covers five main aspects, namely: students’ self-assessment strategies, increased speaking confidence, improved vocabulary mastery, challenges encountered while using Duolingo Speak, and the enhancement of learner autonomy. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, which aims to gain an in-depth understanding of students’ experiences in utilizing Duolingo Speak as a self-assessment tool in speaking learning. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation involving five students selected through purposive sampling, namely students who had used Duolingo Speak for at least one semester. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis through data organization, coding, theme identification, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the use of Duolingo Speak provides positive learning experiences for students. The application helps students apply various self-assessment strategies, increases speaking confidence, enriches vocabulary mastery, and fosters learner autonomy. However, several challenges were also found, such as limitations in speech recognition accuracy and feedback that is not yet sufficiently detailed to support optimal reflective learning. Overall, Duolingo Speak can serve as an effective supporting tool in speaking skills instruction when combined with structured self-assessment guidance from lecturers, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning.

The primary theory underlying this study is Goal Setting Theory. This study used a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results show that leadership can contribute to lecturer performance. Work motivation contributes to lecturer performance. Leadership contributes to lecturer performance through job satisfaction. Similarly, motivation contributes to lecturer performance through job satisfaction. These findings theoretically sharpen and expand the concepts discussed, and practically can serve as guidelines for Nazhatut Thullab Al-Muafa University, Sampang, in improving lecturer performance, evaluating, and driving institutional progress.

The research method used is a qualitative method where data collection is carried out by conducting in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and Focus Group discussions. The results of this research show that the development of partnership cooperation between the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia with domestic and foreign partners includes education, research and community service. Educational activities in the form of lecturer and student exchanges, seminars, proceedings, guest lectures, visiting lecturers/professors, curriculum benchmarking. Collaboration in the field of research takes the form of joint research, joint publication, joint editor and journal reviewer. Collaboration in the field of community service takes the form of outreach activities, training, mentoring and demonstration activities related to partner needs. So far this collaboration has shown a significant positive impact. The results of the research findings can add theoretical and methodological studies to the repertoire of scientific development regarding the study of the importance of collaboration in an organization, especially for higher education institutions. The contribution of this research adds to the study of the importance of cooperation, not only for the benefit of both parties but also for having an impact on the progress of institutions and society. Contribution for educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, to continue to build partnerships and to socialize the importance of cooperation to increase institutional progress, building more networks to strengthen cooperation. The practical implication of this research is that the Faculty of Economics and Business continues to strive for collaborative networks with the aim of increasing and strengthening collaboration networks in accordance with the vision and mission of the Unesa Faculty of Economics and Business. The implementation methods included health education, training on the use of simple health technologies, community mentoring, and strengthening culturally based health communication. The activities were conducted collaboratively by involving local health workers, community members, students, and lecturers as part of international cooperation. The results indicate an improvement in community understanding of basic health pravtices, more optimal use of health technology, and increased active participation in maintaining personal and community health. In addition, the establishment of international collaboration networks supported the exchange of knowledge and best practices. The evaluation shows that an integrative and participatory approach was effective in supporting program sustainability, despite challenges related to infrastructure limitations and digital literacy. Overall, this community service program contributes significantly to enhancing health literacy and community welfare and can serve as a model for international community engagement based on health technology and communication.

This program aligns with the government's "Red and White Cooperative" initiative, which promotes digitalization and professional cooperative governance. The Pelatihan was conducted using a participatory approach involving lecturers, students, and cooperative actors. Results showed an increase in participants' understanding of transaction recording, the preparation of simple financial reports, and the importance of transparency in cooperative fund management. Technical challenges in the hybrid implementation can be overcome with active mentoring and the use of appropriate digital platforms. The process of integrating Powtoon learning media with a sense of responsibility in Gen Z students requires a comprehensive effort, considering that the assessment indicators for this attitude are crucial for learners in the modern era. Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.

eading worksheet, sourced from 20 ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan. Techniques for collecting data included distributing questionnaires, conducting interviews, and documentation. Instruments used were interview sheets, printed documents, and questionnaires. This study involved six key stages of Borg and Gall method, which included: gathering data and information, analyzing the data, designing the product, expert validation, revising and finalizing the product. The result of gathering and analyzing data showed that students had low interest in descriptive reading text due to monotonous and unvaried worksheets. This data identified students’ necessity (85%), lacks (55%) and wants (65%) for an interactive worksheet, engaging worksheet to develop reading understanding. The material designing and revising stage resulted in the Topworksheet Web, which consists of interactive descriptive reading practices, utilizing Canva-based visualization and educational games, including a glossary and word search. The expert validation involved a lecturer and a teacher, was 87.2%, and 98.4%, achieving an "Excellent" category. Based on the high validation scores from the experts, it can be concluded that the final product, the Topworksheet Web, is a highly appropriate and effective students' descriptive reading worksheet tailored to the specific needs of students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan.
