The training is focused on developing managerial skills, digital marketing, and good financial management, which are essential to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in today's digital era. The methods used in this service are observation and training with MSME actors. The results of the service showed that the training conducted succeeded in increasing the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in utilizing digital technology for marketing their products. In addition, training on simple financial management helps MSME actors in recording and managing cash flow, which is a crucial aspect for the sustainability of their business. From the evaluation results, the training participants showed significant improvement in their ability to design more effective and efficient marketing strategies, as well as improve their product branding. The implementation of MSME training and development in Langgula Village not only contributes to individual capacity building, but also has the potential to drive overall local economic growth.

Abstrak: Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Langgula merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat lokal. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan yang efektif bagi pelaku UMKM di desa tersebut. Pelatihan ini difokuskan pada pengembangan keterampilan manajerial, pemasaran digital, dan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik, yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di era digital saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah observasi dan pelatihan dengan pelaku UMKM dengan tahapan metode sosialisasi dan diskusi terkait pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, sosialisasi digital marketing dan pelatihan teknik pengambilan gambar, serta pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan sederhana. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran produk mereka. Selain itu, pelatihan tentang pengelolaan keuangan sederhana membantu pelaku UMKM dalam mencatat dan mengelola arus kas, yang merupakan aspek krusial untuk keberlangsungan usaha mereka. Dari hasil evaluasi, peserta pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan mereka untuk merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien, serta meningkatkan branding produk mereka. Implementasi pelatihan dan pengembangan UMKM di Desa Langgula tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan kapasitas individu, tetapi juga berpotensi mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal secara keseluruhan.

uce accurate and structured work schedules. The training involved four employees, comprising three participants with a background in civil engineering and one from management. The training methods included an introduction to basic project scheduling, the use of Microsoft Project, and the application of real case studies from ongoing projects. Pre-test results showed an average score of 54.25, with the management participant receiving a grade of E, while civil engineering participants received grades of C and D. After the training, the post-test indicated significant improvement, with one participant achieving a grade of A and two others obtaining a grade of B. The management participant improved to a grade of C. The final assignment, creating a project schedule using Microsoft Project, was successfully completed by all participants, demonstrating improved skills in project management and resource optimization. In conclusion, this training successfully enhanced employees' understanding and skills in using Microsoft Project for project schedule optimization at CV. KEINARRA, which has the potential to increase the company's overall efficiency.

Abstrak: Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam menyusun jadwal proyek yang lebih efisien dan terorganisir. Permintaan ini timbul karena beberapa karyawan kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam memanfaatkan Microsoft Project untuk menghasilkan jadwal kerja yang akurat dan terstruktur. Pelatihan ini melibatkan empat karyawan, terdiri dari tiga peserta dengan latar belakang teknik sipil dan satu dari manajemen. Metode pelatihan meliputi pengenalan dasar penjadwalan proyek, penggunaan Microsoft Project, serta aplikasi studi kasus nyata dari proyek yang sedang berlangsung. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebesar 54,25, di mana peserta dari manajemen mendapatkan nilai E, sedangkan peserta dari teknik sipil mendapatkan nilai C dan D. Setelah pelatihan, post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dengan satu peserta meraih nilai A dan dua peserta lainnya mendapatkan nilai B. Peserta dari manajemen meningkat ke nilai C. Tugas akhir berupa penyusunan jadwal proyek dengan Microsoft Project berhasil diselesaikan oleh semua peserta, menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam manajemen proyek dan optimalisasi sumber daya. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan karyawan dalam penggunaan Microsoft Project untuk optimasi jadwal proyek di CV. KEINARRA, yang berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

To address this issue, the community service team proposed game development training using Unreal Engine, a beginner-friendly game engine with exceptional visual capabilities. The training was conducted in several stages, including material preparation, hands-on practice, and evaluation. The material was tailored to align with the student's comprehension levels, while the hands-on sessions allowed participants to directly practice game creation with intensive guidance from the team. Evaluation was conducted using pre-tests and post-tests to measure the participants' improvement. Additionally, the training aimed to help students explore career opportunities in the game industry and enhance their technical skills to meet industry demands. With the support of a developer community and the ease of use of Unreal Engine, students can continue to learn and refine their skills in the future. This program is expected to have a positive impact by equipping students with relevant job-market skills and enabling them to create new opportunities in the game industry.

Siswa membutuhkan keterampilan khusus dalam pengembangan game, seperti pemrograman, desain grafis, dan animasi, yang belum tercakup secara memadai dalam pelatihan sekolah. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, tim pengabdian masyarakat mengusulkan pelatihan pembuatan game menggunakan Unreal Engine, sebuah game engine yang ramah pemula namun memiliki kemampuan visual yang luar biasa. Pelatihan ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu penyusunan materi, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi. Penyusunan materi dirancang untuk memastikan kelayakan dan kesesuaian dengan tingkat pemahaman siswa. Sesi praktik menggunakan pendekatan hands-on yang memungkinkan siswa langsung mempraktikkan pembuatan game dengan bimbingan intensif dari tim. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Selain itu, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membantu siswa membuka peluang karier di industri game dan meningkatkan keterampilan teknis mereka sesuai kebutuhan industri. Dengan dukungan komunitas pengembang dan kemudahan penggunaan Unreal Engine, siswa dapat terus belajar dan mengembangkan keterampilan mereka di masa depan. imited tourist visits from outside the region, and a shortage of human resources skilled in using information and communication technology (ICT). The community service project by the STMIK Royal Faculty aimed to address these issues through mentoring, training, and technology development. The methods employed included workshops and training on digital tourism promotion, the creation of a web-based ticketing application, and a smart tourism application based on Progressive Web Apps (PWA) with push-notification features. Additionally, social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook (@sibayan.pemandian) were established as online promotion platforms. The results of this initiative indicate an improvement in the staff’s capacity to utilize technology, along with the provision of digital systems that streamline visitor management and promotion efforts. As a result, Pemandian Citra now has stronger digital infrastructure to support tourism promotion and attract more visitors.

The implementation method uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which involves several stages of socializing the layout design to administrators, implementing a new classification system, writing books according to classification, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for daily, weekly and monthly activities. Familiarization provides an understanding of ergonomic design principles, while a new classification system and book fireplace make it easier to find and return books. Creating SOPs ensures consistent and efficient implementation. The results of this method show significant improvements in library management and user experience, with students finding it easier to access and borrow books and library administrators carrying out their duties in a more structured manner.

Abstrak: Optimalisasi ruang perpustakaan di OPPM Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor bertujuan untuk memperbaiki tata letak buku, sistem klasifikasi, dan inisiatif desain ruang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi peminjaman buku bagi siswa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi antara lain tata letak buku yang tidak rapi, sistem klasifikasi yang tidak efektif, dan kurangnya inisiatif desain dari pengelola perpustakaan. Metode pelaksanaannya menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang meliputi beberapa tahapan yaitu sosialisasi desain tata ruang kepada pengelola, penerapan sistem klasifikasi baru, penulisan buku sesuai klasifikasi, dan pembuatan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) harian, mingguan dan kegiatan bulanan. Pembiasaan memberikan pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip desain ergonomis, sementara sistem klasifikasi baru dan perapian buku memudahkan pencarian dan pengembalian buku. Membuat SOP memastikan implementasi yang konsisten dan efisien. Hasil dari metode ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan dan pengalaman pengguna, siswa menjadi lebih mudah mengakses dan meminjam buku serta pengelola perpustakaan menjalankan tugasnya secara lebih terstruktur.

adapting with the rapid development of technology. The school where the community service was held also faced similar issues. With an innovative approach through assessment training using technology, this community engagement activity is expected to be a positive step towards educational transformation, particularly in the southern part of Thailand. With the active involvement of teachers as well as full support from related parties, we can create a learning environment that is more dynamic, relevant, and globally competitive. A pre-test and a post-test were conducted at the beginning and the end of the training to measure teachers’ understanding in implementing digital assessment strategies. By equipping teachers with the knowledge and skills to implement digital assessment strategies, the training has had a measurable impact on professional development and instructional practices. In addition, the training provide access to further consultation or guidance, participants can feel supported and more confident in applying their learning in the classroom. The results of the pre- and post-training survey demonstrated a substantial improvement, averaging 51.3% increase across all survey items. This indicates the positive impact of the training in enhancing teachers' competencies in integrating technology into their assessment practices. Moving forward, schools in rural Thailand can apply the lessons learned from this workshop to enhance their own educational outcomes.

Abstrak: Dalam era globalisasi yang semakin cepat, pendidikan adalah salah satu aspek yang paling terpengaruh oleh perkembangan teknologi. Di Thailand Selatan, seperti di banyak negara berkembang, ada tantangan besar dalam dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Sekolah tempat dimana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan juga menghadapi masalah serupa. Dengan pendekatan inovatif melalui pelatihan penilaian menggunakan teknologi, kegiatan keterlibatan masyarakat ini diharapkan menjadi langkah positif menuju transformasi pendidikan di wilayah Thailand Selatan ini. Dengan keterlibatan aktif dari para guru serta dukungan penuh dari pihak terkait, kita dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih dinamis, relevan, dan kompetitif secara global. Pre-test dan post-test dilakukan di awal dan akhir pelatihan untuk mengukur pemahaman guru dalam menerapkan strategi penilaian digital. Selain itu, pelatihan menyediakan akses ke konsultasi atau bimbingan lebih lanjut, sehingga peserta merasa didukung dan lebih percaya diri dalam menerapkan pembelajaran mereka di kelas. Setelah pelatihan selesai, kedua pihak melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh untuk mengukur keberhasilan, mengidentifikasi area yang perlu perbaikan, dan memberikan dampak yang lebih positif dalam jangka panjang.

The expected result in this service is the creation of effective madrasah self-evaluation management in the process of implementing madrasah self-evaluation which is carried out annually so that it can provide relevant information to madrasah residents and policymakers about the achievement of madrasah quality according to national education standards. The results that can be seen in this service are the improvement of madrasah quality as seen from the quality achievement performance score which increased by an average of 11% between 2021 and 2022.

plishments remains inadequate, rely-ing on manual systems. Consequently, the collection and recording of student achieve-ment data at SMAN 1 Waru are disorganized and often not up to date. Recognizing this issue, the community service team has developed an information system to manage stu-dent achievement data. This system includes comprehensive training to facilitate the ef-ficient processing of student achievements for both internal and external purposes, such as accreditation. The training session took place on March 28, 2024, at SMAN 1 Waru's computer laboratory and was attended by 35 students, website administrators, and three teachers. The training employed various methods, including lectures, practical exercises, and discussions. All participants demonstrated a clear understanding of the application's usage, as evidenced by their improved pre-test and post-test scores. Statistical analysis using the t-test confirmed the significance of this improvement, indicating that the train-ing effectively enhanced participants' understanding of using the student achievement website. Furthermore, the success of the training is reflected in the records of achieve-ment data inputted by the participants.
