Harold Lasswell described communication as a process that can be explained through the following questions: “who says what in which channel to whom with what effect?” This question highlights the complexity of communication within an organization, which is also relevant for study in organizations such as the Student Representative Council of Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya, especially in the context of significant changes that are taking place. This study aims to understand the dynamics of communication in the cadre training process between the management and members of the organization. The primary focus of the research is to explore how communication occurs between the management and members during cadre training activities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, along with data collection techniques involving interviews and documentation. To ensure data validity, the researcher employs triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The findings of the study show that communication in the cadre training process is divided into two categories: internal and external communication. Internal communication involves interactions between the management and members within the organization, with freedom in conveying information between leaders, managers, and members. Meanwhile, external communication focuses on the relationship between the organization and other institutions, to convey aspirations in accordance with its tasks and authority. Additionally, the cadre system in this organization combines both formal and informal training, although there are differences in how each faculty representative conducts cadre training. Overall, this organization is able to implement a more optimal cadre system, especially in preparing the core management.

The purpose of writing this literature review is none other than to explain in detail the development of individuals in facing developments in science, which has so far become a topic of discussion in the world of education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely research in the form of a literature study which aims to analyze, evaluate, identify, observe, find and determine relevant research topics. The results of data analysis conclude that science and technology are human achievements that must be utilized in understanding and practicing something. In line with this principle, science is actually a process experienced by individuals in their development. The poorer the knowledge, the narrower the insight in understanding something, the narrower a person's thinking about a science. In conclusion, development is a skill in the structure and function of the body or an increase in more complex abilities in a regular and predictable pattern as a result of experience and the maturation process. Development is also very closely related to social, motor, intellectual and emotional abilities. So it becomes very necessary how a learning design is formed to provide freedom to be creative on an ongoing basis in order to optimize and develop students work.

Kegiatan Psikoedukasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan intervensi berupa pelatihan Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) sebagai metode praktis dalam membantu guru mengelola stres secara mandiri. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi-eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test terhadap 11 guru di SD Negeri Mamajang II Kota Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) dan dianalisis dengan uji Paired Sample t-Test melalui SPSS versi 26. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata stres partisipan menurun dari 24,91 menjadi 17,64 setelah mengikuti pelatihan EFT. Selain itu, tidak ada lagi partisipan yang berada pada kategori stres tinggi setelah intervensi, dan sebagian besar mengalami penurunan ke kategori stres sedang dan rendah. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa EFT efektif sebagai strategi psikoedukatif dalam mengurangi stres guru dan dapat diterapkan dalam program kesejahteraan mental di lingkungan pendidikan dasar.

Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan komunkasi yang semakin cepat ditandai dengan kehadiran media internet yang telah mempermudah manusia untuk menyebarluaskan dan menerima/mencari informasi tanpa terikat batas negara dalam lingkup internasional. Kini manusia sudah hidup dalam kepraktisan mengingat sarana komunikasi semakin modern sebagai penunjang segala kegiatan telah tersedia, bahka kehadiran media internet mampu menyediakan data berbagai ragam informasi, mulai dari politik, ekonomi, social, budaya dan sebagainya cukup melalui search engine (mesin pencari) maka informasi yang dibutuhkan akan didapatkan. Bahkan melalui internet, informasi untuk kehidupan pribadi bisa diperoleh seperti kesehatan, rekreasi, hobi, pengembangan pribadi, rohani dan lainnya. Tetapi ada bagian lain yang perlu dipahami bahwa kehadiran media internet dengan tawaran atau pilihan beragam situs dengan keleluasaan akses seperti pedang bermata dua, di satu sisi bisa membawa dampak positif dan di sisi lain berdampak negatif. fiscal decentralization in promoting regional financial autonomy in Indonesia. The analysis compares the effectiveness of fiscal decentralization policies in fostering financial independence across various regions in the country. Fiscal decentralization has demonstrated positive impacts by granting regions greater freedom to determine development priorities and explore funding sources. Regions with strong economic potential and natural resources can increase their locally generated revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah or PAD) to support development. However, this policy also creates disparities among regions, where wealthier regions manage their finances independently while poorer regions remain reliant on central government transfers. Moreover, limited managerial capacity in some regions hampers the policy's effectiveness. Fiscal decentralization can strengthen regional financial independence if accompanied by enhanced financial management capacity and fiscal policy adjustments.

Recognized as an essential human right, freedom of expression is explicitly protected by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The focus of this research is to examine the legal norms governing freedom of expression, which include provisions such as Article 28E paragraph (3) and Article 19 of the Constitution 1945, as well as other statutory regulations. The research results show that freedom of expression is recognized as an inalienable right by the state and is one of the foundations for the realization of a just and democratic society. Although freedom of expression is guaranteed by the constitution, this research also highlights the obstacles and challenges in its implementation. In Indonesia, challenges arise in navigating diverse interpretations of freedom of expression, with concerns about potential exploitation by entities harming public interest. Striking a balance between freedom of expression and societal stability/security is deemed crucial. The research aims to better understand the complexity of freedom of expression within the country's constitutional law and its role in promoting equality. This research aims to find useful insights for creating better policies. These policies should strike a good balance between individual freedom and public interest, ultimately fostering a fair and democratic society.
