n financial management, this training aims to provide an in-depth understanding of how to build a new business in terms of financial management so that the business can run effectively. This activity considers the limited resources often faced by new businesses, such as limited budgets and lack of experience in financial administration issues. To overcome this gap, this accounting training uses an Android platform-based application, namely the SME Accounting Application from developer Wiinfeel. Thus, SMEs can get updated financial accounting knowledge as well as improve the skills of recording financial transactions so that their digital financial literacy level increases. The results of this training received a very positive response from the participants because they could gain new understanding and experience related to basic financial concepts and effective financial management techniques. And as much as possible they want similar activities to be carried out on an ongoing basis in the future.

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of educational access and learner participation through the equivalency education program at PKBM Minda Utama, Bandung City. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving PKBM managers, tutors, and learners. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that educational access was strengthened through flexible learning schedules, simplified administrative requirements, and continuous program socialization to the community. Learner participation was reflected in active engagement during learning activities, supported by communicative, contextual, and needs-based learning approaches. The success of the program was supported by managerial commitment, tutor competence, and increasing public awareness of the importance of education, while economic constraints, work demands, and limited facilities remained challenges. The study concludes that educational access and learner participation are interrelated dimensions that determine the success of equivalency education programs. Therefore, strengthening both dimensions should be viewed as an integrated effort to improve the effectiveness of equivalency education and support lifelong learning

tourism management largely depends on the capacity of human resources and local institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of community-based nature tourism management training in improving individual capacities and strengthening the institutional capacity of the Giri Puspa Forest Farmer Group (Kelompok Tani Hutan/KTH) as the manager of Lembah Puspa Educamp in West Bandung Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Research informants consisted of the group leader, management board members, KTH members, training facilitators, and tourism development partners selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the training contributed significantly to improving participants’ competencies in tour guiding, visitor services, tourism safety, environmental interpretation, and digital marketing. Furthermore, the training strengthened institutional capacity through enhanced coordination, task distribution, member participation, and collective decision-making processes. The program also supported the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) principles, as reflected in increased community involvement in tourism management and destination development. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limited funding, inadequate supporting facilities, and unequal competency levels among group members. The study concludes that training serves as a strategic instrument for community empowerment and institutional strengthening to support sustainable community-based nature tourism management

emasyarakatan secara tegas mengamanatkan bahwa setiap warga binaan berhak mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang setara dengan standar nasional, realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan tenaga medis, lemahnya sosialisasi regulasi kepada pelaksana di level operasional, prosedur birokrasi yang belum sepenuhnya disesuaikan dengan regulasi terbaru, serta melemahnya jejaring pendampingan dari lembaga swadaya masyarakat menjadi hambatan nyata dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pemasyarakatan dalam pemenuhan hak pelayanan kesehatan warga binaan dengan HIV/AIDS di Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Jakarta menggunakan model implementasi kebijakan George C. Edwards III. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap 13 informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi telah berjalan, namun belum optimal, dengan dimensi disposisi menjadi kekuatan utama, sementara keterbatasan tenaga medis dan kesenjangan sosialisasi regulasi menjadi hambatan paling kritis. Melalui empat dimensi Edwards III, yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi celah sekaligus kekuatan dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan agar warga binaan dengan HIV/AIDS dapat memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan yang manusiawi dan bermartabat.

The implementation of correctional policy faces ongoing systemic obstacles in fulfilling the health service rights of inmates with HIV/AIDS. Despite Law Number 22 of 2022 on Corrections mandating equivalent health services for inmates, practical challenges persist, including a shortage of medical personnel, inadequate dissemination of regulations, misaligned bureaucratic procedures, and limited support from non-governmental organizations. This study argues that these barriers significantly hinder the realization of humane and dignified health services for inmates with HIV/AIDS. Using George C. Edwards III's policy implementation model, the study examines these issues at the Class IIA Narcotics Correctional Institution in Jakarta. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, it draws on in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis with 13 informants. Findings indicate that while policy implementation is underway, it is not yet fully optimal; disposition emerges as a strength, but medical resource limitations and weak regulatory communication remain significant barriers. Through Edwards III’s four dimensions—communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure—the study identifies gaps and strengths to guide more effective health service delivery for inmates with HIV/AIDS.

Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.

eading worksheet, sourced from 20 ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan. Techniques for collecting data included distributing questionnaires, conducting interviews, and documentation. Instruments used were interview sheets, printed documents, and questionnaires. This study involved six key stages of Borg and Gall method, which included: gathering data and information, analyzing the data, designing the product, expert validation, revising and finalizing the product. The result of gathering and analyzing data showed that students had low interest in descriptive reading text due to monotonous and unvaried worksheets. This data identified students’ necessity (85%), lacks (55%) and wants (65%) for an interactive worksheet, engaging worksheet to develop reading understanding. The material designing and revising stage resulted in the Topworksheet Web, which consists of interactive descriptive reading practices, utilizing Canva-based visualization and educational games, including a glossary and word search. The expert validation involved a lecturer and a teacher, was 87.2%, and 98.4%, achieving an "Excellent" category. Based on the high validation scores from the experts, it can be concluded that the final product, the Topworksheet Web, is a highly appropriate and effective students' descriptive reading worksheet tailored to the specific needs of students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki berbagai tantangan etika sosial yang muncul terkait dengan pemakaian media sosial dan merumuskan solusi yang dapat dilaksanakan oleh individu, masyarakat, institusi pendidikan, pemerintah, serta penyedia platform media sosial. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode tinjauan pustaka, mengacu pada cara yang diterapkan untuk menggali informasi dan pengetahuan yang bersumber dari referensi buku, jurnal dan artikel yang relevan dengan etika komunikasi serta pemanfaatan media sosial pada era digital. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya tantangan dalam etika sosial yang paling penting dalam media sosial meliputi penyebaran informasi yang tidak benar serta hoaks, anonimitas yang mengurangi rasa tanggung jawab, meningkatnya ujaran kebencian dan perundungan siber, serta hilangnya rasa empati dalam komunikasi digital. Banyak pengguna media sosial yang tidak menyadari bahwa tindakan mereka, serta unggahan dan komentar yang dibuat, dapat berdampak pada orang lain dan masyarakat secara umum. The findings indicate that active parental involvement, through the application of moral values, behavioral modeling, and open communication, significantly contributes to children's emotional, social, and academic development. The research reveals that children receiving adequate spiritual education are likely to possess better psychological resilience and more mature interpersonal skills. Although challenges such as economic pressures and time constraints hinder spiritual education at home, support from educational institutions and collaboration with the community can enhance its efficacy. The implications of this research highlight the importance of strengthening parental roles in spiritual education to shape children's character and moral identity, as well as to prepare them for future challenges. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of educational policies that emphasize parental involvement in supporting children's spiritual education.

A descriptive qualitative approach was applied with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The main informants consisted of program officers, while additional informants were farmers selected using the snowball sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman with the assistance of NVivo software to facilitate thematic coding and data triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the Integrated Service Vehicle Program has generally achieved its objectives by providing animal health services, extension activities, and technical assistance to farmers in remote areas. However, several challenges remain, including limited resources, inconsistent scheduling, and insufficient public outreach. Based on the SWOT analysis, the recommended improvement strategies focus on enhancing coordination, strengthening staff capacity, utilizing information technology, and expanding service coverage. These findings are expected to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of the Integrated Service Vehicle Program under the Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of Blitar Regency.

Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with the CIPP evaluation model, Bygrave’s 10D framework, and the KSA model, data were collected by interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed thematically. Findings indicate the program is generally effective: it addresses members’ real needs, engages competent facilitators despite limited resources, promotes participatory learning, and generates positive impacts on mindset, business practices, and networks. Key entrepreneurial traits—Dreams, Doers, and Destiny—showed significant growth, while financial literacy (Dollars) remained a challenge. Competencies improved across knowledge, practical and digital marketing skills, and attitudes such as confidence, discipline, and adaptability. Overall, the forum demonstrates effectiveness as a community-based entrepreneurship development model that strengthens the local MSME ecosystem.
