help empower groups of housewives who desire to become entrepreneurs; 2) help PKM partners in creating skills and comfort in community life through entrepreneurship; 3) improve thinking, reading and writing skills or other skills such as internet use. The targets of this program are: 1) the formation of a new business in the field of handicrafts from rope or thread curry (macrame); 2) availability of production support tools to produce creative macramé products; 3) there is an increase in knowledge and skills in producing various types of creative macarame products and are in demand by consumers. The outputs of this program are: Entrepreneurship Module, Basic Financial Accounting Module, and Use of Technology, Information and Communication Module. The implementation method is carried out to achieve the purpose of community service through PKM activities through discussion methods, technical guidance/training, workshops, and mentoring. Through PKM activities, empowering partner groups to become entrepreneurs is expected to help empower groups of housewives who are PKM partners so that they can improve the welfare of families and surrounding communities in a concrete manner .

This was done to empower the densely populated SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Sanggul environment which has the potential to be used as a hotspot business. The method used was a direct practice method for students by implementing health protocols during the pandemic. In addition, a wireless-based network makes it easier for students to access the internet anywhere. The implementation of the network installation consists of several units of RJ-45 connectors on UTP cables, access point configuration, and Mikrotik hotspot server configuration. With the presence of a wireless network in the SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Sanggul environment, it will make it easier for students and teachers to access the internet. Ketidakstabilan arus daya dan rendahnya efisiensi konversi energi pada adaptor dapat mempercepat degradasi baterai sekaligus meningkatkan temperatur perangkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efisiensi arus daya adaptor terhadap daya tahan baterai dan suhu operasional laptop. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan meninjau artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi adaptor dipengaruhi oleh kualitas komponen internal, stabilitas tegangan output, serta desain rangkaian konversi AC-DC. Efisiensi yang rendah tidak hanya mengurangi waktu pakai baterai, tetapi juga menimbulkan panas berlebih akibat rugi daya (power losses). Dengan demikian, pemilihan adaptor yang tepat dan berkualitas menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga daya tahan baterai serta mengurangi risiko overheating pada laptop.

ripsi terdapat banyak kendala yang dilalui mahasiwa yakni masalah internal maupun masalah eksternal yang muncul salah satunya adalah kecemasan dan stres yang menyebabkan pola makan tidak teratur. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat kecemasan dan stress terhadap pola makan mahasiswa keperawatan tingkat akhir di universitas widya Nusantara palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner HARS (Hamilton Rating Scale For Anxiety), PSS-10 (Preceived Stress Scale) dan kuesioner Emotional Eating. Hasil penelitian yaitu tingkat kecemasan diperoleh nilai p=0.009, sedangkan tingkat stres diperoleh nilai p=0.002 nilai p kurang dari nilai a=0,05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu adanya Hubungan Tingat Kecemasan Dan Stres Terhadap Pola Makan Mahasiswa Keperawatan Tingkat Akhir di Universitas Widya Nusantara. Saran bagi Universitas Widya Nusantara agar dapat memberikan bimbingan kepada mahasiswa akhir dalam mengatasi kecemasan dan stres.

The data collection method used in this study is a data collection method using the library search method. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan memberikan solusi atas keterbatasan literasi digital guru di SD Brainfor Islamic School melalui pelatihan intensif pemanfaatan Generative AI. Fokus kegiatan meliputi penggunaan AI Teks (ChatGPT, Notion AI) untuk administrasi, serta AI Multimodal (Gemini AI, Canva AI, Suno AI) untuk pembuatan RPP, ilustrasi kelas, dan musik edukatif. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) yang terdiri dari tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan hands-on, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan lonjakan rata-rata pemahaman peserta dari 35% pada tahap pre-test menjadi 88% pada tahap post-test. Seluruh peserta berhasil menghemat 50% waktu penyusunan administrasi dan menghasilkan minimal satu produk media pembelajaran interaktif secara mandiri. Pemanfaatan AI terbukti mereduksi kebosanan belajar siswa dan sangat membantu guru berinovasi.
The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought massive transformation in various sectors, including education. Teachers are required to adapt to digital tools to create interactive learning environments for Generation Z and Alpha students. This Community Service (PkM) aims to provide a solution to the limited digital literacy of teachers at SD Brainfor Islamic School through intensive training on Generative AI. The focus includes the use of Text AI (ChatGPT, Notion AI) for administration, and Multimodal AI (Gemini AI, Canva AI, Suno AI) for creating lesson plans, class illustrations, and educational music. The implementation method uses the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) approach consisting of socialization, hands-on training, and evaluation stages. The results showed a surge in participants' average understanding from 35% in the pre-test to 88% in the post-test. All participants successfully saved 50% of their administration time and independently produced at least one interactive learning media product. The use of AI is proven to reduce student boredom and greatly helps teachers innovate.

This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. Data were analyzed using triangulation to ensure validity. The research results show that a strong and healthy company culture can increase employee achievement motivation. A company culture that is innovative, supportive and open to evaluation and attention to detail regarding employee needs, such as a safe and comfortable work environment, plays a role in creating creative, committed and motivated employees. PT United Tractors also shows that good company support, continuous employee training and development, as well as a fair and transparent performance appraisal system, can encourage employees to achieve higher achievements. These findings support the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and employee achievement motivation, that the stronger the company culture, the higher the employee achievement motivation.

Hal itu dikarenakan kurangnya skill yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa tidak memenuhi kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan sehingga terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara link and match. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penulis memberikan inovasi pembuatan aplikasi ERIN (Engineering Ready Industry). Aplikasi ini merupakan digitalisasi platform yang dirancang berbasis artificial intellegence. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah campuran dengan kuantitatif melalui survey pengisian angket dan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Hasil dari survey uji kepuasan didapat nilai 87,2% dari aspek kinerja dan 85,6% dari aspek manfaat. Diharapkan gagasan inovasi ini dapat memberikan bekal dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk meraih kesuksesan karir bagi mahasiswa, alumni, dan industri, tidak hanya di UNY melainkan di universitas lain juga.
Education plays an important role in shaping the quality of human resources in the digitalization era. The challenge in the digitalization era is how to increase student learning motivation with digital learning solutions through technology. The Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, needs a way to improve and prepare student competencies related to the skills needed in the world of work. This is because the lack of skills possessed by students does not meet the required qualifications so that there is a mismatch between link and match. To overcome this, the author provides an innovation in creating the ERIN (Engineering Ready Industry) application. This application is a digitalization platform designed based on artificial intelligence. The research method used is a mixture of quantitative through a questionnaire survey and qualitative descriptive with literature studies. The results of the satisfaction test survey obtained a value of 87.2% from the performance aspect and 85.6% from the benefit aspect. It is hoped that this innovation idea can provide provisions in preparing themselves to achieve career success for students, alumni, and industry, not only at UNY but also at other universities.
