and analyze effective technology adaptation strategies in improving Islamic boarding school quality management. The method used was a systematic literature review (SLR) and meta-analysis using the PRISMA protocol, resulting in 8 high-quality articles that met the inclusion criteria from a total of 578 articles identified. The research results show that technology adaptation strategies have a significant positive influence on Islamic boarding school quality management with a combined effect size of 0.65 (medium-strong category), with the strongest influence on financial management (d=0.83) and administrative efficiency (d=0.78). The three main patterns of technology implementation in Islamic boarding schools identified are the gradual digital transformation model, the selective adaptation model, and the comprehensive digital transformation model, with implementation success rates between 68-75%. This research recommends a gradual approach in implementing technology by considering the unique characteristics of Islamic boarding schools, developing human resource capacity through continuous digital literacy training, and establishing strategic collaborations with the government and private sector to overcome technological infrastructure limitations..

There are four competencies that must be possessed by a teacher, namely pedagogical, social, professional, and personality competencies. In this study focuses on the teacher's personality competence, where ustad is expected to have attitudes and behaviors that can be emulated by the students. Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad is a modern cottage that emphasizes Arabic and English in its daily conversation, and uses a curriculum using the term KMI (Kulliyatul Mu'alimin Al-Islamiyah) in its learning. This study aims to analyze how management at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad and how pesantren management in improving teacher competence at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad. The application of the Scrum method aims to ensure that the system development is structured, adaptive to change, and meets user needs. The e-attendance system has key features including multi-level authentication (admin, teacher, and principal), data management for students, teachers, classes, subjects, teaching schedules, semesters, attendance processes, reporting, and teacher performance monitoring. Testing was conducted using the blackbox testing method on eleven main modules. The test results showed that all system functions ran well without major errors. The system has been proven to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of attendance recording, as well as facilitate reporting. However, the system still has limitations, such as dependence on an internet connection and lack of integration with other systems.

the student digital card and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its implementation at Hidsam Mart Cooperative, Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School, Samarinda. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, with data analyzed through the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings indicate that the student digital card is easy to understand, operate, access, and learn, thereby accelerating transaction processes, improving service efficiency, and supporting more systematic financial record-keeping. The main obstacles identified include technical disruptions, network limitations, and the absence of independent features for checking account balances and transaction histories. The novelty of this study lies in its specific analysis of the ease of use of student digital cards within the context of an Islamic boarding school cooperative by emphasizing user experience as the primary basis for evaluating the implementation of a digital transaction system. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of digital transaction services in Islamic boarding school environments.

Through the implementation of an Islamic-based economic system, a social system based on Islam, and a political system that breathes the spirit of Islamic values, successful social, economic, and political transformation in Indonesia can be realized. Universal Islamic values such as moderation, humanity, justice, deliberation, public benefit, unity, honesty, discipline, and tolerance are the basis for the development of various systems in Indonesia. As a concrete step, the community service team compiled a Marriage Preparation handbook that is relevant to santri, made in a practical manner and equipped with attractive pictures. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR). This community service activity was carried out at the Irsyaduth Tholabah Islamic Boarding School in Bojonegoro and was attended by 55 santri consisting of male and female santri aged 17-22 years. The results of the community service showed that 49% of participants fully understood the material in the Marriage Preparation handbook that had been disseminated, and 82% of participants stated that this activity was very useful and served as a guideline for them before getting married. Through this community service, it is hoped that divorce among students can be avoided.

Abstrak: Pernikahan santri memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi role model dan dianggap sebagai panutan potensial dalam pernikahan oleh masyarakat, karena tidak hanya berlandaskan pada ketentuan hukum, tetapi juga berakar kuat pada nilai-nilai agama. Sebagai langkah konkrit, tim pengabdian menyusun handbook Persiapan Nikah yang relevan bagi santri, dibuat secara praktis dan dilengkapi dengan gambar menarik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu participatory Action Research (PAR). Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Pesantren Irsyaduth Tholabah Bojonegoro dan diikuti oleh 55 santri yang terdiri dari santri putra dan santri putri dengan rentang usia 17-22 tahun. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa 49% peserta sangat paham dengan materi handbook Persiapan Nikah yang telah disosialisasikan dan 82% peserta menyatakan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dan menjadi pedoman bagi mereka sebelum melangsungkan pernikahan. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan perceraian di kalangan santri dapat terhindari.

The evaluation results show that although the introduction of technology has been in accordance with management needs, it is still necessary to improve digital literacy and develop a more attractive learning platform. This PKM program has a desire to carry out future cooperation in the form of knowledge exchange for the development of pesantren to become more modern, structured and advanced.

Abstrak: Dilatarbelakangi oleh penurunan jumlah santri baru dan keinginan yayasan untuk modernisasi, program ini menyasar kendala-kendala seperti pembatasan penggunaan elektronik, keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, dan kemampuan teknis pendidik yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode pemaparan teoritis, dan diskusi interaktif untuk memberikan pandangan baru tentang transformasi pembelajaran dengan tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai kepesantrenan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa meski pengenalan teknologi telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan manajemen, masih diperlukan peningkatan literasi digital dan pengembangan platform pembelajaran yang lebih atraktif. Program PKM ini memiliki keinginan yaitu dapat melaksanakan kerjasamkdepannya dalam bentuk pertukaran ilmu untuk pengembangan pesantren menjadi lebih modern, terstruktur dan maju.

This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the students through training in processing coconut fiber waste into cocopeat using a chopping machine. This cocopeat product can be used as an organic planting medium. This training was held at the Al Mimbar boarding school in Jombang, East Java, which can create an alternative source of income for the boarding school and foster environmental awareness among students. The methods used in this training include socialization and hands-on practice in making cocopeat. The results of this activity show that the students are increasingly aware of the environment, are able to process coconut fiber waste into quality cocopeat, and understand the economic value of the product as well as the market potential that can be utilized by the pesantren to get additional sources of funding from the sales of cocopeat. Thus, this program can be the first step for pesantren in developing sustainable environment-based businesses, as well as making a positive contribution to improving the local economy.

Abstrak: Serabut kelapa atau sabut kelapa adalah bagian luar dari buah kelapa yang sering dianggap sebagai limbah setelah diambil daging dan airnya. Tanpa pengolahan yang tepat, serabut kelapa dibuang akan menumpuk di lingkungan sekitar sehingga menciptakan sejumlah masalah lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para santri melalui pelatihan pengolahan limbah serabut kelapa menjadi cocopeat dengan menggunakan mesin pencacah. Produk cocopeat ini dapat digunakan sebagai media tanam organik. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan di pondok pesantren Al Mimbar Jombang Jawa Timur yang dapat menciptakan sumber pendapatan alternatif bagi pesantren dan menumbuhkan kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan santri. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi sosialisasi dan praktek langsung pembuatan cocopeat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa para santri semakin sadar akan lingkungan, mampu mengolah limbah serabut kelapa menjadi cocopeat berkualitas, dan memahami nilai ekonomis dari produk tersebut serta potensi pasar yang dapat dimanfaatkan pesantren mendapatkan tambahan sumber pendanaan dari pendapat penjualan cocopeat. Dengan demikian, program ini dapat menjadi langkah awal bagi pesantren dalam mengembangkan usaha berbasis lingkungan yang berkelanjutan, serta memberikan kontribusi positif bagi peningkatan perekonomian lokal.
