able energy sectors. Potential synergies often justify acquisition premiums ranging from approximately 15% to 40% above target companies’ market values. However, market responses suggest that such premiums may not consistently result in value creation for acquiring firms' shareholders. Empirical findings reveal mixed outcomes: Sun Pharma’s acquisition of Ranbaxy led to a 9.8% share price increase within five days, while Tata Steel’s high-premium acquisition of Bhushan Steel saw only a 1.7% gain. In contrast, deals like Reliance–Future Retail and Tata Power–Welspun Power showed minimal or negative returns, despite sizable premiums. These patterns indicate that premium size alone is not a reliable predictor of post-deal shareholder wealth creation. The study concludes that M&A success depends more on strategic fit, market timing, and sectoral dynamics than on the premium offered. This analysis contributes to the broader M&A discourse by offering evidence-based insights into how premium valuations can either maximise or dilute shareholder value, aiding investors, corporate strategists, and policy analysts in deal assessment

rch collected data from 100 samples determined based on the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that all independent variables had a significant impact on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the reliability of the research instrument. The regression model indicated that an increase in the variables of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style was positively associated with an improvement in employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 31% indicated that independent variables influenced 31% of the variance in employee performance, while the rest was influenced by other factors.This research confirms that education and training are important for improving the quality and performance of employees. Work motivation significantly affects performance, and effective leadership style positively contributes to employee performance. In conclusion, Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style collectively and partially have a significant impact on the performance of female ASN employees in the city of Makassar.

ts. The absence of a racking system and clear classification of goods has caused the storage, retrieval, and work safety processes to not run efficiently. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The tata letak design was carried out by implementing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) methods, then tested through simulations using FlexSim software with two operator scenarios. The simulation results showed that the proposed alternative tata letak design was able to improve the workflow by grouping goods into seven categories and arranging shelves based on the level of proximity of activities. However, the utilization rate of operators is still relatively low, namely 17.65% and 19.78%, due to the periodic pattern of goods arrival and efficient search times due to a more structured storage system. These findings indicate opportunities for human resource optimization through reducing the number of operators or adjusting workloads. The resulting tata letak design makes a practical contribution to improving warehouse space efficiency and operations, and can be used as a reference for applications for companies with similar characteristics.

The purpose of the community service conducted by the KKM 41group students of Universitas Bina Bangsa, is to convey the knowledge they have acquired at the campus. The method used in this service is to educate elementary school students about affixes to improve their Indonesian language skills. The result of this service is that the students have a better understanding of learning affixes and practice directly by taking a test to assess their knowledge, with the test results being excellent.

The activity also produced normative recommendations in the form of a draft regulatory formulation, covering violation classification, types of administrative sanctions, sanction procedures, and appeal mechanisms. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosal Instagram dengan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa Psikologi Kristen IAKN Kupang Angkatan 2025, yang dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena lapangan dimana sebagian mahasiswa mengalami penurunan kepercayaan diri akibat social comparison ketika melihat unggahan teman yang tampak lebih berprestasi, sementara sebagian lainnya justru merasa lebih percaya diri melalui ekspresi diri dan validasi sosial di Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, melibatkan 30 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner skala Likert empat pilihan jawaban. Uji validitas menghasilkan 34 butir valid dari 40 butir, dan uji reliabilitas menghasilkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,971 yang tergolong sangat reliabel. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20 menunjukkan nilai koefisien signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,01), yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan, positif, dan kuat antara kedua variabel, sehingga semakin tinggi intensitas penggunaan Instagram maka semakin tinggi pula kepercayaan diri mahasiswa. Temuan ini konsisten dengan penelitian Banoet dkk.(2025) dari Psikologi Undana Kupang, Oktaviani dkk. (2023), dan Dalila (2022), dan mengimplikasikan bahwa Instagram di lingkungan IAKN Kupang berfungsi sebagai media ekspresi diri dan validasi sosial yang konstruktif, sehingga program literasi digital perlu diarahkan pada pembimbingan pola penggunaan yang sehat dan bertanggung jawab.

Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang menampilkan 20 butir pernyataan untuk setiap variabel. Uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa semua butir pernyataan adalah valid (r hitung > r tabel = 0,334), dan uji reliabilitas memperoleh skor Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,968 yang tergolong sangat dapat diandalkan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana menggunakan software SPSS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan diri memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kecemasan akademik pada mahasiswa tahun pertama, dengan nilai koefisien regresi (B) sebesar 0,519, dan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,420 yang menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan diri dapat menjelaskan 42,0% variasi kecemasan akademik. Sisa 58,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

In the human lifespan, adulthood plays an important role as a phase in which individuals experience various changes and adjustments. In this developmental process, several possible behavioral changes are very influential, including hedonism. The view of hedonism is often associated with consumptive and hedonistic behavior. People who adhere to hedonism will always seek ways to obtain pleasure, whether material, physical, or spiritual pleasure. Related to the increasingly advanced world of education, various learning models are implemented as an effort to adapt to the times. One of them is the deep learning learning model, deep learning is a pedagogical approach that focuses on understanding substantial concepts in depth, not just the breadth of material, through meaningful, conscious, and enjoyable (holistic) learning experiences. This study aims to analyze how hedonism in the application of the deep learning learning model influences the development of students' early adulthood, using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show a significant influence between hedonistic attitudes in the application of deep learning and early adulthood development, as seen through observations and interviews conducted directly during the learning process. One observation revealed that students appeared relaxed and enjoyed group assignments, as some paid to be relieved of responsibility for completing them.
