System. This article details the design and development of the system using the waterfall method. The main objective of this system is to make it easier for administrative staff and students to process tuition payments. The research method used a needs analysis approach, consisting of observation and interviews. The waterfall approach was utilized for system implementation. The process involved requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and operation. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) served as an object-based system design visualization tool. The tuition payment information system provides login access with divided access rights for students, the Academic Administration Bureau, and the Financial Administration Bureau. The system includes features such as student data management, tuition payment verification, and report preparation. The results of implementation show positive changes in the efficiency and convenience of the tuition payment process for students and administrative staff. This article highlights the role of information systems in improving the efficiency of financial administration and services at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. By allowing students to monitor payments online, the system provides significant support for tuition payment management. Hopefully, this system will contribute positively to improving the quality of educational services at this university, creating efficiency in financial administration, and providing a basis for further development of the information system.
Perguruan tinggi semakin beradaptasi terhadap perubahan yang dibawa oleh kemajuan teknologi dan globalisasi. Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya juga menerapkan Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Uang Kuliah yang efisien. Artikel ini merinci perancangan dan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Tujuan utama dari sistem ini adalah untuk memudahkan staf administrasi dan mahasiswa dalam memproses pembayaran uang sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis kebutuhan yang terdiri dari observasi dan wawancara. Pendekatan waterfall digunakan untuk implementasi sistem. Prosesnya melibatkan analisis persyaratan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian dan operasi. Unified Modeling Language (UML) berfungsi sebagai alat visualisasi desain sistem berbasis objek. Sistem informasi pembayaran SPP menyediakan akses aktor login dengan hak akses terbagi untuk mahasiswa, Biro Administrasi Akademik, dan Biro Administrasi Keuangan. Sistem ini mencakup fitur-fitur seperti pengelolaan data siswa, verifikasi pembayaran SPP, dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan perubahan positif pada efisiensi dan kenyamanan proses pembayaran SPP bagi mahasiswa dan tenaga administrasi. Artikel ini menyoroti peran sistem informasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan pelayanan keuangan di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Dengan memungkinkan siswa memantau pembayaran secara online, sistem ini memberikan dukungan yang signifikan untuk manajemen pembayaran uang sekolah. A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. r marriage dispensations through Article 7 paragraph (2). This normative loophole raises academic questions about how the law works in social reality and how preventive measures can be institutionalized. This study aims to assess the implementation of regional policies, particularly Perwali No. 32 of 2024, and to examine the practices of religious courts in deciding on marriage dispensations using Lawrence M. Friedman's Legal System Theory and the principle of Sadd al-Dzarīʿah as analytical tools. Empirical research methods were used through interviews, observations, documentation, and qualitative analysis of two cases of marriage dispensation that were rejected and granted. The results of the study show that the significant decrease in the number of marriage dispensations in Surabaya occurred due to the synergy of the legal structure (Religious Court, DP3APPKB, Ministry of Religious Affairs, RT/RW), legal substance through the Perwali which tightened procedures, and changes in the legal culture of society. The courts applied new standards that are more protective and based on maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah , making marriage dispensations an emergency mechanism rather than a legalization of child marriage. This study provides theoretical implications in the form of an integrative model between maqāṣid and the modern legal system, as well as practical implications in the form of recommendations to replicate the Surabaya model in other regions in an effort to protect children.

the significant influence of the use of Scattergories learning media on the English learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 098166 Perumnas T.A 2025/2026.This researcher used a quantitative method with a pre-test-post-test one group design. The sample consisted of 24 students. Data was collected through pre-tests and post-tests in the form of written tests and analyzed using t-test formulas and N-gain tests. Based on the data, it was found that mastery of vocabulary in English and English learning outcomes were better after using scattergories learning media. This can be seen from the average score before treatment, which is 25.6 with the low category, after the treatment, which is 86 with the high category. Then there was a significant influence after using scattergories learning media on the English learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 098166 Perumnas. Based on the calculation of the N-gain test, the researcher found that the N-Gain test showed a value criterion of 0.7979 categorized as high classification.

To explore this phenomenon, the study applies a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on naturally occurring conversations among students in various campus settings. Data were collected through careful observation and documentation of students’ spoken interactions, allowing for an in-depth understanding of how meaning is constructed in real-life situations. The results indicate that students actively employ both denotative and connotative meanings in their speech. However, connotative meanings appear more dominant, particularly in informal contexts such as casual conversations with peers. This tendency highlights the role of language as a flexible and dynamic tool for expression. Furthermore, the frequent use of connotative language demonstrates students’ creativity in conveying ideas, emotions, and attitudes. It also reflects how language functions as a marker of social identity, helping students build relationships and express group belonging within the academic community.

The population in this study were all VIII-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Pulau-Pulau Batu, totaling 25 people, because the population was small, namely only 25 people, the entire population became the research sample, namely 25 people. This study used a quantitative method with SMART PLS software data processing. The method of collecting data as a result of the study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale with 4 answer options. The results of the study in measuring validity where the outer loading results of all indicators were > 0.7, this indicates that all indicators of variables X and Y can represent the latern variable (construct). Likewise, reliability where CA, RO, CR, > 0.7 and AVE > 0.5, shows that all indicators are reliable, so this result can be continued with hypothesis testing which shows that there is a relationship between Christian Religious Education and the Formation of Student Spirituality with T. statistic > T. table, namely 2.109 > 1.96 and p. value 0.035 > 0.05. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a relationship between Christian Religious Education and the Formation of Student Spirituality. (X) with Spiritual Formation (Y) but not significant.

The data collection instrument for variable X is a questionnaire consisting of 20 items. With 4 options that were first tested to determine the validity and reliability while the instrument for variable Y Documentation is in the form of a list of student grades (DKN) at the school. The results of the analysis requirements for the normality test of the Role of PAK Teachers' data are distributed normally with the calculation results obtained as X2 count . < X 2 table (22.33 < 43.77) and the PAK learning outcomes are normally distributed with the calculation results obtained being X 2 count < X 2 table (18.85 < 43.77). The results of the linearity test of the data on the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x, which is linear. The results of the correlation test obtained r count of 0.453 consulted with the critical price r at a significance level of 5% with the number of respondents being 30 people, the r table was obtained of 0.361, because the calculated r > r table (0.453 > 0.361) this shows that there is an influence of the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation of Class XI students of Medan Adventist Private High School in the 2022/2023 academic year. Furthermore, to test the significance of the correlation, a statistical test formula (t-test) was used, obtaining a calculated t of 3.41. This price was then consulted with the t table at a 95% significance level of 1.69, because the calculated t > bold t (3.41.169 α=0.05 with dk = n-2 (30-2=28) the t table is 1.69 because the calculated t > t table (3.41>1.69) this shows that there is a significant influence of the Role of PAK Teachers in the Formation of Character of Class XI Students of Medan Adventist Private High School in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. systematic literature review was conducted to analyze the differences in the implementation of BK management in senior high schools and vocational high schools and to formulate a more responsive management model. The results of the study show that even though the same management framework (planning, organizing, acting, controlling) is used, the implementation of BK management at both levels of education is still not fully adaptive to the characteristics of each orientation. The most significant gap lies in the functions of evaluation and accountability. At the high school level, although the evaluation process is often simple and focuses on administrative output, this practice is still considered to be in line with its academic orientation. However, at the vocational school level, the evaluation function is not only technically weak but also irrelevant to the vocational orientation. This condition shows that BK management in Indonesia needs to be strengthened so that it is truly adaptive to the academic needs of high school students and the vocational needs of vocational school students.

Utilizing the SERVQUAL framework as a primary evaluative tool, the analysis explores how specific technical abilities, such as CNC machining, precision welding, and CAD design, intersect with soft skills like emotional intelligence, communication, and proactive problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction. The study synthesizes data from contemporary Indonesian industrial policies, including "Making Indonesia 4.0," and academic frameworks such as Workplace Learning (WPL) and Total Quality Management (TQM).
