Pengaruh Stres dan Rewards terhadap Kepuasan Freelancer Gen Z: Peran Motivasi

Abstract: The advancement of digital technology has driven significant transformations in the employment landscape, marked by the emergence of new occupational roles such as freelance content creators—professions that are particularly… ularly appealing to Generation Z. Despite operating independently and with high levels of flexibility, these freelance workers remain subject to complex psychosocial work dynamics, including job stress, rewards, motivation, and job satisfaction. This study aims to empirically investigate the influence of job stress and rewards on job satisfaction, while examining the mediating role of motivation within the context of digital freelancers. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 220 Gen Z freelance content creators in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, facilitated by the SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that job stress exerts a significantly negative effect on both motivation and job satisfaction, whereas rewards have a significantly positive effect on these variables. Furthermore, motivation was found to partially and significantly mediate the relationship between job stress, rewards, and job satisfaction. These findings underscore the critical importance of affective dimensions in shaping the occupational well-being of freelancers in the digital era. The main contribution of this study lies in its extension of the theoretical framework surrounding non-traditional work dynamics, as well as its practical implications for the development of career management and well-being strategies tailored to platform-based freelance workers.

Niat Pelaku Intrapreneurship dan Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Keuangan UMKM di Kota Denpasar

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of intrapreneurship and organization on the financial performance of MSMEs (Micro, Small And Medium) in Denpasar City. This study uses a qualitative method. The MSME population in… Denpasar City reached 32,476 MSMEs and the sample used was 100 MSMEs in Denpasar city. This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on respondents who owned MSMEs in Denpasar City. The results of the t test can be obtained t-count of the Intrapreneurship variable of 1.231 with a significance value of 0.221. This significance value is greater than the significance limit value, which is equal to 0.05. Means that Intrapreneurship has a positive and insignificant effect on Financial Performance. The results of the t test can be obtained by the t-count value of the Organizational variable of 5.052 with a significance value of 0.000. This significance value is smaller than the significance limit value, which is equal to 0.05. Means the organization has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Based on the results of the F test, the F value is 20.324 with a significance level of 0.000, so simultaneously the Intrapreneurship and Organization variables have a significant effect on the Financial Performance variable. As well as from the test results of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value shows a value of 0.295 or 29.5% indicating that the ability of the independent variable to explain the effect on the dependent variable and the remaining 70.5% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variable.

Penerapan Flipped Classroom Dengan Model Problem Based Learning PBL Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Dan Adaptabilitas Lingkungan Murid SMA Materi Perubahan Lingkungan

Abstract: Pembelajaran biologi di tingkat SMA masih banyak menggunakan pendekatan konvensional yang kurang efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan adaptabilitas lingkungan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan&#8230; an untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan Flipped Classroom dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan adaptabilitas lingkungan murid SMA pada materi perubahan lingkungan. Penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain Non-Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest dilakukan pada kelas X Fase E. Kelas eksperimen menerapkan integrasi Flipped Classroom dan PBL, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran langsung. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes esai berbasis indikator FRISCO untuk berpikir kritis dan angket berbasis GreenComp untuk adaptabilitas lingkungan. Analisis data menggunakan ANCOVA setelah memenuhi uji prasyarat yaitu normalitas, homogenitas, dan linieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan p < 0,05 terhadap kedua variabel dengan effect size besar Partial Eta Squared 0,606 untuk berpikir kritis dan 0,700 untuk adaptabilitas lingkungan. Rata-rata skor kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah integrasi Flipped Classroom dan PBL efektif meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis serta adaptabilitas lingkungan peserta didik. Model ini dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran inovatif yang mendukung Kurikulum Merdeka dan pengembangan kompetensi abad ke-21 berbasis isu lingkungan.

ANALISIS KEAKURATAN METODE DES DALAM MEMPREDIKSI PERMINTAAN KERAMIK DI FITRI KERAMIK

Abstract: Abstract: Fitri Keramik Shop sells various types of ceramics. In this research, the researcher created a system that can make it easier to predict demand for ceramics in the following month based on the categories in Fitri&#8230; ri Keramik by explaining the correct method for forecasting, one of the methods that can be used is Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) which is a forecasting method using uses a number of new actual demand data to generate forecast values for future demand by finding the average value as a forecast for the future period. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti membuat sistem yang dapat memudahkan dalam meramalkan permintaan keramik pada bulan berikutnya berdasarkan kategori yang ada pada Fitri Keramik dengan memaparkan metode yang tepat dalam peramalan, salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) yang merupakan metode peramalan dengan menggunakan sejumlah data aktual permintaan yang baru untuk membangkitkan nilai ramalan untuk permintaan dimasa yang akan datang dengan mencari nilai rata-rata tersebut sebagai ramalan untuk periode yang akan datang. Metode Least Square Seabagai Prediksi Penjualan Sembako di Toko Suryono

Abstract: Abstract: Sembako is an abbreviation of Nine Basic Ingredients which consists of various food and beverage ingredients that are generally needed by the people of Indonesia. Without basic necessities, the lives of the Indonesian&#8230; onesian people can be disrupted because basic necessities are daily necessities that are freely sold in the market. Toko Suryono is one of the basic food distributors that sells various kinds of basic necessities. The problem is that the number of food sales every month is erratic so it is difficult to predict, so we need a sales system and strategy, one of which is by predicting or forecasting sales for the future process so that this store knows how much food supplies must be provided in the following month so that there is no shortage or excess stock. The result of this research is that forecasting using themethod Least Square can make it easier for the store to provide basic food supplies in the coming month. From the overall calculation of basic needs, the lowest MAD is 16.51 and MAPE is 1.73%.             Keywords: Forecasting; Total Food Sales; Least Square;     Abstrak: Sembako adalah singkatan dari Sembilan Bahan Pokok yang terdiri dari berbagai bahan makanan dan minuman yang umumnya dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Tanpa sembako, kehidupan rakyat Indonesia bisa terganggu karena sembako merupakan kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari yang dijual bebas di pasaran. Toko Suryono adalah salah satu distributor sembako yang menjual berbagai macam sembako. Masalah jumlah penjualan sembako setiap bulannya yang tidak menentu sehingga sulit diprediksi, maka diperlukannya sebuah sistem dan startegi penjualan salah satunya dengan cara melakukan prediksi atau peramalan penjualan untuk proses kedepannya sehingga toko ini mengetahui berapa persediaan sembako yang harus disediakan dibulan berikutnya agar tidak terjadi kekurangan maupun kelebihan persediaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peramalan dengan perhitungan metode Least Square dapat memudahkan pihak toko dalam menyediakan persediaan sembako di bulan yang akan datang. Dari keseluruhan perhitungan sembako menghasilkan MAD paling rendah 16,51 dan menghasilkan MAPE sebesar 1,73%. Kata kunci: Peramalan; Jumlah Penjualan Sembako; Least Square;    

Penerapan Metode SMA (Single Moving Average) dalam Penggunaan Bahan Baku Kue dan Roti pada Momy’s Cake And Bread

Abstract: Abstract: Momy's Cake and Bread is one of the businesses engaged in the bakery and cake food industry that produces various types of bread, and cakes, ranging from Korean garlic bread, toasted brownise and others. All products&#8230; oducts have the same raw materials such as wheat flour, sugar, eggs, bananas, butter and others. There are times when there is excess raw material, but sometimes it is also lacking, a shortage of raw material supplies that a little will have an impact on the production process stopping which results in losing customers because they cannot meet their needs. Forecasting is a technique that aims to predict what will happen next based on pre-existing data. With this forecasting technique, it can provide predictions so that users can take effective steps that can be taken next. The ingredients to be predicted are wheat flour, sugar, eggs, bananas, coconut, white butter, cocoa, almonds, cocoa powder, vanilla. So that getting the forecast value in July 2021, the results Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) = 9,5874, Mean Square Error (MSE) = 18225,39162 and Mean Absolute Perentage Error (MAPE) = 30%, will be designed and built using the language PHP and MySQL programming so that it can be accessed using the internet and the system is based on a website.   Keyword:Forecasting; Single Moving Average; Cake and Bread Raw Materials; Momy's  Cake And Bread.     Abstrak: Momy’s Cake and Bread merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan roti dan kue yang memproduksi berbagai jenis roti, dan kue, mulai dari roti korean garlic, brownise panggang dan lain-lain. Semua produk memiliki bahan baku yang sama seperti tepung terigu, gula pasir, telur, pisang, mentega dan lain-lain. Ada kalanya bahan baku berlebih, namun terkadang juga kurang, kekurangan persediaan bahan baku yang sedikit akan berdampak pada proses produksi yang berhenti yang berakibat kehilangan pelanggan karena tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Peramalan merupakan sebuah teknik yang bertujuan untuk melakukan prediksi mengenai apa yang akan terjadi selanjutnya berdasarkan data-data yang telah ada sebelumnya. Dengan teknik peramalan tersebut dapat memberikan prediksi sehingga penggunanya dapat melakukan langkah-langkah efektif yang dapat dilakukan selanjutnya. Bahan yang akan diramalkan adalah bahan tepung terigu, gula pasir, telur, pisang, kelapa, mentega putih, coklat, kacang almond, coklat bubuk, vanili. Sehingga mendapatkan nilai peramalan pada bulan juli 2021di dapat hasil Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) =  9,5874, Mean Square Error (MSE) = 18225,39162 dan Mean Absolute Perentage Error (MAPE) = 30%, akan dirancang dan dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sehingga dapat diakses dengan menggunakan internet dan sistem tersebut berbasis website.   Kata Kunci : Peramalan; Single Moving Average; Bahan Baku Kue dan Roti; Momy’s Cake And Bread.

ANALYSIS OF MAXIM APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE AND SATISFACTION USING THE UTAUT2 MODEL IN MANOKWARI

Abstract: Abstract: The increasing use of the Maxim ride-hailing application in Manokwari highlights the need to understand the factors influencing user acceptance and satisfaction. However, the growing number of users does not necessarily&#8230; cessarily reflect a high level of technology acceptance and user satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effects of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and habit on behavioral intention, as well as the effect of behavioral intention on user satisfaction among Maxim users in Manokwari. A quantitative approach based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires using a purposive sampling technique from 156 valid respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that performance expectancy (β = 0.343, p < 0.001), effort expectancy (β = 0.191, p = 0.002), facilitating conditions (β = 0.142, p = 0.029), and habit (β = 0.359, p < 0.001) positively and significantly influence behavioral intention. Furthermore, behavioral intention positively and significantly affects user satisfaction (β = 0.771, p < 0.001). These findings confirm the applicability of the UTAUT2 model and provide practical insights for Maxim management and application developers to improve service quality and user satisfaction.   Keywords: behavioral intention; effort expectancy; facilitating conditions; habit; performance expectancy; user satisfaction.     Abstrak: Meningkatnya penggunaan aplikasi transportasi daring Maxim di Manokwari mendorong perlunya memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi dan kepuasan pengguna. Namun, peningkatan jumlah pengguna belum tentu mencerminkan tingginya tingkat penerimaan teknologi dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, dan habit terhadap behavioral intention, serta pengaruh behavioral intention terhadap user satisfaction pada pengguna aplikasi Maxim di Manokwari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berdasarkan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 156 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy (β = 0,343; p < 0,001), effort expectancy (β = 0,191; p = 0,002), facilitating conditions (β = 0,142; p = 0,029), dan habit (β = 0,359; p < 0,001) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Selanjutnya, behavioral intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap user satisfaction (β = 0,771; p < 0,001). IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR SEMICONDUCTOR CHIP COUNTING AT PT ELEKTRONIK INDONESIA

Abstract: Abstract: Conventional semiconductor chip counting at PT Elektronik Indonesia relies on manual weighing, which is prone to human error and inefficiency. This study proposes a desktop-based counting system using a digital&#8230; scanner and image processing. The novelty lies in integrating horizontal-vertical projection with probabilistic Hough transform to robustly detect grid lines, form square cells, and enable accurate unit estimation via average intensity analysis, eliminating the need for reference weighing. Experiments on 15 actual chip images yielded an error rate of 0.009519% and up to 73.674%time efficiency gains compared to the manual method. The system reduces operator dependency, minimizes errors, and accelerates counting, providing a practical machine vision solution for semiconductor production.             Keywords: chip counting; image processing; probabilistic hough transform; grid line detection; time effeciency.     Abstrak: Penghitungan chip semikonduktor konvensional di PT Elektronik Indonesia bergantung pada penimbangan manual, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia dan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem penghitungan berbasis desktop menggunakan scanner digital dan pengolahan citra. Kebaruan terletak pada integrasi proyeksi horizontal-vertikal dengan probabilistic Hough transform untuk mendeteksi garis grid secara kuat, membentuk sel persegi, serta memungkinkan estimasi unit akurat melalui analisis intensitas rata-rata, sehingga menghilangkan kebutuhan penimbangan referensi. Eksperimen pada 15 citra chip aktual menghasilkan tingkat kesalahan 0,009519% dan peningkatan efisiensi waktu hingga 73,674% dibandingkan metode manual. Sistem ini mengurangi ketergantungan operator, meminimalkan kesalahan, dan mempercepat penghitungan, menyediakan solusi machine vision praktis untuk produksi semikonduktor.   Kata kunci: penghitungan chip; pengolahan citra; probabilistic Hough transform; deteksi garis grid; efisiensi waktu.

FORECASTING THE JAKARTA COMPOSITE INDEX USING LSTM BASED ON INDONESIAN MARKET DATA

Abstract: Abstract: The capital market plays an important role in describing the economic conditions of a country, and the IHSG is used as the main indicator to observe the movement of all stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Because&#8230; ecause stock data is volatile and non-linear, the forecasting process becomes challenging, requiring methods that can capture historical patterns more accurately. This study aims to predict IHSG movements using the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model to generate stable short-term predictions. Historical IHSG data was used to train the model, and accuracy was evaluated using Mean Squared Error (MSE). The results show that the model obtained an MSE 6784.0207, RMSE 82.3652 and MAPE 0.88%, indicating a relatively low prediction error rate. The visualization shows that the model's predictions are very close to the actual data, and the 60-day forecasting results show a potential increase in the IHSG of 1.05%. Thus, the LSTM model is capable of providing fairly accurate IHSG predictions and can be a useful tool for investors in analyzing short-term market movements. Keywords: forecasting; JCI; long short term memory   Abstrak: Pasar modal memiliki peran penting dalam menggambarkan kondisi ekonomi suatu negara, dan IHSG digunakan sebagai indikator utama untuk melihat pergerakan seluruh saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Karena data saham bersifat fluktuatif dan tidak linear, proses peramalan menjadi tantangan, sehingga dibutuhkan metode yang mampu menangkap pola historis secara lebih akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi pergerakan IHSG menggunakan model Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) untuk menghasilkan prediksi jangka pendek yang stabil. Data historis IHSG digunakan untuk melatih model, kemudian akurasi dievaluasi menggunakan Mean Squared Error (MSE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model memperoleh nilai MSE 6784.0207, RMSE 82.3652 dan MAPE 0.88% yang menandakan tingkat kesalahan prediksi relatif rendah. Visualisasi menunjukkan bahwa prediksi model sangat mendekati data aktual, dan hasil forecasting 60 hari ke depan memperlihatkan potensi kenaikan IHSG sebesar 1,05%. Dengan demikian, model LSTM mampu memberikan prediksi IHSG yang cukup akurat dan dapat menjadi alat bantu bagi investor dalam menganalisis pergerakan pasar jangka pendek. ANALYSIS OF THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE SINAGA ATTENDANCE APPLICATION AT SMA NEGERI 1 JATILAWANG USING THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM)

Abstract: This study analyzes the acceptance of teachers and ASN employees of the SINAGA (Sistem Informasi Layanan Kepegawaian) attendance application at SMA Negeri 1 Jatilawang using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).&#8230; The model was extended by incorporating two external variables: Information Quality and Complexity. This explanatory quantitative research employed the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method involving 60 respondents who are civil servants, consisting of teachers and administrative staff. The results reveal that Information Quality has a positive and significant influence on both Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), while Complexity does not show a significant effect on either variable. Furthermore, PEOU and PU have a positive impact on Attitude Toward Use (ATU), which subsequently affects Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU). Behavioral intention, in turn, strongly influences Actual Use (AU). These findings indicate that teachers’ acceptance of the SINAGA digital attendance system in educational settings is primarily driven by information quality and users’ positive attitudes rather than by system complexity. Theoretically, this study contributes to the expansion of TAM application in the educational context. Practically, it provides valuable insights for improving the effectiveness of SINAGA implementation through better information quality and enhanced user experience.
