e same foundation. The ABC Islamic boarding school also applies information technology as a companion to its operational activities. The large number of employees and teachers in Islamic boarding schools, junior high schools and senior high schools creates difficulties in the staffing division for management. The management method that is currently running in the personnel department is deemed insufficient, because the existing information technology to support their work has not yet functioned optimally to support the strategy. The zachman framework is chosen so that planning is carried out in strategic steps, easy to understand and can be a control for future information system development. The results of this research are in the form of a blueprint for the system design which is mapped in the form of a Zachman matrix from the perspective of the Planner and Owner.

Abstrak: Pondok pesantren ABC merupakan salah satu Pondok Pesantren yang ada di Kabupaten Madiun, selain pondok pesantren di lingkungan ponpes tersebut juga terdapat SMP dan SMA yang dinaungi satu yayasan yang sama. Pondok pesantren ABC juga menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai salah satu pendamping kegiatan operasional nya. Banyaknya karyawan dan guru yang terdapat di pondok pesantren, SMP dan SMA menimbulkan kesulitan pada bagian kepegawaian untuk pengelolaannya. Cara pengelolaan yang sedang berjalan di bagian kepegawaian dirasa tidak lagi mencukupi, karena teknologi informasi yang ada untuk menunjang pekerjaan mereka belum berfungsi optimal sebagai pendukung strategi. Kerangka kerja zachman dipilih agar perencanaan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yang strategis, mudah dipahami dan bisa menjadi kontrol untuk pengembangan sistem informasi ke depan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa blue print rancangan sistem yang dipetakan didalam bentuk matrik Zachman yang dilihat dari sudut pandang Planner dan Owner.

The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach method, by describing or describing the results of the research carried out such as interviews, observations and documentation. The population in this study is all students and teachers in the Ar-raudhoh Islamic boarding school. while the sample in this study was a total of 5 informants who were believed to have the information needed and could represent from the population. The results of this study are 1) preparation for the implementation of simaan at the Ar-raudhoh Islamic boarding school, namely by repeating memorization as often as possible and for a long time. 2) the implementation of the simaan method in the Ar-raudhoh islamic boarding school is a.simaan weekly, b.simaan semester, c.simaan memorization even 5, 10,15, 20, 25 juz, d.simaan kubro is simaan 30 juz in one sitting. 3) the simaan method can improve the memorization of the Qur'an in the Ar-raudhoh islamic boarding school by careful and continuous preparation, but if the simaan method is not done with istiqomah, then memorization will not be maintained. 4) Tahsin can improve the memorization of the Qur'an in terms of minimizing mistakes, because in Tahsin reading the Qur'an must be done carefully, because if ignored it will cause a change in meaning. 5) driving factors in carrying out simaan methods such as: giving motivation, giving memorization targets, desires from oneself and others. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka digunakan untuk menggali data empiris dan mendukung analisis berbasis teori pendidikan karakter dan manajemen pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sekolah di GIBS berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal seperti gotong royong, tanggung jawab, sopan santun, dan kejujuran dalam kurikulum, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan pembiasaan harian siswa. Program seperti kerja bakti, musyawarah, seni tradisional, dan pengabdian masyarakat secara efektif membentuk karakter siswa yang berakar pada budaya lokal dan nilai-nilai Islam. Evaluasi rutin, pelibatan orang tua, dan keterlibatan komunitas lokal menjadi faktor pendukung keberlanjutan program ini. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa hambatan, seperti pengaruh budaya modern yang mengurangi minat siswa terhadap nilai-nilai lokal, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan kurangnya pelatihan guru terkait kearifan lokal. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan penguatan inovasi program melalui teknologi, peningkatan kolaborasi dengan komunitas, dan pengembangan sistem evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi kebijakan pendidikan, khususnya dalam mendukung integrasi kearifan lokal sebagai komponen utama pembinaan karakter di sekolah. Using a qualitative case study approach with in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis at several pioneering Eco-Pesantrens, this research identifies key leadership paradigms, decision-making processes, and implementation strategies. Findings reveal that successful integration creates a holistic leadership model that aligns spiritual, educational, and environmental objectives. Leaders act as transformative agents, internalizing eco-Islamic theology into institutional policies, curricula, and community practices. The study concludes that the Eco-Pesantren leadership model offers a significant framework for sustainable community development rooted in local religious wisdom. It recommends further development of this paradigm for broader application in Islamic educational institutions and communities facing environmental challenges.

The method used is normative legal research with a case study approach and a conceptual approach, utilizing secondary data from legal literature, journals, and bullying cases at the Al-Azhar Janapria Islamic Boarding School in Central Lombok. The results indicate that bullying behavior can be explained through strain theory, differential association theory, social control theory, and labeling theory. Bullying is influenced by faulty social learning processes, weak social control, and the application of negative labels. Criminogenic factors include the social environment, the individual, peers, and the family. Prevention efforts need to be carried out comprehensively through synergy between families, schools, and the community to create a safe and violence-free educational environment.

Meanwhile, the management of productive endowments at the Nahdlatul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School through the mini market Aminah demonstrates productive management of productive endowments on endowed assets, namely the Mini Market Aminah, which is categorised as moderately productive with significant income growth from May to December 2023 and May to December 2024. Each portion of the income from productive endowments at the three boarding schools has a designated allocation for utilisation. On the other hand, development aspects are not being implemented at the pond managed by the al-Irsyad Foundation.
