udents to keep up with grammar lesson and then gain better comprehension of the lesson. The research uses descriptive - qualitative method. The research applies focus group discussion, in-depth interview, observation techniques and document analysis. To broaden understanding about the level of engagement, the research explores the students’ experiences in learning grammar using Nearpod. The research then analyzes the data from techniques to identify the pattern, trend, theme and meaning. The result of the research shows that the use of Nearpod in Grammar Lesson has significant impact in increasing students’ engagement. This finding implies the important of integrating subjects with digital platforms to create collaborative and interactive environment of learning.

Maka permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah pertama: Bagaiamana Metode Pengumpulan Data Pada Penelitian Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif?, kedua: Bagaimana Instrumen Pengumpulan Data Penelitian Kualitatif?, ketiga: Bagaimana Instrumen Pengumpulan Data Penelitian Kuantitatif?, Keempat: Bagaimana Kriteria Instrumen Penelitian Yang Baik?. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengumpulan data merupakan salah satu tahapan sangat penting dalam penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang benar akan menghasilkan data yang memiliki kredibilitas tinggi, dan sebaliknya. Oleh karena itu, tahap ini tidak boleh salah dan harus dilakukan dengan cermat sesuai prosedur dan ciri-ciri penelitian baik kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. (2) Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian kualitatif dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara dengan terjun langsung ke lapangan. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui observasi atau kuesioner, wawancara mendalam dengan subjek survei, survei dokumenter, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Dalam metode pengumpulan data kuantitatif, terdapat beberapa cara yang bisa dilakukan oleh peneliti, yakni survei kuisioner atau angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. (3) Penelitian Kualitatif dalam pengumpulan datanya, instrument yang dapat digunakan anatara lain; Instrument wawancara, instrument Observasi atau pengamatan, Fokus Group Discussion (FGD), Instrumen dokumen. Penelitian kuantitatif dalam mengambil data menggunakan instrumen yang berupa: Instrumen Tes dan Investori, Instrumen Angket atau Kuisioner, Instrumen Lembar Observasi, Instrumen Dokumen dan Data Sekunder. (4) Kriteria pokok yang harus dipenuhi oleh suatu instrumen penelitian agar dapat dinyatakan memiliki kualitas yang baik yaitu validitas, reliabilitas, dan praktikabilitas.

sly made in traditional paper formats are now frequently conducted digitally, raising legal concerns regarding their legality, validity, evidence, and legal protection for the involved parties, particularly consumers. Although electronic agreements are normatively recognized in the Civil Code (KUHP) and the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions, practical implementation issues persist, leading to legal uncertainty. This research employs a normative legal methodology utilizing statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. Data was obtained through a literature review of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources related to electronic agreements and civil legal protection. Qualitative descriptive analysis was conducted to investigate the legal status of electronic agreements and the legal protection available for the parties within the Indonesian legal framework. The discussion results indicate that electronic agreements possess legal validity and binding force equivalent to traditional agreements, provided they meet the criteria for a valid agreement as outlined in Article 1320 of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Information Technology Law. Legal protection in electronic agreements encompasses legal certainty, the recognition of electronic document and signature evidence, and consumer protection against detrimental standard clauses. Nevertheless, challenges remain in establishing party identification, ensuring the integrity of digital contracts, and addressing power imbalances between commercial entities and consumers. This study concludes that while electronic agreements are legally recognized under Indonesian civil law, enhancing legal protection requires strengthened regulations, consistent law enforcement, and improved legal and digital literacy among the public to ensure secure, fair, and equitable electronic transactions.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus deskriptif pada Eduwisata Citra Alam Riverside, Kampung Pancasila Gunungputri, dan Kampung Moderasi Beragama Dusun Cikoleang selama Agustus 2025 sampai Januari 2026. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, focus group discussion, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kebijakan ditentukan oleh komunikasi partisipatif, sumber daya sosial berbasis komunitas, disposisi pelaksana yang positif, dan struktur kelembagaan yang fleksibel. Setiap lokus menghidupkan Pancasila melalui pembelajaran pengalaman, praktik sosial, dan moderasi lintas agama. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada konsep Living Pancasila Berbasis Masyarakat dan model integrasi tri-lokus yang menempatkan masyarakat sebagai aktor utama implementasi. Simpulannya, implementasi berbasis masyarakat lebih adaptif dan efektif daripada pendekatan administratif top-down dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila.

The surrounding environment of these traditional houses remains poorly organized, with vacant land left unmanaged and declining awareness of cultural preservation, resulting in suboptimal utilization of the area’s aesthetic value, cultural function, and tourism potential. This community service program aims to arrange a cultural garden around the traditional houses while empowering the local community to manage the cultural landscape in a sustainable manner, with a focus on preserving cultural identity, improving environmental quality, and strengthening the local economy through the development of cultural tourism and agrotourism. The implementation method adopts a community-based participatory approach, carried out through several stages: site observation and mapping, focus group discussions, planning and designing the cultural garden, training and knowledge transfer, collective implementation of garden arrangement, as well as evaluation and documentation. The garden design integrates the orientation of the Siwaluh Jabu house, the cosmological meaning of space, ecological landscape principles, and the selection of local vegetation with symbolic, aesthetic, and economic value, organized into aesthetic, educational, and productive zones. The results of the program indicate the establishment of a well-arranged cultural garden rich in Karo cultural symbols, increased community capacity and participation, and the creation of a sustainable cultural landscape management model that functions as a “living laboratory” combining aesthetic, educational, economic, and spiritual roles. This model positions the community as the main actor and holds potential to be replicated in other cultural villages with similar characteristics.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif evaluatif yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2025 di Bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah, Inspektorat, dan Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Riset, dan Inovasi Daerah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, dokumentasi, focus group discussion, dan observasi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SAKIP telah memperbaiki ketertiban administratif, penjenjangan target, dan monitoring berkala, tetapi kontribusinya terhadap kinerja substantif masih terbatas. Aspek terlemah terdapat pada pengukuran kinerja karena indikator belum sepenuhnya berbasis outcome, kualitas data belum merata, dan hasil evaluasi belum konsisten digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada evaluasi sistemik level kabupaten dan rekomendasi kontekstual berupa core indicator set, penguatan register tindak lanjut, integrasi sistem informasi, dan performance review berbasis bukti. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi SAKIP di Kabupaten Bogor telah maju secara struktural, tetapi masih memerlukan perbaikan terintegrasi agar benar-benar menjadi instrumen manajemen berbasis hasil.

The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1) help empower groups of housewives who desire to become entrepreneurs; 2) help PKM partners in creating skills and comfort in community life through entrepreneurship; 3) improve thinking, reading and writing skills or other skills such as internet use. The targets of this program are: 1) the formation of a new business in the field of handicrafts from rope or thread curry (macrame); 2) availability of production support tools to produce creative macramé products; 3) there is an increase in knowledge and skills in producing various types of creative macarame products and are in demand by consumers. The outputs of this program are: Entrepreneurship Module, Basic Financial Accounting Module, and Use of Technology, Information and Communication Module. The implementation method is carried out to achieve the purpose of community service through PKM activities through discussion methods, technical guidance/training, workshops, and mentoring. Through PKM activities, empowering partner groups to become entrepreneurs is expected to help empower groups of housewives who are PKM partners so that they can improve the welfare of families and surrounding communities in a concrete manner .
