iety of sources, including reviews of movies, reviews of Twitter, reviews of online products, blogs, discussion forums, and other social networks. With the progress of technology, individuals may now effortlessly utilize social media platforms to access and share information, as well as express their viewpoints to the general public, without any constraints of distance or time. Twitter is a social media network that serves as a repository for opinions. Diverse techniques are employed to provide optimal and realistically precise pressure detection. The analysis and discussion affirm that the Support Vector Machine (SVM) was effectively employed in this study, utilizing public opinion data on television program reviews in Indonesia. An SVM classifier is employed to examine the Twitter data set by utilizing various parameters. The study successfully completed the preprocessing process by collecting a total of 400 data points, consisting of 320 reviews from 4 television shows for training data and 80 reviews for testing. The data was filtered and classified using SVM, with 200 positive and 200 negative data points for comparison. The experiment utilized the SVM method using TF-IDF to achieve the most accurate test results. The test accuracy was 80%, while the training data accuracy reached 100%.

Abstrak: Saat ini, banyak akademisi sedang menyelidiki analisis sentimen melalui pemanfaatan teknik yang diawasi dan pembelajaran mesin. Kajian dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa sumber seperti review film, review Twitter, review produk online, blog, forum diskusi, atau jejaring sosial lainnya. Dengan kemajuan teknologi, masyarakat kini dapat dengan mudah memanfaatkan platform media sosial untuk mengakses dan berbagi informasi, serta menyampaikan pandangan mereka kepada masyarakat umum, tanpa batasan jarak dan waktu. Twitter adalah jaringan media sosial yang berfungsi sebagai gudang opini. Beragam teknik digunakan untuk menghasilkan deteksi tekanan yang optimal dan presisi secara realistis. Analisis dan pembahasan menegaskan bahwa Support Vector Machine (SVM) efektif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, memanfaatkan data opini publik tentang review program televisi di Indonesia. Pengklasifikasi SVM digunakan untuk memeriksa kumpulan data Twitter dengan memanfaatkan berbagai parameter. Penelitian berhasil menyelesaikan proses preprocessing dengan mengumpulkan total 400 titik data yang terdiri dari 320 review dari 4 acara televisi untuk data pelatihan dan 80 review untuk pengujian. Data disaring dan diklasifikasikan menggunakan SVM, dengan 200 titik data positif dan 200 titik data negatif sebagai perbandingan. Percobaan ini menggunakan metode SVM dengan menggunakan TF-IDF untuk mencapai hasil pengujian yang paling akurat. Akurasi pengujiannya mencapai 80%, sedangkan akurasi data pelatihan mencapai 100%.

20, with a significant increase during the pandemic. Telkom University, as a private institution of higher education in Indonesia, has become one of the topics of discussion on Twitter. Users’ opinions about Telkom University vary, ranging from positive to negative. To gain deeper insights into public view, sentiment analysis is essential. The analysis follows the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) process, utilizing the Naive Bayes classification algorithm. The evaluation results indicate the best accuracy achieved with an 80:20 data split, resulting in an accuracy rate of 82.05%, precision of 82.3%, recall of 82.05%, and F1-Score of 82.08%. The Naïve Bayes model demonstrates good performance for sentiment analysis of public views regarding Telkom University on Twitter.

Abstrak: Media sosial Twitter berkembang pesat sebagai sarana masyarakat berekspresi untuk menuangkan opini dan pikiran mereka mengenai topik apapun, termasuk pendidikan. Pengguna Twitter meningkat tajam hingga 10.645.00 pengguna pada tahun 2020 dan terus meningkat selama pandemi. Telkom University sebagai perguruan tinggi menjadi salah satu topik yang dibicarakan yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan. Pendapat mengenai Telkom University yang diungkapkan oleh pengguna Twitter beragam, baik positif maupun negatif. Analisis sentimen diperlukan untuk memahami pandangan publik lebih mendalam. Digunakan tahapan Knowledge Discovery in Databases dan algoritma klasifikasi Naïve Bayes dalam analisis ini. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan akurasi paling baik dicapai dengan rasio data 80:20, dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 82.05%, nilai presisi sebesar 82.3%, nilai recall sebesar 82.05%, dan nilai F1-Score sebesar 82.08%. Model klasifikasi Naïve Bayes memiliki performa baik untuk analisis sentimen pandangan publik di Twitter mengenai Telkom University.

For cryptography learning to produce students who understand cryptography in-depth, this learning is carried out independently. One of the lessons to improve independent skills is a project approach. With project-based learning, students will be actively involved in completing projects given by the lecturer. To facilitate interaction and monitor projects completed by students, an LMS (Learning Management System) was created. The lecturer will later upload the student projects through the LMS, and if the student wants to work on the project, they can download it from the LMS.

Dengan pembelajaran berbasis project, mahasiswa akan terlibat aktif menyelesaikan project yang diberikan dosen. Untuk memudahkan interaksi dan monitor project yang diselesaikan mahasiswa, maka dibuat LMS (Learning Manajement System). Setiap project mahasiswa nantinya akan di unggah oleh dosen melalui LMS dan mahasiswa bisa mengunguh project di LMS
Dengan menambahkan LMS dan pembelajaran yang berbasis project pada pembelajaran kriptografi menunjukkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil tinjauan dilangan dengan penyelesaian sebuah soal dan hasil ujian akhir mahasiswa.

This research aims to design and create a system of information filing outpatient medical records in UPT Puskesmas Rahayu in terms of borrowing and return the medical record file as well as facilitate the retention of medical records with the use of qualitative methods. The Data used in the study in UPT Puskesmas Rahayu, namely interviews, observation, and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). This study shows the input data of the patients is in accordance with UPT Puskesmas Rahayu. Input patient data include No RM, the Name of the KK, the Patient's Name, Gender, Address, and Villages. This research resulted in the information system of medical record filing outpatient procedures that can facilitate the officer in the management of the filing of medical records.

Abstrak: Sistem informasi bagian filing di UPT Puskesmas Rahayu untuk mengirimkan berkas rekam medis ke setiap poli, assembling rekam medis, menyimpan rekam medis, meretensi rekam medis yang sudah in aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat sistem informasi filing rekam medis rawat jalan di UPT Puskesmas Rahayu dalam hal peminjaman dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis serta mempermudah dalam retensi rekam medis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian di UPT Puskesmas Rahayu yaitu wawancara, observasi dan FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Penelitian ini menunjukkan input data pasien sudah sesuai dengan yang ada di UPT Puskesmas Rahayu. Input data pasien meliputi No RM, Nama KK, Nama Pasien, Jenis Kelamin, Alamat, dan Kelurahan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi rekam medis filing rawat jalan yang dapat mempermudah petugas dalam pengelolaan filing rekam medis.

The exploratory qualitative phase involved in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to uncover major determinants influencing professional commitment. From the thematic analysis, four principal variables emerged—teamwork, organizational climate, religiosity, and work motivation—which were validated through expert judgment. Quantitative verification was subsequently performed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique to examine both direct and indirect relationships among constructs. The analysis confirmed that all variables exert positive and significant effects on lecturers’ professional commitment, with work motivation being the most dominant factor. To refine improvement priorities, the SITOREM (Scientific Identification Theory for Conducting Operational Research in Educational Management) method was applied, identifying indicators that should be improved, maintained, or further developed. The findings offer empirical and practical insights, including: (1) a validated POP-SDM–based commitment model combining cultural and organizational dimensions; (2) evidence-based strategies to enhance lecturer professionalism; and (3) an optimization framework to guide sustainable lecturer development in higher education institutions.

The contribution of Islamic educational philosophy to ethical development is explained through the relevance of ethical concepts. A deep understanding of monotheism, justice, compassion, and honesty are promoted as the main foundations in shaping Islamic character. The relevance of these ethical concepts in the context of Islamic education is found in the integration of moral values into the curriculum and teaching practices, thus providing concrete guidelines in everyday life. Recommendations are made for improving the education system, including further integration of ethical concepts into the curriculum and community involvement in ethical development. Furthermore, research development and collaboration between academics and educational practitioners are proposed as an effort to support further understanding and implementation of ethical concepts in Islamic education.

d is a systematic literature review, which includes data collection and analysis from various studies related to social support for pregnant women. the results of the study indicate that pregnant women involved in the family planning program receive stronger social support from family, friends, and health workers. this support includes better emotional, informational, and instrumental aspects, which have a positive impact on their mental and physical health. in contrast, non-family planning pregnant women tend to experience social isolation and have limited access to health resources and information. the discussion in this study emphasizes the importance of social support in improving the welfare of pregnant women and the role of the family planning program as a platform to strengthen social support networks. the conclusion of this study shows that better social support in pregnant women who participate in the family planning program contributes to better mental health, lower stress levels, and increase their self-confidence during pregnancy. therefore, it is important to improve the integration of social support in the family planning program to create a more supportive environment for pregnant women, so that they can go through their pregnancy more healthily and optimally.
