g a qualitative approach with literature study methods and content analysis, this research examines literature related to the problems of Islamic religious education in schools. The research results identified six main challenges: limited infrastructure, inadequate conditions in rural schools, lack of technology-based learning media, lagging behind in the development of science and technology, use of traditional learning methods, and weak quality of human resources in mastering learning technology. In conclusion, the transformation of Islamic education in the Society 5.0 era requires improving the quality of human resources in learning technology, the use of digital books and technology-based learning media. Systematic efforts are needed to overcome the technology gap and increase the competitiveness of Islamic education in this era.

This Community Service activity aims to enhance civil servants' understanding of the strategic position of Mental Revolution in bureaucratic reform through the lens of Public Value Governance. The method used is participatory advocacy through material presentation and Focused Group Discussion (FGD) involving the Government Division, Inspectorate, and Organization and Management Division of the Jayapura City Regional Secretariat. The results showed an increase in collective understanding among civil servants regarding the importance of behavioral transformation for substantive public services. The concrete output of this activity is the presentation of strategic recommendations containing proposals for the 2025-2030 Mental Revolution roadmap and the reorientation of training curricula based on local competencies. In conclusion, strengthening integrity, work ethic, and mutual cooperation through this approach serves as a strategic foundation to reinforce governance and increase public value in Jayapura City.

Abstrak: Indeks Reformasi Birokrasi (IRB) Kota Jayapura tahun 2024 yang berada pada kategori "CC" mencerminkan belum optimalnya manajemen ASN dan kualitas pelayanan publik, yang berakar pada lemahnya budaya kerja dan kapasitas organisasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman ASN mengenai posisi strategis Revolusi Mental dalam reformasi birokrasi melalui lensa Public Value Governance. Metode yang digunakan adalah advokasi partisipatif melalui paparan materi dan diskusi terfokus (Focused Group Discussion) yang melibatkan Bagian Pemerintahan, Inspektorat, dan Bagian Organisasi dan Tata Laksana Sekretariat Daerah Kota Jayapura. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman kolektif ASN mengenai pentingnya transformasi perilaku untuk pelayanan publik substantif. Output nyata kegiatan ini berupa paparan rekomendasi strategis terkait roadmap Revolusi Mental ASN 2025-2030 dan reorientasi kurikulum diklat berbasis kompetensi lokal. Kesimpulannya, penguatan integritas, etos kerja, dan gotong royong melalui pendekatan ini menjadi fondasi strategis untuk memperkuat tata kelola dan meningkatkan nilai publik di Kota Jayapura.

The process of cultivating character must be adapted to the stages of student development and the times, so that integrating it into interactive teaching materials will be preferred by students, students can more easily understand the material and have skills that are balanced between science and technology and IMTAQ. To realize this, teachers are required to be able to integrate it into PBM such as teaching materials. However, the facts on the ground show that teachers in partner schools do not really understand the context of character building and apply it to teaching materials. The purpose of this activity is to increase teacher knowledge and skills in designing and integrating character education in digital teaching materials. This service activity is carried out through lecture methods, outreach, training, and discussions involving approximately 17 elementary school teachers. The results of the activity show that in general the teacher already knows the concept of character education, examples of assistive applications in making teaching materials and teachers have been able to design and integrate character education into teaching materials in accordance with the subjects being taught which are then ready to be made into digital teaching materials

Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu upaya revolusi mental yang dilakukan untuk menanamkan karakter pada siswa. Guru memegang peranan penting dalam menghasilkan generasi yang berkarakter dan berakhlak mulia, tidak terkecuali guru SD. Penanaman karakter sejak usia dini diharapkan mampu memperkuat pondasi dalam membangun bangsa. Proses penanaman karakter harus disesuaikan dengan tahap perkembangan siswa dan perkembangan zaman, sehingga mengintegrasikannya ke dalam bahan ajar interaktif akan lebih disukai siswa, siswa lebih mudah memahami materi dan memiliki keterampilan yang seimbang antara IPTEK dan IMTAQ. Untuk mewujudkan hal ini guru dituntut mampu mengintergasikannya ke dalam PBM seperti bahan ajar. Namun, fakta dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di sekolah mitra belum terlalu memahami konteks pendidikan karakter serta menerapkannya ke dalam bahan ajar. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam mendesain serta mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dalam bahan ajar digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan diskusi dengan melibatkan lebih kurang 17 orang guru SD. Adapun hasil kegiatan menunjukkan secara garis besar guru sudah mengetahui konsep pendidikan karakter, contoh aplikasi bantu dalam membuat bahan ajar dan guru telah mampu mendesain serta mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter ke dalam bahan ajar sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu yang kemudian siap untuk dibuat ke dalam bahan ajar digital.

Abstrak: Dengan hadirnya Revolusi Industri 4.0, teknologi digital dan internet menjadi tulang punggung teknologi, salah satunya media sosial. Berbagai jenis media sosial populer, seperti Twitter, Facebook, dan instagram, memiliki fungsi dan tujuan yang berbeda. Marketplace adalah platform media sosial yang memiliki banyak keuntungan jika digunakan dengan benar. Pedagang dapat menjual barangnya secara online di marketplace dengan memberikan foto dan deskripsi yang jelas. Selain itu metode pembayaran yang dilakukan di marketplace rata-rata setelah barang sampai mereka membayar atau banyak yang menyebutnya COD (cash on delivery). Namun, semuanya berubah akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pembatasan protokol kesehatan yang dilakukan pemerintah berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pembinaan pada Sekolah Hang Nadim Batam. Metode yang dilakukan dengan melakukan survey selanjutnya pelatihan dan terakhir evaluasi. Hasil dari pengbadian ini didapat bahwa siswa-siswa 80% bisa mengerti dengan teknologi digital marketing.

The methods used in this training were preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Preparations were made so that the implementation of the activity runs smoothly. The activities are carried out online with the Zoom application. The evaluation of participants was conducted by distributing questionnaires. The results were used to evaluate the implementation of the program by the team. In general, the tenants of the Faculty of Bioindustry had benefited from the training provided by PPKWB. Tenants are very satisfied with the topics given, the delivery method, and the general implementing activities process. The technical obstacles faced during the program were the timeliness of implementation, unstable network, and insufficient technical equipment for participants.

Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Persiapan dilakukan agar pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara online melalui aplikasi zoom. Evaluasi terhadap peserta dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner dan hasilnya dijadikan dasar untuk evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan oleh tim. The main obstacle faced is that students are less capable to create and deliver presentation content. Therefore, it is necessary to provide insight about presentation ability and the use of technology to make presentations. The activity began by compiling a training module on using Explaindio Video Creator to make explainer video. Training is provided in the form of tutorials and workshops, so students can directly practice the material being discussed. Before and after the training, pre-test and post-test was conducted to test the students' understanding of the presentation using an explainer video. The results found that the average participants before attending this training did not understand the presentation technique and did not know about the presentation assisted by explainer video. After attending the training, the average participants have already understood the presentation techniques and already known about the presentation assisted by explainer video and made it on their own.

Abstrak: Revolusi Industri 4.0 ditandai dengan kemajuan dan perubahan teknologi yang pesat di berbagai bidang, tidak terkecuali bidang pendidikan. Untuk menyongsong era Revolusi Industri 4.0, kurikulum pembelajaran di sekolah harus mengikuti kemajuan teknologi. Guru mata pelajaran umumnya memberikan tugas kelompok untuk dipresentasikan oleh siswa-siswi. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah siswa-siswi kurang mampu membuat dan menyampaikan konten presentasi. Karena itu, perlu adanya pemberian wawasan terkait kemampuan presentasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk melakukan presentasi. Kegiatan dimulai dengan menyusun modul pelatihan mengenai penggunaan Explaindio Video Creator untuk mengembangkan explainer video. Pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk tutorial dan workshop, sehingga siswa-siswi bisa mempraktikkan secara langsung materi yang dibahas. Sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, dilakukan pre-test dan post-test untuk menguji pemahaman siswa-siswi terkait presentasi dengan menggunakan explainer video. Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa rata-rata peserta sebelum mengikuti pelatihan ini belum memahami tentang teknik presentasi serta belum mengetahui tentang bantuan presentasi dengan menggunakan explainer video. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, rata-rata peserta sudah dapat memahami tentang teknik presentasi serta sudah mengetahui tentang bantuan presentasi dengan menggunakan explainer video dan sudah dapat membuatnya.

This model is easier and more effective to produce the best. The AHP method is able to produce the selection of learning model development with several selection criteria and influential alternative choices. The result of the highest ranking is a priority on criteria and alternatives in achieving the goal of choosing a learning model at STMIK Royal Kisaran.

Revolusi Industri 4.0 saat ini telah memberikan pengaruh di berbagai bidang salah satunya dunia pendidikan, dengan IoT menghadirkan revolusi industri di dunia pendidikan dalam mencari jalan mengimplementasikan sistem pembelajaran agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. STMIK Royal merupakan salah satu sekolah tinggi komputer di Kisaran yang ingin mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswanya. Dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran memerlukan metode sistem pendukung keputusan dalam memilih yang terbaik menggunakan metode AHP. Metode ini dapat menganalisis sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran terbaik yang ditentukan melalui proses perhitungan. Model ini lebih mudah dan efektif untuk menghasilkan yang terbaik. Metode AHP mampu menghasilkan pemilihan pengembangan model pembelajaran dengan beberapa kriteria seleksi dan alternatif pilihan yang berpengaruh. Hasil perangkingan tertinggi merupakan prioritas pada kriteria dan alternatif dalam pencapaian tujuan memilih model pembelajaran di STMIK Royal Kisaran.

The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as journals, articles and reports related to virtual teachers, teaching robots and the application of AI in education. The research results show that virtual teachers and teaching robots are able to provide adaptive solutions in learning, such as 24/7 service, instant feedback, and a more interactive learning experience. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as emotional limitations, ethical data use, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that this innovation has the potential to revolutionize education, as long as it is supported by appropriate policies, improving the quality of technology, and the readiness of human resources. This research provides recommendations for technology developers, educators and policy makers to optimize the use of AI in learning in the future.
